You may have noticed I'm missed a day and didn't update you on Tuesday regarding Monday's trial testimony.

So just bear with me and maybe a couple of episodes here and there coming up where it's a two day update. But I'm gonna go ahead and update you for what occurred on Monday, June ninth, and to do that, I don't need to catch you up in case you didn't hear Friday, June fifth testimony, just a little sip nasis of that Jane had testified for the second day in a row. Of course, she described even more sexual encounters with these male escorts during what she terms as hotel nights. She studied they were organized at Diddy's direction, and they could last multiple days, involve drugs, and of course baby oil. She testified she didn't know why she couldn't outright tell Diddy to just stop with these hotel nights, and that he would give her multiple doses of ecstasy every night to keep her awake during these marathon sessions. She said on her birthday in Miami in twenty twenty three, she had sex with multiple men, as did he watched. And Jane previously testified that Diddy was paying her rent, and she reiterated Friday during her testimony that that was one of the reasons she felt she had to stay in that relationship. Now, before we get into what happened on Monday, June Nice testimony, a bombshell dropped over the weekend when the defense actually

So this motion was based on the testimony of Brianna Bengalin, which defense attorneys said her testimony was blatantly false and they wanted the whole case thrown out, and the judge said he will rule on that Tuesday morning, as court began, the jury entered the courtroom. Jane took the stand and this is her third day of testimony, and she started by reading a text thread between her and Combs. This was dated September thirteenth of twenty twenty three, before she went to visit him in New York, and Combs told her in that text quote, send me some shit of you being a bad girl. Jane said they could watch something when they were together, and she expressed some concern over the fact she was carrying a foam with footage from hotel nights. She texted him back and basically accused him of wanting videos of her to use with another woman.

Don't say no to me, please, and that was after she was accusing him of wanting videos while he was with another woman. Jane went on to say that she had to buy Combs a second phone just for their hotel nights because all of COM's assistants had the security code for his personal phones that he regularly used and she didn't want them coming across her videos. She also said she was upset at the time of these texts because she had just heard Combs give a podcast interview and he was bragging how he had sex for forty eight hours straight with another woman.

Combs downplayed it, claiming they didn't have sex when she asked him about it, but she was pissed. In another message to Diddy, Jane said she felt disrespected and she didn't want him to use her for what she called a hotel binge quote, I don't want to be used and locked in a room to perform and fulfill your fantasies, going on to tell him, I'm coming to the realization of what this is. Then, Jane said Combs a message in September of twenty twenty three that said, quote, I don't want to play this role in your life anymore.

I don't want to feel obligated to perform these nights with you in fear of losing the roof over my head. I don't want to keep feeling like this anymore now. She testified that she had felt obligated to engage in hotel nights since Combs started paying the rent for her new home in April. Jane said Combs would say little, guilt trippy things about the house. Quote, I feel like he had made such a big purchase, and I felt like this was something I had to do in return to make him feel okay about it. Combs responded girls stop to her message, and then later said they should talk. Jane testified about a series of communications she had with Diddy before she visited him in New York in twenty twenty three, in which she said she felt disrespected and told him she didn't want him to use her for a hotel binge.

7:09 Comb sent her a voice message telling her how sick he was and that nothing she was saying made sense. He didn't acknowledge her comment about feeling obligated to perform at hotel nights. She said they then get on a FaceTime call after that and Comb's calmed her down. He promised her they'd have what he called a proper New York trip with dinners and shopping, and she claimed that he didn't mention a hotel night during that FaceTime call. Jay said she went to New York this was on September seventeenth of twenty twenty three, because she didn't think there'd be a hotel night, and once she got off the plane, come send her messages about arranging a hotel night. Jane said she tried to brush away his questions about a hotel night. Then Combs texted her, quote, Okay, I have a surprise if that's okay, just one and Jane testified that Mint Combs was going to introduce her to a new entertainer for you guessed it a hotel night. She went on to say that once she was in New York City, they went to a lounge and quote, we bickered a lot. I was kind of showing discomfort about these nights and how it was just being sprung on me, She said. Combs started being defensive. On the way back to the hotel, she said she took an ecstasy pill. Then she went back into the hotel room, put on some lingerie, and when she came out, Combs said this new surprise was coming. She said that particular guy did not go very well. She said she felt like she had to make it up to Combs, so she contacted another entertainer they had called on a previous hotel night, many actually hotel nights, and she arranged to have him fly to New York City. The jury then saw text between Jane and that man in which Jane told him she was sorting out his cash payment. In another text, she told him there'd be an envelope with cash left on the front desk of the Trump International Hotel.

