Of course, Jane took the stand a pseudonym, not her real name, and she participated in drug fueled sexual encounters, but she didn't call him freak offs. She called them hotel nights. She said at first, she and Diddy shared a loving relationship that began in twenty twenty one, and they even gave each other nicknames like Bert and Ernie. But she said after her first hotel night, it became a Pandoras box type situation where she said she felt like she had.

Also yesterday, Brianna bung Gollin, the friend of Cassandra Venturis, who said she was dangled over that seventeenth floor balcony in La in twenty sixteen. She wrapped up her testimony. Wes Morland questioned the timeline of events and she showed receipts showing that Diddy was in New York during that incident and could not have been there. And honestly, Brianna didn't have any retort to that.

And also yesterday Enrique Santos, who was an investigative analyst for the US Attorney's office, he briefly took the stand, not much with him outside the normal He pretty much testified to the fact that Cassie gave three cell phones to him and he pulled the data off of those. So we're going to pick up today with the continued testimony of Jane and Prosecutor Maureen Comy is continuing her questioning now. Jane testified that she traveled to Las Vegas with Sean Combs in twenty twenty three and flew on Combe's private jet to get there to have a hotel knight. She confirmed that she had sex with an entertainer as she terms it, and Jane said that Combs used the term quote freak to refer to her sometimes by saying he wanted his freak. She said it meant that Combs wanted her to be quote wild and sexual. Jane said She asked Diddy to allow the men he directed to have sex with her to wear condoms during hotel nights on several occasions, and that Combs was typically dismissive of that.

4:39 A video recording of a hotel knight was shown to the jury at that point. It captured a conversation between Jane Combs and a man named Don. In the recording, Jane be heard asking Don to wear a condom, but Combs intervened, expressing his disapproval of that. Comey then asked Jane why she needed comes permission to have a man she was having sex with wear a condom, and Jane seemed to get emotional on the stand at this point and said she was still trying. To process that herself. She said that she didn't insist on using a condom because then Combes would be unhappy. When asked why there was a recording of that hotel night they just listened to, Jane said because Shawan liked recording me and the entertainers.

5:27 She testified about two times she recalled crying after a hotel night. The first time she cried after a hotel night was early in the relationship at the Waldorf Hotel in Beverly Hills. She said she thought they were just going to have a one on one date night, but then Diddy said they were going to have an entertainer, but he assured her it will be quick. Jane said the entertainer was there for eighteen hours. Once they were finished with the entertainer, Jane said, Combs told her he had to leave and she started crying. Quote, I just went through all that and was feeling terrible, and he was going to leave me alone. Jane said.

6:07 Combs asked her she was crying, and she said he looked disgusted. After that, he started smoking and playing music while she sat next to him, and he told her he would move things around to stay with her. Jane recalled a second time she cried after a hotel night, but said it's a spotty memory because she. Was so high on ecstasy. She said she only remembers being at Combe's house then at a hotel. She recalled that she felt so high she actually embraced Combe's butler quote, I just remember I'm having sex with Paul, and then I remember being in the shower with Sean and I just started crying, adding that Combs saw her crying and told her, quote, don't do that right now. And she also said when he told her to stop crying, she did what she was told.

6:58 Come he asked who did the most work during these hotel nights, and she responded me, and then she just totally broke down on the stand. When asked why she felt that way, still crying, Jane said, it was all just me. And keep in mind, these are real people, y'all, and this guy treated them as objects, totally used them. It's just disgusting. Jane testified that after the hotel night, she and Sean Combs would typically go back together to his house. She said she would make sure Combs was showered, and then she would cook for him, message him, and put on one of his favorite shows. Quote. Then I would finally get to cuddle with him and sleep a little bit. She said she would feel really happy to the end of the night was shown, but would really fight to block out just how sad she felt after. Jane said in twenty twenty three she had conversations with Diddy about wanting to stop having hotel nights.

7:58 She read a lite out a message in court that she sent to Combs in late twenty twenty three, where she said she wished they could go back to when they first started dating. The message said in part quote, ever since I opened Pandora's box, I've never been able to close it. In the message, she referenced being in hotel rooms quote doing things that make me feel disgusted with myself, and she said that she didn't want to play that role in her life forever. I feel it's the only reason you have me around and why you pay for the house. I don't want to feel obligated to perform these nights for you. And Jane testified at that point that she did feel obligated to perform those nights for Combs, and she was scared as she didn't he would stop paying for her house. Of course, I told you yesterday that. Jane testified that Comes Peter rent and implied he'd stop if they broke up.

