Lifesite News reported that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Wellcome Trust announced plans to fund a phase 3 clinical trial for a TB vaccine on 26,000 people at 50 sites in Africa and South East Asia over the next four to six years.

For years, Bill Gates has targeted Africa with vaccines, using the continent as a testing ground for vaccine trials. Gates targets Africa due to it's poverty rates and highly corrupted government leadership. The lack of accountability of for African leadership makes it easy for Gates to pay off corrupt politicians to use the people of certain African countries as guinea pigs for what would be deemed as unsafe vaccination trials in the United States.