9:22 Jane testified she got the cash from Combs. So a few days after that hotel night, Trup Jane nex saw Combs in Miami at a hotel. Now on the Miami trip, Comes wanted to watch footage from the New York City trup. Comes then said he wanted quote A part two, so they had the same entertainer who was with them in New York joined them in Miami on that trip as well. In October twenty twenty three, Jane and Diddy were discussing COM's requests for her to arrange a party with several entertainers. At the same time, Jane said she saw one of Combe's ex girlfriends posting with Combs on her social media.

10:06 Jane testified she was furious in that he was asking for a hotel night while he was with another woman. Quote, you got that girl next to you, so figure it out. She texted Combs Combs responded, You're the only one that's gonna put me at peace. Jane responded, introduce her to Pee. It's not me, it's the entertainment that puts you at peace. And Jane testified at that point that Pee was in reference to an entertainer named Paul. In later messages from the same twenty twenty three conversation, Jane wrote, our experiences are desynthesizing sex for me, and that she didn't want to be mistreated. Quote, I don't feel like performing loveless cold sex. Jane said she was frustrated because she felt like Combs treated her differently than he treated others. Quote I had to earn and just basic things from my relationship, like love and respect and romance, but I felt like he was giving it to everyone else. She wrote to Combs, quote I'm not a porn star. I'm not an animal.

Jane wrote back that she had to have sex with strangers for three years and quote, I'm tired, and Comes responded, So we're breaking up. Then Comes wrote, let's spend the day just you and me and no strangers please. It's my only day off. And Jane responded, it's loveless for me and nothing satisfies you. And you always push me to do more and more, and Comes responded, let me make love to you. It's filled with love, to which Jane responded, quote, spend the day with your family or your ECTX. I need time to myself now.

11:58 Jane testified that it didn't matter how good a night was, he always wanted me to do more and more, and the text went on from there, with Jane saying, quote, spend the day with your family or Gina. I need time for myself now. Gina is another woman that Comes had a relationship with. Comes responded to that, No, I want to see you. We don't have to have sex. I want to spend the day with you, please, and Jane responded, you beat the love out of us. You made it crystal clear exactly what you want me for. You're going to spend the day what love bombing me so you can get what you want. It's not genuine.

12:40 I've hit a mental and spiritual wall. She testified that quote whenever he wanted me or one of these nights, the love bombing or the persistency would start, and the fight at this point carried into the next day. She said she told Diddy she needed space and stop calling her. As a matter of fact, she said she stopped answering his calls. Comes left her an audio message saying, you know it wouldn't be calling you like this. I need you girl. Then later that day Come said, can I please come over there? It's my house too, and Jane was referring to the house she was living in where he was paying the rent. Jane testified she was shutting him out not for not answering his messages or calls, but because every time she let him in, I'd be right back into whatever he wanted. In other texts, the same month, Comes texted Jane a screenshot of a conversation he had with his doctor about his knee. Jane responded by telling him take it easy and giving him some advice about his medical issues. She hadn't agreed to see him before that message, but said she responded because she cared about his health. In the prosecution, they then asked Jane to be more detailed about these riety party I told you about in the last episode of this podcast.