8:59 Now. Come responded to that text with quote, girls stop. Jane testified in addition that she took drugs during the hotel nights because she didn't want to feel like it was too real. She said she wanted to make things easier. She recalled that she tried not to use drugs during two different hotel nights. The first time, She said she made the decision because she was tired of doing that to her body, but she didn't like it. Quote the fantasy of all of it wasn't there. It just wasn't easy. It just was too real that this was happening. I ended up asking for a pill. Combs gave her one, and she said she felt better. The second time Jane tried not to use drugs during a hotel night was in October of twenty twenty three. She said that she really wanted Comes to get sober around this time, and he agreed to stop taking substances for thirty days, but that he wanted to have one more party first, so they have what they called a sobriety party at a hotel in Beverly Hills. It lasted twelve to eighteen hours, and Jane said she didn't take any drugs, but Comes took ecstasy and cocaine. Come He then asked Jane how she felt after doing that hotel night without any drugs in her system this time, and she said, quote, I was just disgusted. I was repulsed. I was just so mad at myself for doing that, and I deeply regretted it.

10:30 Jane testified that when Sean Combs would run out of drugs during a hotel night, he'd call an assistant, a butler, or one of his security guards. She said they'd come to the hotel room with drugs like cocaine, ecstasy, molly, and zanak. Jane recalled a time in twenty twenty two when Comebs directed her to pick up drugs from his security personnel at his La home and fly with them to meet him in Miami. She spoke with Christina Korum, Comes former chief of staff, about picking up the quote package at Combe's home. She said, I just asked her if this was safe and okay, referring to Christina korm recalling that she didn't feel safe traveling with drugs, and Korn told her, it's fine, I do it all the time.

A couple of weeks later, Jane said Combs asked her to take another package to Miami, and Korn told her that security would come outside of comes home to give her that package. Jane said she put the package in her luggage and she flew to Miami. She then gave the drugs, which she said were ecstasy, to Comb's and they took them later that evening. Jane said that when she first started engaging in the hotel nights in twenty twenty one, did he facilitated the entertainers or other men involved in the hotel nights. Jane said she hated that men who joined them for these and cass were strangers to her. Jane said, even though she didn't want to have sex with other men, she said she should at least be able to choose who she wanted to be with.

The first time she was the one to choose the man who would join them for a hotel night was in late twenty twenty one or early twenty twenty two. She and Combs were watching Porner graphic videos of a man whose stage name was Slot after word. Combs was encouraging and flirtatious, asking Jane if she thought she could get Sly. Jane said she messaged Sly on Instagram and they started texting back and forth. They later facetimed when she was with Combs. After that FaceTime called Jane buck flights for Sly to visit Los Angeles from Atlanta for a hotel night with her and Combe. She recalled she and s h Live were both nervous when they met.

Jane went on to say that first hotel night with Sly went like a typical routine, and afterwards she began scheduling him frequently for more nights in La Miami and New York. She said comes travel agent would sometimes help her book the travel, and Combs would always pay for that travel. She said Sly would be paid somewhere between two and four thousand dollars for each hotel night, usually in cash from Combs. Jane said she picked Sly because quote, he was familiar with me and because he felt like a safe option for me. And I would assume from that perspective, most of your adult if not all, your adult film stars, are frequently tested. And if Combs is not, with the fact that she wanted these guys to wear a condo, at least she knows they're tested and they're likely saved. And again, the testimony here proves the crime of sex trafficking as it alleged in the indictment, this guy flew to where they were and Combs paid him to participate in the sex acts. That's sex trafficking textbook.

14:21 Jane also testified that she and Combs were on a break from October of twenty twenty three until February of twenty twenty four, and after they got back together, the sex encounters only occurred at Comb's Miami home, and she also said they were less frequent. Now, remember, she testified yesterday that prior to that break, they were having hotel. Nights every two weeks for two years. Jane said after they got on that break and then got back together, she could only recall about five sexual encounters with Combs and another man before his arrest last September. Now, the last encounter was in August of twenty twenty four, just a month before his arrest.

