The podcast grew naturally out of the work Maggie and Lucy do through Pearl + Light, a consulting agency that supports community-centered organizations with communications, storytelling, operations, and strategic support. Along the way, they realized the most inspiring part of the work was often the people themselves, their stories, ideas, and the courage it takes to build something that matters.
Rooted in Boston and shaped by the people creating impact within it, Founding Your Way highlights the local organizations, businesses, and initiatives helping strengthen their communities in thoughtful, creative, and deeply human ways.
Because meaningful work rarely happens alone, and sometimes hearing how someone else built their way forward reminds us we can too.