14:05 So Jane went on to say she didn't take drugs during that sobriety party, and she said she threw up after having sex with two men. When she told Combs she had thrown up, he said, Okay, that's good. You'll feel better now, let's go outside. She said she then had sex with a third man. Jane said at the end of the night, she felt absolutely terrible. Jane said after the sobriety party, did he went to Miami. She said she texted him asking him to put money in her account. She didn't hear from him, and she sent more angry text about feeling used for the sobriety party that had turned into a hotel night. Combs then sent her an audio message telling her he's single he didn't have to listen to her. The argument continued, and eventually Jane and Combs they get on the phone and Jane tests that over the phone, Comes offered to pay three months more of rent after she expressed frustration over the party, which she called traumatic. Jane testified she told him I'm not Gina or Cassie, of course, referring to the two other women that Comes and dated, who Jane said left their relationships with Combs quietly says a little bit of a threat there. Right after the call, Jane texted him, you agreed to match my two year investment in this toxic ass relationship, and boys, she couldn't say it any

15:35 better than that, this is about as toxic relationship as I've ever seen. She goes on to say, match the two years, like you said, and we're leaving each other alone. Don't call me, don't text me. I'm dead to you, and she testified that she wrote I'm dead to you because Combs had said that to her on the phone call. In a later text, she said Combs had been threatening to take away her home. Comes respond by calling Jane crazy. He said, quote, the beauty is we both don't have to do anything we don't want to do. Jane testified he was referring to paying her rent in that message, and Jane responded that he was threatening her house for the millionth time and that he got her sick. She said, after that sobriety party, she got uti and a yeast infection. Jim, did you see what happened in Texas today? Wait before you tell me that, let me tell you what happened in New York. It cannot be as crazy as the case I told you about yesterday in Louisiana. You know what, we should do a podcast about it, and with that we did. At one point, Jane texted Combs, quote, you placed and paid for all these harmful men on me and risk my health. This was never love. I regret everything and all this dark, toxic shit that has entered my life. After more messages were sent, Jane and Combs, they had a phone call and he tried to calm her down, she said. She later texted him that she was going to be processing some sort of trauma and just needed some healing time to get back to herself. Quote, I feel as your lover, I want to please you and distress you, and I pushed through and went along with these things, even though deep down I wanted the night to be over. She wrote that she would try to give Comb's cues to let him know that she wanted to finish, but he would always encourage her to push through, quote I know I was consenting, like you say on tape. She also testified that she was referencing their phone conversation in which Combs told her, if anyone were to watch these tapes, they would have thought you were having the best time.

He then asked her if that was true, and Jane paused for a long time before responding, and then she responded, quote, I'm still trying to figure that out. And for her to say that that way, that's kind of a negative against the prosecution, because in order to prove coercion, you have to prove that the other person wasn't a willing party, and she's saying she can't figure out whef she was or not. Jane then testified she went to shawan Combe's house soon after the text chain that I just read you, She said, the visit ended up being one of her favorite moments. The jury then saw photos of the two of them together in the master bedroom, and she recalled looking at these photos that it was the first time she felt supported by Combs. Quote. I felt like he had really absorbed for the first time what I was saying, and I felt that he understood me in the moment that these pictures were taken. But she left when it got closer to his birthday, which was November fourth, quote, with celebrations, I just felt like they would be put on me. As far as him wanting to party, She's probably right, she said. Comes didn't call her to party for his birthday. But Jane said she bought him a mobile television screen so they could use it for pornographic movie nights, hoping that could replace the entertainers. The prosecution then asked her thoughts when she saw Cassie's lawsuit, and she said, quote, I almost fainted. In fact, I think I did. Jane said. Three pages in Ventura's lawsuit had

I'm reading my own story, Jane said, that she had only met Cassie a few times in passing, and it was years ago and they had not communicated beyond that. Jane message Combs after reading the lawsuit, going on to say quote, I was just in complete state of shock, just messaging him like what is this. She then texted Combs quote, I feel like I'm reading my own sexual trauma, even two of my own birthdays. You forced men on me. The sick part is you knew this was coming, and you gas let me and made me feel crazy about the sex trauma I was developing knowing you've been here before. It's also clear that this was sexual exploitation, that you framed his love for your sick fetishes. So apparently, before she saw Cassie's lawsuit, she thought Comebs was only and had only ever done this with her these hotels, she said. Comes didn't respond for two days, but eventually said call me on the phone. Important. The Journey then heard a recorded phone call between Jane and Shawn Combs. This was in November of twenty twenty three. The recording was actually recovered from a cell phone that belonged to Christina korm who, as I've told Jim the past is Comb's former chief of staff. Jane testified she didn't know anyone was listening at the time, or that she was being recorded for