15:04 Jane said she. Didn't know how many different men she had sex with during the hotel nights over that span of her relationship with Combs. She testified she would FaceTime men who joined her in Shawn Comb's in hotel nights, and she would ask them to send her photos and videos of their genitals because Combs told her to. She said she only facetimed the men when Combs was with her and he would watch the call, and Jane said she would text the men whenever she and Combs were alone having sex and come. He asked her why she did it, and Jane responded, because my partner wanted to see that, and I wanted to turn my partner on. When the men would send her unsolicited images of their genitals and Combs wasn't there, Jane said she would be polite and flirtatious, but didn't respond to the photos the same way she would if she.

15:59 Was with comb. Jane them read aloud some text messages between her and the man, whose stage name was Sly that I told you about. This was in November of twenty twenty one, and Jane said she was trying to flirt in the text messages to receive explicit pictures or videos because that's what Combs wanted. They later had a sexting FaceTime while she was with Combs, and after the call, Jane texted the man asking for his full name and birthday. She then wrote, She's booking and all foward as soon as I get the details. Now, she was referring to comes travel agent who was booking a flight for Sly in other messages from March of twenty twenty two, sent Jane an explicit image and said he missed her, and Jane wrote back saying looking good in two smiling faces. She testified her response was more bland because she wasn't with Combs at the time, going on to say, quote, when I'm in my soul mind receiving these messages, it's kind of not something that I'll like to see.

She said he was sweaty and she felt hesitant at the moment. Jane said she tried to make it work, but was giving Ditty signals she was not enjoying the encounter. Eventually, she told Combs directly that she wasn't into it. Combs then got involved, she said, comes later down on the bed and he began to have sex with her. Combs excused the man and told Jane he had another surprise, and that's when an escort named Paul arrived. Then she described another man called Michael that she said she had hotel nights with. Jane said Combs introduced her to Michael, and she admitted she took a liking to him. Jane said Michael was the first

Jane also discussed her birthday celebration with Ditty. She said she flew to Miami was showing Combs in twenty twenty three to celebrate, but she was not expecting to have a hotel night. When they arrived and were having dinner at their hotel, Jane said Combs alluded to a hotel night. She said that moment was what she called a gulp moment for her because she wasn't expecting it, but she said she just kind of accepted that. After dinner, Combs gave her a necklace for her birthday and an entertainer.

19:27 She said she hadn't met the guy before and he arrived soon after that quote, it was more of an evasive moment because it was my birthday and I didn't want to do this for my birthday, going on to say she remembered feeling robotic in that encounter. Jane also described a time in twenty twenty three when Shawn Combs invited a man to join them in a hotel room. This was in La and she rejected having sex with him. She initially tried talking to the man and letting him touch her, but she she said that she knew this was definitely not something she could fake doing. She then told Comes privately she couldn't do it because she just was not attracted to this man, and Jane said Combs told her, quote, are you sure, maybe just a little bit?

20:16 She said. She went back to where the man was, and when they saw each other naked, Jane said she was repulsed by him. When she told Comes again she couldn't do it, his demeanor was agitated. But she went on to say that Comes seemed almost a little confused by it. She said, quote, this wasn't like a typical thing for us to have a hiccup in the. Routine of the night. Jane said, they excuse the man, and then another man came to the hotel room. Jane also recalled setting up hotel nights as a surprise for Sean Combe's on two occasions. You might wonder why the prosecution is bringing this up. Well, you better believe the defense will because she's talking about how she wasn't into this stuff, and I believe her, but I guarantee you the defense is going to cross her at some point and say, wait a minute, you were setting up hotel nights yourself. If you didn't like them, why were you setting them up? So pay special attention here.

21:15 She said The two instances were likely for special occasions such as Valentine's Day or Combs returning from a long trup. Jane said quote she could hear the gray lines between his words, and that implied he wanted to have sexual performances happened, saying that Combs would say things like I can't wait to see what you have for me. She testified the quote, I just knew what task was being asked of me. When asked why she set up hotel nights for Combs even though she didn't want to, Jane said, I loved him very deeply. Sounds very familiar to what Cassie was saying. Right. Jane said she saw Sean Combs giving cash to at least two men after they had sex with her, and she also we recalled that she paid at least two men after encounters, but she said the cash she gave them always came from Combs. She said sometimes after she had sex with men, she would go into the bedroom while Comes said goodbye to the men in the other room.

22:15 She said when they traveled between May of twenty twenty one in October of twenty twenty three, she regularly saw Comes with cash and he typically kept it in hotel bedroom nightstands. She said, every so often when Comes ran out of cash, he would call a security or his former chief of staff, Christina Korum, to bring him cash. Jane said she always had to have outfits ready and wear stripper hills for the entire duration of the hotel night, saying quote, I would just always have to be on point as far as my glam. Sometime around the end of twenty twenty two or the beginning of twenty twenty three, Jane testified Combs said he wanted her to get her nipples peers and comes. Former chief of staff Christina Korum, helped her schedule an appointment at a place Combs recommended.

