#6 - A chat about sales chats

Take the pressure off your sales efforts and have a chat instead of a sales call. It may be counterintuitive (so many things are!) but you can usually get farther faster by taking the slower longer route and having a chat. People still buy from people, and a good chat is a great way for your customer or prospect to get comfortable. 

Because people need to be comfortable before they can buy.
