Trond's takeaway

The pandemic triggered changes in the workplace and now the durability of those changes are being tested. Both managers and employees need to ask themselves how to achieve desired presence and impact in their workplace and working lives. Some of it might be best achieved by being together in person, other needs can be satisfied by simply being together remotely. Work is usually about achieving something together. What that means is changing but there is no reason to think the dust is settled on this issue yet.
