Week 0 College Football Pick: UMass @ New Mexico State
Game of the day? Probably not. UMass went 1-11 last year, lost to New Mexico State 23-13 as a 1-point dog, and averaged just 12.5 points per game on the season. In summary: Not a good football team. On the flip side, we have New Mexico State. Let's see just how bad they are been since 2005 prior to Jerry Kill's arrival last year: 46-158. Ouch! Aggies started 0-4 in 2022 but Coach Kill coached them up and finished 7-6 winning the Quick Lane Bowl. Coach Kill is OK playing ugly and winning ugly.
