Such an amazing experience every time I listen in!! Your knowledge and honesty is on point! Keep up the knowledge bombs, life changing!! I believe in all about the sun I do. In my late 20’s I some how became allergic to the sun? Photosensitive which I have no idea how to overcome...I thought more will eventually allow me to overcome but I’d end up in urgent care!!! Not much info out there would love to hear more on that whenever mentioning to get out into the sun more !! Thanks