23:06 After about a year, she said she stopped wearing the nipple piercings because they snagged on her lingerie and sometimes they would bleed and get infected. Jane said Combs got impatient because she didn't have the piercings in and eventually demanded she put them back in. She said, quote, he would say, where are my piercings? This is the last time I see you when you don't have any piercings on. The jury then heard more text messages Jane would exchange with Seawan Combes quote don't say you fucking miss me and you're bored over there. Just don't say shit to me at all. You don't deserve me now. That was her texting Combs. Combs then sent an audio message in response, saying, quote, you gotta believe this is the last time you're gonna be cursing at me. So what sparked that was Jane's on Instagram post of Combs with another woman. She asked him about it, accused him of having sex with this woman, and Combs called her crazy, and it just spurred from there, and another message played for the jury comes told Jane to go be sad and also said he can have sex with whoever he wants. Jane testified she didn't care that Comes was with other women per se, but she said she wanted more time with Combs. Quote it wasn't what they were doing that made me jealous. I just wanted more time with him. That's what I wanted from him.

24:33 She testified she was jealous of other women and how Combs would treat them. She said she was being treated like she was the one who had to take this on, referring to the hotel. Nights, and they didn't. At one point, she texted Combs, it's not me you miss or want, And when Comey asked her what she meant by that text, Jane testified she meant, it's not me that you want, it's the hotel nights. After that text exchange, Jane said Comes facetimed her and calmed her down. She said it was something Comes would do often after having a fight about hotel nights, which Jane said happened all the time. Quote he would say all the things I wanted to hear, and he would say that it's not what I'm thinking. He would just downplay whatever I was freaking out about, and he said that he loved me, he missed me, and he wanted to see me. Jane then described feeling heartbroken and quote so cheap after Diddy showed off a new dating relationship with another woman shortly after participating in a hotel night with her.

Jane read messages from February of twenty twenty two where she asked Comes what color dress she should wear, and testified they were getting ready to meet up for her birthday at an La hotel. Jane said Combs told her they were going to dinner and them would hang out and she wasn't expecting to have a hotel night, but a new man came over and she ended up having sex with that guy. She said, at this point, I was really high and in love with my partner, and I was okay with it. Soon after that birthday, Jane testified she saw on social media that Combs had started dating another woman. She then texted Combs and said, I don't ever want to do another hotel night, and went on in the text to say I didn't want to do these things with you on my birthday, but I wanted to make sure we had a good time. I felt so cheap once again. The jury then saw excerpts of Jane's writings from her notes app on her phone, where she described how she felt about hotel nights. This was in November twenty sixth of twenty twenty two. In one note, Jane wrote that she kept waiting for Sean Combs to fulfill his promises, which she said was a reference to how Combs would tell her they'd spend time together outside of the hotel nights, but she said it would never happen. She also wrote, quote, you hurt my feelings every time you dismiss me. It's belittling Jane said Comes promised her things she wanted, including date nights and quality time with him, but she said all he wanted

27:10 to do was have hotel nights. First she would agree with him, and then after that, she said, they would be too exhausted and spend the rest of the free time sleeping. In another note, Jane wrote, Hey, I don't know why you're calling me for what you're calling me for, but I'm sorry. I don't want to do drugs for days and days and have you use me to fulfill your freaky wild desires in hotel rooms. Jane also read aloud a note she wrote on December twelfth of twenty twenty two, which she said Comes wanted escapism or debauchery and then would turn to other women, leaving her cleaning and recovering from the hotel nights on her own.

27:50 She wrote, you have crossed. Too many lines, and she added that he would be in contact with other women while she was with him. Jane testified she would clean up after some of the hotel nights, which some occurred. At her home. She testified, and. She wrote in the note, I'm done being used by you. I don't feel good around you. She told comy. It was really hurtful to see that Sean was so capable of doing these really romantic love gestures, but when it came to me, I was just always met with excuses. Comey them. Reviewed text messages between Diddy and Jane after her birthday in twenty twenty three in Miami, which remember earlier today, She testified that on her birthday, Comes sprung a hotel night on her with three men. She texted him, why did you lie to me? She testified that after the hotel night on her birthday, Comes embarked on a private vacation with another woman. Quote, it broke my heart because I just finished spending my birthday with these guys having sex with me, and then just for my partner to leave and do such a.