On the call, Comes and Jane spoke about Cassie's lawsuit, Comes told her, you know, I really can't talk on this phone, but also said he'd do what he could to make her feel better. Comes said of the hotel nights, quote, it was just some kinky shit that I thought we both you know what I'm saying enjoyed unquote. Combs then said I need you to be there for me, and Jane responded, who's there for me when I close my eyes and have these fucked up things in my head? Combs told her to call korm if she needed anything else before ending that call.

22:12 Combs and Jane spoke again later that day in another call that was recorded, and Combs said multiple times quote, I need your friendship right now, going on to say, you know, you ain't got to worry about nothing else, and Jane testified at that point she knew what he was referring to, which were the rent payments for her house right He's holding that over her head. The prosecution then went back to December seventh of twenty twenty three, where Jane sent Diddy a screenshot of something on Instagram with the words quote something that was very triggering for me. She then texted Combs quote, I'm crying and it's so close to some nights I felt forced. She also wrote, please stop using women for your fetish and leave women alone who don't want to do these things with you.

23:00 Hire prostitutes, and stop emotionally harming women that you love, and Comes responded to that you're trying to set me up. This is crazy, fucking crazy. Are you recording or phone calls? And Jane texted back, no, stop calling me. You will never understand because you're so deep in your own lives that you tell yourself. She also texted him quote, I set up the man for myself because I didn't want to be set up with any more strangers. It was a protective instinct for myself, and when I on to say, I became the side chick and the sex worker in my own relationship. So Comes responded by asking if she was seeing anyone else, and then later asked if she wanted to see him in the New Year and asked about his Christmas present. Jane responded to him by saying she was only going to provide for her child for the holidays that year because she had an unproductive couple of years, and when she was asked about this, she testified that she was referring to the years she spent in the relationship where most of her time was taken up with hotel nights. On December twenty seventh of twenty twenty three, she sent comes messages in which she said, quote, you could never handle this pain. I'm not even the same person anymore. Combs then asked her how they can move on and asked her if she was free in the new year. Jane said she lifted him up in those rooms and took on a lot to make him happy and later messages, Combs said stop with the rooms

24:33 and accused her of setting him up, and Jane testified he was obviously referring to those hotel nights. She then said more about the text that she sent Combs in December of twenty twenty three. She said she felt manipulated and violated. She said she was venting to the only person she could because she never confided in anybody else regarding the hotel nights, and when asked why she never told anyone, Jane testified because it was just a shameful, dark secret of mine. Jane said that she was not trying to answer Combs because he would gaslight her in a way that warped her sense of reality. Quote, every time I would speak my truth or how would be feeling, Sean would just give me a different version of it and say it wasn't this, and it wasn't that. At some point they got on a FaceTime call, and Jane testified Comes told her on the phone repeatedly to charge him an amount that would help her to move on.

25:32 According to Jane, Comes said things on the phone like charge me for your resentment and quote, I just need you to get over this, Jane testified. He also said at that time, I don't want any loose ends. After the call, Jane said she sent Comes a text outlining terms in which Comes would pay her hundreds of thousands of dollars for what she felt would compensate her for the three years of their relationship up and in response, Combs told her she was an opportunist, a liar, and a con artist. She also said that Come's threatened to show her sex tapes to the father of her child. On December twenty eighth of twenty twenty three, Jane texted Christina Koram and she said that Diddy threatened her about those sex tapes. She wrote quote he said he would expose me and send them to my child's father. He has been bothering me for two months. Jane said. She then talked to Korm on the phone the next day, and Korm agreed to hide the phones the tapes were on.

