Let's go to the lightning round.
Speaker AChris.
Speaker AAccording to a Grocery dive article on 2026 grocery trends and Nestle USA Vice President of Commercial Excellence.
Speaker AWeird.
Speaker AIs winning in the grocery aisle.
Speaker ASo, Chris, I want to know what's the wackiest new product that you've tried at the grocery store as of late?
Speaker BOh, and that's easy.
Speaker BBanana water.
Speaker BYeah, banana water.
Speaker BI'm a big fan of the banana in general, and I like banana Shakespeare.
Speaker BLike a good, just banana.
Speaker BI very.
Speaker BI very, you know, very specific requirements of my bananas.
Speaker BYou know, they.
Speaker BI like them more on the greenish side than the, like, you know, the other side of it, which I think probably most people do.
Speaker BBut, yeah, big fan of the banana.
Speaker BAnd I tried some banana water.
Speaker BIt's kind of like a take on coconut water.
Speaker BIt's pretty good, pretty tasty.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo it's in a container, like coconut water.
Speaker ASo it's like, got the, like, carbonated.
Speaker AInteresting.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AOh, it's carbonated?
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BCarbonated?
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BOh, yeah.
Speaker BIt's like a can of coconut water you open up.
Speaker BCarbonated.
Speaker BYeah, it's good.
Speaker BIt's a Jerry's in the.
Speaker BIn the freezer case next to the.
Speaker ASo there's bubbles in it, like carbonated.
Speaker ALike there.
Speaker ALike there's bubbles in the water?
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BI mean, it tastes like an Olipop or something like that.
Speaker BYeah, I know.
Speaker BBanana water.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AI've never had carbonated coconut water before, so.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker BYeah, it's right next to the.
Speaker BThe food service area in our local grocery store.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BTry it out.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BIt's worth a dabble.
Speaker BAnd it's worth a dabble in that banana.
Speaker BAll right.
Speaker BThe creator of Dilbert, Scott Adams, unfortunately died this week.
Speaker BHow should we pay homage?
Speaker AI. I'm going to put this back on you.
Speaker AI don't really know.
Speaker AI mean, I. I know the Dilbert cartoon, but I don't.
Speaker AI've never really read it or followed it.
Speaker AHe's like an Office Space kind of character.
Speaker BYeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker BHe was like.
Speaker BYeah, like a cartoon on office politics.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AHow should we pay them?
Speaker AWhat would you do?
Speaker BIf I was doing something, I think I'd maybe make a little caricature drawing of myself because I think, you know, that's kind of how it originated, too.
Speaker BSo that would be my play.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AYou would make a caricature drawing of yourself to pay homage to Dilbert?
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AOkay, let's go on to question number three.
Speaker ADry January is back, and according to several news outlets, so are the sales of dirty sodas and sugary non alcoholic drinks.
Speaker AIn your mind, Chris, what do you think is worse?
Speaker AA glass of wine or beer?
Speaker ALike, worse for you?
Speaker ALet's.
Speaker BOh, worse for you.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker AWhat do you think is worse for you?
Speaker AA glass of wine or beer or a Big gulp sized dirty soda?
Speaker ABecause I have, I take, I take issue with this significantly.
Speaker ABut what is your opinion?
Speaker BLike, you take issue with the dirty soda trend?
Speaker BYeah, I mean, it's a dirty soda, right?
Speaker BI mean, I mean, beer's not, I mean, beer, beer's definitely not good for you either.
Speaker BBut, you know, wine is debatably good for you.
Speaker BIt's potentially cardio protective.
Speaker BAlthough people are coming against that now.
Speaker BSo, like, I think, you know, wine, wine, I think we could probably say is like relatively better for you than the other two.
Speaker ABut I, I don't know, I just, I just can't imagine like a 32 or 64 ounce Big Gulp sized dirty soda compared to a 6 ounce glass of wine.
Speaker ALike, to me, it's like, I think.
Speaker BAnything with high fructose corn syrup or one of the artificial and sweet sweeteners has to be at the bottom of that list.
Speaker BI got to think.
Speaker BBut.
Speaker BAll right.
Speaker BAnd Nikki, this is a good one.
Speaker BNikki Glazier hosted the Golden Globes again this past weekend.
Speaker BWas her monologue better or worse than her monologue in 2025?
Speaker AI was working all weekend, so I did not catch her monologue.
Speaker AI did not catch the Golden Globes.
Speaker AI still have to watch it.
Speaker AUm, but she was really, I mean, she did an outstanding job last year, so I can't, I can't imagine.
Speaker AI mean, I don't know.
Speaker AHow do you top that?
Speaker ADo people expect to, like, was it more expected?
Speaker ADid you see it?
Speaker ALike, what did, what was your thought on that?
Speaker BYeah, I actually, I thought, I thought she did as well, if not better, just because the bar was so high last year.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker BAnd she, she did, I thought, equally well.
Speaker BAnd so, you know, I'd give her major kudos and props.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd she, and she took Leo to task in a pretty fun way, so.