28:57 Romantic gesture for someone else else. She said she had a feeling in Miami that comes with planning to do something for somebody else, but when she asked him about it, he said no. Comes responding to Jane's text asking why he lied, and he said, quote because I didn't feel like telling you what I was doing to her. You had your birthday, and I didn't tell you what I was doing with you. Jane, texted him, it really feels like you used me to get off and then go away for a week. In the next message, she wrote, I'd like to get off the hamster wheel and do something different with you. I deserve it too. In another message, she wrote that he had promised her vacations for years, but quote all we do is hotels and it's sad. It's not fair to me. I didn't want to do all that on my birthday. You knew how tired I was. Comes eventually responded with, let's be friends because I can't take this part for real. I'm done with you comparing yourself to someone else. I treat you good and I don't feel it, so let's just be friends. Combs also said I'm tired of these long texts telling me what I'm doing wrong, and that's a typical narcissist right. Everything is her fault and quickly, just a side note regarding the jury's reaction to all this graphic shit that you've heard for the better part of two days. Here, at one point, a female jur she places her hand over her face as some really sexually

30:28 explicit photos were displayed on the screens in. Front of them. Now the jury was shown fifteen photos that Jane said we're taken during the hotel night, and Jane testified each of the photos showed her with another man who was not Combs, but that he was present for all of these pictures. Now the public, of course, was not able to see these photos. Some jurors were also closing their eyes when Jane's writings from her notes app and the text threads were read, but back to it and the jury saw more of Jane's writings from her notes at in February of twenty twenty three, Jane wrote, quote, all you wanted was another hotel night and used me before your trip like you'd been doing to me for two years.

31:15 You lied and said you had no time for me because you were strussed with work. Jane also wrote she wanted anything outside of the hotels from Combs, which was a joke to him, she said, and she said she was tired of being used every Friday to get high. Jane said that she didn't respond to Sean Combs after they fought following her twenty twenty three birthday celebration that ended in a hotel night, but Comes continued to call him text her a lot. He also had some of his staff, including his butler and an assistant, reach out to her, but she said she didn't respond to any of them. She said she had scheduled a trip to Paris for fashion week after her fight with Combs, and she said it had been over two years since she had gone on any sort of trip on her own.

32:03 A few hours before her flight, Comes started texting her repeatedly about Paris, and then he called her phone, she said, like thirty times in a row. She said she hadn't told him about the trip and she had no freaking clue. How he found out. She said she didn't respond to any of the calls, even though she said it made her feel like he cared, and she went to Paris for five days. When she got back, she said that her and Combs started talking again. Quote, we were bickering, but he was adamant that we should see each other and I missed him as well. So Combs told her to come to Miami. So they could figure out a trip together as a birthday makeup trip, he told her, and she read some messages between her and Combs from March twelfth of twenty twenty three. She said they had been talking about this makeup trip taking place in Turks and Keckos and the messages.

32:59 Come said they should playing a night of debauchery and fun and then straight to the airport. And Jane testified that meant he wanted to have a freak off. She said, she responded, I just want us, we need to reconnect, and Comes responded to that, and you know, he didn't like it. He didn't like it when they tell him no on that shit, So his response was cool. Jane testified they were in Miami before the trip and they were bickering about Paris. Quote, he was just showing agitation about the fact that I just up and left and how can a girl do that? And if you'll remember yesterday, I told you about that contract that Jane and Combs entered into where he agreed to pay her rent, which was ten grand. It was a two year contract that they agreed on.

33:48 She said. It was kind of a flirtatious contract, whatever that means, but they picked two years because that matched the time in their relationship at the point they signed that contract. So Jane moves into a house and he pays the rent for that house ten thousand dollars a month. This was in April of twenty twenty three, and come he asked her, well, who's paying your rent now? And she responds, Combs, because he's still under contract now. Ryan. The same time that Diddy started paying for Jane's rent, she said, he also paid for her to get veneers. She said, quote, because he didn't like my teeth. So between April and August of twenty twenty three, Jane and Combs they saw each other frequently, always for hotel nights, she said. At one point in time, she texted Combs complaining that she hadn't seen him, and she testified that she meant she hadn't seen him alone outside of a hotel room, and she said that Comes responded, quote, well get over it.
