Headline: Back Home Again Gains New Meaning for Leading Zionsville REALTOR®

Subhead: Tracy Wright: A Leading REALTOR® in Zionsville Returns to F.C. Tucker Brokerage
Tracy Wright, a highly regarded REALTOR®, along with her husband Tom, mother Becky and teammates Diane Muench and Becky Langdon, has returned to the F.C. Tucker brokerage, where their careers first took flight. Tracy Wright Team, brings a wealth of experience and a strong family bond to the table, solidifying their position as leaders in the local real estate market.
Tracy Wright’s first exposure to real estate started at an early age. Becky's parents, Tracy's grandparents, both sold real estate in Wichita, Kansas. Jetta sold residential and Ed sold commercial real estate. In 1979, they moved to Indianapolis and Ed began the Business Brokerage Division for the FC TUCKER COMPANY at One America Square, downtown Indianapolis. In 1981, Becky and Tracy moved to INDY and Becky landed a job as the receptionist at the Tucker castleton office. Through that position , less than a year later, Becky found her way into the Title Insurance Business. She first worked at Ticor Title, and called on all of the Tucker offices. About 5 years later, she left Ticor to help fellow Tucker agent Bif Ward and her then husband , John Ward, start First Title. After many years of success , Becky then moved on to help start Title Services for the F.C. Tucker company. She acted as VP of sales, did closings, and taught the training courses on Title Insurance for the Tucker School of Realseaste. Little did she know that a fellow Tucker Agent, Susie Hudnutt, would soon introduce her to her husband, Dr. Dan Newman, whom she has been happily married to for 34 years .
Tracy's passion for real estate was ignited during these early years as she saw her family successfully working in and around real estate. Growing up , Tracy was familiar with the Tucker Family , the agents and the friends Becky had made at the Tucker Company. Beckys work ethics were always an inspiration to Tracy growing up. Becky was a single mom and through hard work , was able to provide for she and Tracy. “ She made working look fun, “ Tracy remembers . “ I always looked up to mom and we were as close as mom and daughter could be and still are today.
“ I remember when I was little and would play office or secretary , I would try to use terms I overheard mom use when talking on the phone. I would answer, “ Hello, this is the F. C. Tucker Company , can I help you? I would make fake messages on Pink message pads about business calls that needed to be returned.” I remember always hearing about Stake Surveys, and thought it was something to do with STEAK, or food tasting. Sometimes, if I wanted to call mom at work , I would be afraid of getting her in trouble for calling too much , so I would disguise my voice and ask the receptionist if she was in , and then when she asked who was calling , I would use realtor names I had heard mom talk about so they wouldn't know it was me. In later years I found out that they always knew and it was a funny thing around the office. ”
Tracy graduated from Brebeuf Preparatory School and went on to get a degree in Education from Indiana University where she was a Delta Gamma. Tracy did her student teaching at The Orchard School, in Indianapolis as well as a semester of Kindergarten in Ireland. Upon returning home, she became a full time teacher at The Orchard School for 6 years, teaching first and second grade. During this time she met her Husband Tom , and they welcomed their first baby in June of 2002. Tracy then retired to stay home with her daughter and grow their family. Tracy followed her moms lead and was always working hard to stay busy and contribute financially to the family . She started Pretty In Print , a stationary and invitation company and sold Arbonne. Many of her best clients were her longtime Friends at Tucker . Once their son was born in 2004, through the encouragement of friends, Tracy decided to get her real estate license and officially join the F. C. TUCKER FAMILY. She began her career out of the Zionsville office where she tied for Rookie of the Year for the entire Tucker company in 2007.
At this time , Tom , her husband, had already started working at Tucker 2001. Tom helped successfully launch HOME SERVICES, formally HOMELINK , which is an ancillary division of Tucker that supports agents and their clients needs by providing vetted referrals to the agents on anything from roofers and plumbers to moving companies. Homelink did their public roll out on Septrber 11 , 2001. As they arrived at their first stop , Tucker Keystone office, they found themselves holding hands in a circle with the other agents and staff praying together as that fateful day in history played out. “ I will never forget that morning at the Tucker Office learning about the tragic events and watching them unfold before us” , Tom stated.
In 2008, Becky retired from Title Services, got her real estate license, and joined Tracy in Residential Real Estate sales. Tom Wright, Tracy's husband, later joined the business, bringing his own unique skills and perspective to the table. With a background from Tucker’s Home Services division and an innate understanding of market trends, Tom's expertise complements Tracy's abilities perfectly. Together, they form an unstoppable force, combining their strengths to provide clients with comprehensive and personalized real estate services.
After a highly successful stint away from F.C. Tucker, where she established the team as a leader in the Zionsville housing market, the Tracy Wright Team has returned to the brokerage that first embraced their talent and ambition. The decision to come back was driven by a shared vision of offering clients the highest level of professionalism, access to cutting-edge resources, and an extensive network of industry connections.
