Anyone know remotely cares about health needs to listen

Dr. G is such a wealth of knowledge and does a great job explaining the science on a digestible way. I love that he is all about empowering his listeners and he truly has a no BS approach. I love that he brings on guests who are so educated and I’m looking forward to future episodes.
