Ser espiritual: dueño de mi vida

La espiritualidad sirve para que tú seas gerente de tu propia vida.

00 Bombax? Why the affective relationships I have are not stable. I like assertiveness, why it invites us to prudence that what should motivate our word is always love is you and that is already the basis to go out to conquer many goals, to fight, to give a better version and enjoy life fully. You know spirituality is good for you to be the manager of your own life.

42 Yes, when you ask me about the benefits of spirituality, the first one I find is that spirituality makes me responsible for myself. A good spiritual experience is emphasized is the freedom and responsibility with which we assume existence. Therefore, when we talk about spirituality, we speak at an early stage of self - awareness. That means that we are aware of the thoughts, feelings, and emotions we have. That means being able to understand how those thoughts, those feelings, and those emotions influence our behavior. It also means being able to observe our life and do it as an external observer, each being able to observe himself. But it also means having a clear understanding of strengths, weaknesses, values and beliefs. It is to decide, self- consciousness as a manifestation of spirituality. It' s knowing us, it' s knowing us, it' s accepting us, it' s loving us. That

14 is why I say that one of the beneficent ones is to become managers of our own life, because if you are aware of your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions. You' re clear about your abilities, your strengths, your failures, your values, your beliefs, you' re sure to be able to build life with meaning. By the way, I believe self- consciousness is a fundamental ability for emotional intelligence. That is why you constantly listen to me from spiritual formation, insisting on the management, on the management of our own emotions, that is, on that ability to regulate emotions, to motivate ourselves, to be empathetic with others, to make responsible decisions by assuming the consequences that arise and, above all, to build solid relationships with other people. Now the question I ask myself is how spirituality helps me to develop self- consciousness, that is, how spirituality allows me to be more aware of myself and thus be able to manage my own existence. I' d put four fundamental keys to you. The first is spirituality. By connecting with

50 the present, by connecting with you and here now, it allows you to be attentive to your thoughts and feelings. Spirituality is always connected to the essence, so that we can transcend, so that we can look up at life. Of course, when you connect with your essence, then you are able to understand what your thoughts are, what your feelings are. The second, spirituality as a process of internalization, as a process of silence, as a process of looking inward, allows us to reflect on our own experiences. Sometimes some spiritual people believe that the object of spirituality is divine manifestations and are not the human manifestations in which we find the experiences of God. It' s different. It' s about getting into ourselves and thinking to understand what learnings are, to really understand how we' re growing or how we' re decreasing. The third key is to be in permanent listening to others, especially

23 those who love us, especially those who have shown loyalty to us. Spiritual experience always opens us to the other and, in this case, to the next one, and then to that next one we talk about life. We try to understand what is happening in our being We try to listen to them and thus understand how we can move on When you are a spiritual person, you know how to listen to those around you and you know how to discern whether what they say helps you or not to grow, whether what they say helps you or not to understand you better. The fourth is the practice of meditation, prayer, or such experiences that allow you full attention. Spirituality not only makes us able to connect with the environment, but to transcend it.

36 These four keys are fundamental for us, from spirituality, to be more masters of our life. That is why I believe that whoever works spiritually and owns himself and is aware of himself can improve the making of his decisions, as he is aware of the limits of biases, as he is aware of the possible consequences and then his decisions will not be improvised. The second thing there is that relationships are strengthened, because you know what others can give you, you know what you need, you know how to build that relationship, but even more you reduce it you are why. Not only am I aware of my abilities, but I am aware of the help of others and I am aware of the purpose of existence, and then I do not let myself be overwhelmed by what happens and all this leads us to grow personally, to have an integral personal growth. Hopefully, those who are listening to me in this episode will focus on their spiritual experience, whatever it may be, whether it is a religious or non- religious experience. In the book I wrote spirituality

11 for humans. I insist that spirituality has to be open and is a dimension of the human being and does not always have to be limited to a concrete religious experience. I would invite you to discover spiritual spaces that sometimes go through poetry, music, which sometimes go through those moments of meditation or concrete spiritual practices. Self- consciousness resulting from spiritual experience is a tool. It is a powerful resource to be happier because we are more masters of ourselves. Do not let them lead you to spiritual practices or prove to you that in spiritual practices you have to abandon your freedom, in which you have to abandon your ability to direct and coordinate your own life, your own existence. Listen I want all this stuff I' ve told you to check it out In these days someone wrote me and told me that I heard twice the podcast, that in the first one he just let himself be carried away by the reflections and that in the second one he wrote down and sent me some comments that made it catch my attention. It' s a good method. Thank you for being with me, thank you for being part of this channel and we remain

41 attentive on Apple, Spotify, Deezer and Amazon, as well as on Google Podcast. You know Rumbaux.
