This is one, of the several, Disney pods I listen to on my way to and from work every week. I live in Orlando and am a Disney AP holder who has gone head first into the Disney “stuff” since I moved here 11 years ago. Really enjoy what you put out into the world and look forward to it every week. Any suggestions regarding good Disney books to read? I have read a few and always looking for other options. Also, big pin trader so hope to hear a deep dive into that sometime on the podcast. Keep it up, you both do great work! - Rob

Long time listener here and thot it was time to let you know I love your podcast and so enjoy the discussions and humor of Len and Jim. Every Disney fan should be listening!

Len and Jim are the perfect blend for my Disney obsession between news, data, and history deep dives. I find myself listening as soon as the new episodes drop. I’m here for Jim’s catch phrases and Len’s bizarre jokes! Thanks for starting off my week off right!

I have been listening to the Disney dish for about 2 1/2 years now I can honestly say is one of my favorite podcast to listen to thanks to the stories from Jim Hill and hearing about the daily updates/news from Len Tesla One of the things I would like to say to Lynn was when you guys were talking about Disney cruise line going to the port of Galveston Texas you mentioned that the Disney adventure might be going there in 2027…… However, I’m not sure if you’re aware of this but Disney has a ( I guess you could say exclusive) contract with the city state of Singapore as it’s Home port for five years meaning he’ll be staying there until 2031. There are rumors at the magic will be going there, but they also talked about Disney Wish going in there after it’s dry duck/European tour and making that it’s new home port

Excellent information but the UUUUHHHH every two seconds makes it very very difficult to listen to.

How can I be, think, & act like Len? You’re amazing man. Anyway you could drop Hill? I’m just saying…umm…. Yeah.

Enjoy the podcast for the most part; lots of interesting and helpful insights and info. But please do something about Jim’s mouth sounds for those of us who are sensitive to them.

Long time listener to many of the podcasts on the Jim Hill media network. I love the shows and will continue to tune in but I have to finally say something that the “uhhhhs” and “ummmms” from Jim are getting really bad. It’s almost every other word now and it’s extremely distracting. I hope Jim or Len sees this and just listens back to an episode and counts them. I bet it’s well over 100. It’s still one of the better Disney podcasts out there. If they got this cleaned up it would be five stars.

I love This podcast because it goes deep into Disney history, with great research, and goes deep into Disney future, breaking down guest surveys. I saw the guys live when they appeared at M.I.T. I remember in the 80’s when you could rent sailboats at WDW. I think a show about what became of sailing Seven Seas Lagoon would be interesting. Must have been a legal nightmare. Thanks

If you want to know why things happen in the Disney universe this is the podcast for you. Always so insightful

I would give this five stars but I’m not due to some issues. 1 - Jim… please FINISH A STORY! You drag things on and on, and then wander off. Len - don’t advertise something that will be discussed on the podcast only to be not done because of Jim’s rambling on. You need to take control. 2- Jim numbers and bumble’s pronunciation of words to the point of embarrassment. And 3, and I am surprised he has not been called out on this, but Jim gets dates wrong that it is so obvious. It is not only on this one but on his other podcasts.

Thanks for this fun history episode. I was a CM in ‘97, playing in The Magic Kingdom Korps. One of our sets was the Light Magic pre-parade!

I would happily give this podcast 5 stars if Jim could go 30 seconds without saying “uhhhhhhhhh”

Even though Disney has gotten so overpriced and ridiculously overpriced that I don’t have any intention of setting foot in a Disney park again as long as I live, I’ve enjoyed this and other Disney podcasts out of nostalgia for past Disney vacations in better times. Jim and Len have always been great hosts and fun to listen to with informative content; however, I’m knocking off a star because the podcast has become ever more commercial-laden. One enormously long “break” in the middle requiring a stop in the middle of my morning runs to execute EIGHT presses of the 30-second fast forward button of my podcast app was bad enough, but now there’s an intro commercial and an additional shorter “break” after the minutes-long break. I’m still following for now, but I’ve been dumping many Disney podcasts as I continue to lose interest in Disney, and despite my four-star rating this one may well be next.

Love the combination of keeping up-to-date with the current news and then transitioning to a historical story from Disney past. Such a great show

Listen to the show every week. Like that you guys don’t sugar coat everything disney. One comment: “Again,” “Then again,” “But again,” “and again”.

Sorry, I don’t know how to send you a question, but how does the physical size of Epic Universe compare to EPCOT or Animal Kingdom?

I’m sure it’s another good Disney podcast, but it kind of drones on and on in monotone and gets boring when you start thinking about stuff as they keep monologuing.

My absolute favorite “all things Disney” podcast. Love the data-driven discussions, as I’m an economist myself! Len and Jim are incredibly knowledgeable and keep us updated on everything that’s changing - and there’s a lot of that going on!

I HAVE to listen weekly!! Love you both !!

This is one of the most informative and fun Disney podcasts I have ever heard. I look forward to a new episode every week. I wish these guys would write a book about all of the stories and back stories of the parks and attractions that they talk about. So informative.

As a current CM, I thoroughly enjoy this podcast! It gives me tons of great detail, depth and history on so many different aspects of TWDC. It’s been really fun learning more about this company I love and work for, and it’s made me a hit at the water cooler with all my newfound fun facts!