26:37 Korn then suggested that Jane and Combs give each other space, probably a good idea, Jane said. Korm told her, I always tell him all the time to give these things space, otherwise we'll end up in a situation like we are now. And when asked about that, Jane said she understood Korm was referring to Ventura's lawsuit. She said after their December twenty twenty three conversation, Jane and Combes didn't speak again until February of twenty twenty four. She said she felt a sense of calm during that time because she had some distance from Combs, and she described a trip that took place in January of twenty twenty four with friends to Las Vegas. She said she flew to Las Vegas on a rapper's plane and went with the group to dinner, a show, and later the rapper's hotel room. She said when some of the group got to the hotel room late that night, one of the entertainers that she and Cones had actually hired in the past for a hotel encounter.

27:40 That person was there. She said he was having sex with another woman while others watched. She didn't name the rapper or any other people at the party other than the entertainer. She then said finances started to pick back up in January of twenty twenty four after she started an OnlyFans account. She said she PoID to content and lingerie, swimwear and what she termed sexually suggestive positions. She said a friend also helped her by sending her about nine thousand dollars that month. Damn, that's a good friend. Jane said. She and Combs got back in touch in February of twenty twenty four. She said Comes texted her that he had a dream about her, and she said she responded to that text because she quote missed him dearly. And the messages, Come said he missed her smile and told her to send a picture of them pretty teeth and remember he used to dog them teeth out. He then asked if she was free on her birthday, and later messages, Come said he would love to spend her birthday with her, and she texted him back quote, I'm a little traumatized from my past birthdays and what they ultimately led to.

28:50 You know what she's talking about there. The jury then saw a long text message exchange between Jane and Diddy about whether they should spend her birthday to go together. Jane expressed in several texts that she didn't think it was a good idea, but she said she eventually agreed to go visit Combs in Miami for her birthday. When she got to Miami, hear and Combs. They had a private dinner. There were decorations and gifts set up at his home in Miami. Jane and Combs started drinking and took ecstasy. Some time in the morning hours. Comebs asked Jane if she wanted to see Don up there. It is one of the entertainers from a previous hotel night, and Jane said she agreed and had sex with Don in front of Combe's at Combe's Residents, prosecutor coming asked Jane why she agreed to have sex with Don, and she responded, quote, at this point, I'm just so used to this being the outcome of whatever we're doing that I just accepted. She said that her and Combs rested in Miami a couple of days after that before she went back to Los Angeles, and she said by the time she left Miami, they were back together. So after Jane and Diddy got back together in twenty twenty four, she said she took about three trips to Miami to see Combs, and he came to La a couple of times.

30:11 She said they didn't go out in public because things have really hit a fan with everything going on, so it was better just to keep it private, and she said they would have hotel nights at combs homes or at her house. Jane them read allowed some text messages between her and Diddy in early March of twenty twenty four, and we're getting closer to a rest time for Diddy right. Jane said that Combs was trying to get her set up with another hotel night and the messages. Combs told her that his mother was coming into town soon, and Jane responded, implying he was lying to cover up being with another woman. Combs texts that it would be best if they went their separate ways peacefully. He wrote quote, I would appreciate it if you could sign something for me so I could have closure comfortably, and Jane responded, no problem. Combs right that Jane was making her own money now, so he hoped they could have a clean break, and that is what he told his accountant. Jane testified that his accountant was the person responsible for paying her rent on time. Jane texted him that she would still be paying off her debt from being unemployed for three years when she was his quote on call Party Girl.

31:24 She asked Combs for three months before taking on rental payments, saying I'm tired of the rent threats. I hate living like this. And they then got into the raids of Sean Combe's homes and she mentioned that HSI Homeland Security Investigations left a business card on her home. This was in March of twenty twenty four, and she said she didn't speak to anyone at Homeland Security at that time, but she called Combs and his security guard, and she was trying to reach Combs about this, and at some point after these raids comes hires a lawyer for Jane, and get this, she confirmed Combes is still paying for that attorney representing her now. Then Jane went on to say that one of the entertainers they used frequently, Sly.

