Human Design Field Notes

Human Design Field Notes is a practical, real-life exploration of Human Design: what it is, how it works, and what happens when you actually use it.Sandy Connery breaks down Human Design in a way that’s clear, relatable, and easy to apply to your everyday life. You’ll learn about your Energy Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile, Centers, Gates, Channels, and more. By understanding your chart, you’ll better understand yourself. And these aren’t just lessons from the classroom. Sandy is out in the field too, rebuilding her coaching business by experimenting with her own Human Design and sharing the notes along the way: what works, what doesn’t, the unexpected insights, the mistakes, and the occasional “ohhh… THAT explains a lot” moment.Whether you’re brand new to Human Design or already know your chart and want to go deeper, consider this your invitation to learn the system, test it for yourself, and discover what changes when you stop trying to be who you think you should be and start paying attention to who you already are.Because Human Design isn’t meant to stay on a chart. It’s meant to be lived.Get your own Human Design chart for free at sandyconnery.com