He threatened to release a sex tape of them in twenty twenty four, after these searches occurred of Ditty's homes, Sly said he had a thirty five minute video of he and Jane during a hotel night. Because Ditty had recorded the video on Sly's phone instead of his own. Boy, that's a hell of a mistake to make quote. My heart was beating out of my chest. I couldn't believe what he was saying to me. She asked sl what he wanted for the tape, and he asked for ten grands. She told him she'd try to make it happen. Jane said she called Combs, who got his legal team involved. She then spoke to Sly again and told him she had legal representation and what he tried to do was sextortion. And she wouldn't be having any further conversations about it. She said. She later received a message from a big media company saying they bought the tape and asked for comment. She said, quote, I fainted and I called my lawyer. Jane said the company never released the tape, but she didn't really know why.

Jane testified she was at comes Miami residence the day CNM released the now famous Hotel Hallway video that showed Comb's beating the shit out of Cassie. Comb's son actually went into his bedroom when he saw the video on CNN, and he told Combs something's happened. Jane said she gave come space that day while he huddled with family and friends, and at some point that day she was invited to huddle with Combs, his sons, and others as they planned a sincere apology post to address the video. She and Combs did not discuss the video in those first days, but she never heard him deny that it was him on that video. The next time this day, Comb showed Jane a draft of a statement he posted on social media, and she testified she gave Comb's positive feedback on that, and then she said, I left and I went back to Los Angeles. She said later they had a conversation about the video that was in June or July, which was about a month or two after the video was released, and she said Comb said that it was the only time he had ever been physically violent like that. Of course he's going to say that. He also told her that Ventura was a hitter and that she would hit.

34:34 So Comey then asked Jane if Combe said whether he would hit Ventura, and Jane said she thought he addressed it, but she couldn't remember what he said. So she flies back to Los Angeles. This is in May of twenty twenty four, and they didn't see each other, her and Comb's again in person until June eighteenth of twenty twenty four, and she said she remembered the date because it was quote a terrible day. Wait till I tell you about this. She said. They plan for a date night in the house where she lives, with Combs coming to Los Angeles after he was done with a family trip in Utah. Jane said Come's assistant Jonathan came over first to help her set up the house with decor in candles and to stock the fridge. She said when Combs arrived, they spent time catching up in the backyard, and the jury was then shown photos in a video that Jane took of Combs that night, and the video music was playing and you could hear Comb's talking, but Jane and Combs they get in an argument about a half hour after this video was recorded. Quote. I started confronting Sean about who he was with on that family trip. I was making an assumption that he was with another woman. Jane then called him a pedophile. Jane said the woman she thought he was with was an adult, but she was roughly twenty five years younger than him. Would y'all at this time, Combs was around fifty four or thereabouts, meaning

She said she didn't see any marks or injuries on his head. Later, Jane said she started throwing candles around the house. She was repeatedly saying she hated him. She said a lot of candlewax went onto Comb's clothes, but she didn't see any glass hit him directly. She said, quote, I think he was probably cursing and calling me crazy, and adding that he had an angry tone. When she realized the fight with Combs was escalating, she said she tried to lock herself in the master bedroom. She said, Comes kicked open the bedroom door, and she locked herself in the master bathroom. She said, then he kicked that door off the hinges. She ran into the master closet. At that point, She said she changed her clothes while hiding in the closet, and when asked why she did that, she said she knew that she needed to wear something she could escape in Wow, what a relationship. Comes kicked open the closet door too. When Jane left that room and ran for the front door, Combs caught her quote Sean kick me in the back of the thigh. I fell down. He then picked me up in a chokehold and choked me.

37:26 She said that she was able to squirm out of Comb's grasp and ran outside. Jane said she didn't want to wake the neighbors, so she quietly hid by a wall outside until she thought Comebs was gone. She said she thought she hid there for about two hours. She started to walk back to the house because at this point she assumed he was gone, but she said when she turned the corner she saw Combs on the street. Quote. I was scared, but I was quiet. I just kept walking back to the house because I didn't want to wake the neighbors. Jane said she went into the guests ba at hem of the house and locked the door, but Combs kicked that door in. She started throwing more candles because she wanted to get away from her. She then ran onto the patio and Combs followed. Quote. I punched him and he punched me. Jane said she punched Comb's once in the temple, didn't see any injuries on him after, but then Combs punched her in the head twice, once on my forehead and once around my eye. After Combs hit her, Jane ran into the backyard and went into a ball on the ground, trying to cover her head. Quote.

38:33 He started punching my head. He started kicking me. He started saying all kinds of things and just kept punching me. She said Combs was telling her that she was trying to take him away from his kids and his family and Jane responded that she wasn't and she told him to just leave her alone. He then grabbed her by the arm and pulled her hair and started dragging her back to the house. Jane said after Diddy assaulted her, they went back into the master bedroom and she used Comb's phone to call the girl she assumed he was with on his family trip. Jane said she asked the girl if she was on the trip with Sewing, and the girl starts insulting her while the call was on speakerphone, and she said, at this point, Sean is holding me down and making me listen to her insult me. Jane said she yelled out that Combs was beating her, and he immediately hung up the phone. Later, comes facetimed one of his assistants and told him to tell Jane there was not a girl on that trip, and Jane testified she was in the corner of the room and Combs was standing right in front of her. At some point after that, Jane went ahead and decided to take a shower to cool off. When she looked in the mirror, she ned his two golf ball size welts on her forehead and a black eye. Forming she said. Comebs also got in the shower, but was still wearing clothes standing out of the water, and Jane testified that she told Comes at that point she hated him. Combs responded by slapping her three times in the face, eventually knocking her

40:06 off balance in to the ground. Combs was in using her phone to watch pornography. So you go from slapping her to the ground three times to picking up her phone and watching porn. She said the phone was scream mirrored to the TV so she could see he was texting an entertainer they had used before to see if he could come over. Can you believe this? Jane said that Diddy told her he was inviting Antwine over because quote, We're not going to end the night like this. She said. Comebs told her to put makeup on and put her hair to the side to cover her injuries, and she said that's just what she did. Jane said Comb scrolled up and saw earlier messages between her and and and Twine.

40:49 This was the same entertainer she had seen in January of twenty twenty four during a trip to Las Vegas. She said, Comes saw a message where the entertainer referenced spending time with they're mutual friends, and Jane testified she understood that to be a reference to people from that Vegas trup. She said she hadn't told Combs about that trip because at the time they were on a break. Jane said, Comes asked what the message was about, and she told him she didn't know because she said, I didn't want to escalate the night any further. Jane said she chatted with Antwine for a little while when he arrived, before Combs asked to speak with her. She and Combs went in another room and he said the messages he read weren't sitting right with him and asked her again about the mutual friend reference. It was around this time that Combs had her take ecstasy. They excused themselves from the room with Antwine and went in the bathroom. That's when he opened his hand to show her an ecstasy pill.

41:48 Comes and says did she take the pill and said, quote, You're not going to ruin my night? She said she responded with I don't want to and said it over and over again. She said, Comes got close to her face and said, quote, is this coercion. Jane testified she just looked back at him and didn't say anything. They returned to the room, and she said she performed oral sex on the entertainer for what she said felt like forever, and eventually they had sex while Combs watched. Jane testified the next time she saw Diddy in person was a few days later. She said, I just missed him so bad.

42:29 Jane said she and Combs had been messaging each other about that night and how awful we were both feeling, and she said Comes repeatedly accused her of cheating, while she kept apologizing and insisting nothing had happened. They agreed to see each other and she went to his home. So Jane said the last time she saw Diddy in person was in his Miami home. This was in August of twenty twenty four. Quote. When we were together, we were just in our same routine, having sex and everything. She said, we would invite Don and that's just what we did that night, and said she had sex in front of Combs with Don and that was the last time they saw each other. With that, the prosecution was done with questioning Jane. It was the defensive turn, but not today court was over. Jerry was dismissed for Monday, June ninth, twenty twenty five, and of course I'll be back soon with another update on the trial of Shawn Combes.
