And a lawsuit has dropped that we're gonna cover in detail today because it named some pretty famous people. And I promise you you're gonna want to hear it. You're not gonna believe some of the names that we're gonna discuss today. Some of these names you're very familiar with. And this lawsuit was brought by a guy by the name of mansorro Joseph, and this is a good time to mention these are allegations. People are in a sit until proven guilty in this country. And I'm just covering this lawsuit. I am disseminating public information and any opinion I offer is just that my opinion as it stands now.

1:07 All of these are allegations. But let's get into this lawsuit. I have it in front of me. It was filed on April first of twenty twenty five by man zorro Joseph versus Sean John Combs also known as Diddy, Eric Maheies, Brendan Paul Emilio and Stefan, Adria English and John Doe and it reads comes now Manzarrow Joseph by and through his council files this verified complaint for damages and at lists all the people I just said. Plan Iff Manzarro Joseph is a natural person and resident of Palm Beach County, Florida.

1:52 Planoff is a survivor of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and organized criminal enterprise. Defendant and Shawn John Combs is a natural person and resident of Miami Dade County, Florida. Definite Didty is over the age of majority and has facilitated and engaged in trafficking of the plaintiff and directly perpetrated acts of sexual violence against the plantiff. Defendant Eric Mahais is a natural person resident of Broward County, Florida. Defendant mahyis drug transported and threatened the Plainoff. Defendant Brendan Paul is a natural person and resident of o Ohio. Defendant Brendan is over the age of majority and relayed Ditty's instructions and coordinated the planiff's transportation. Defendant Emilio Estefan is a natural person and resident of Miami Dade County, Florida.

2:50 He approved Planiff's transport and maybe served at and it goes into his address. Defendant Adria English is a natural person and resident of sam Bernardino County, Florida. She acted as an enabler, co conspirator and assisted the Planeff's targeting, isolation and concealment after the incident. And then it gets into the introduction it says this action is brought against defendants for human trafficking, drugging, kidnapping, sexual exploitation, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, fraudulent concealment, conspiracy, and related unlawful conduct. Planeff was drug transported against his will and sexually maimed as a victim of coercive and organized criminal enterprise beginning in twenty fifteen, orchestrated and facilitated by the defendants. The pattern of threats, concealment, manipulation, and psychological coercion persisted for years, extending the statute of limitations under federal tolling doctrines. Defendants not only participated in the trafficking and drugging of the PLANEFF, but also obstructed justice, facilitated cover intimidated the Plainiff and enabled these crimes through conspiracy and concealment. The planet possesses medical records from a licensed urologist insurgent documenting sexual maiming, disfigurement, and serious hernias possibly inoperable, which continue to impact his quality of life and physical well being. Defendant Brendan relayed defendant,

4:23 Didty's instructions and coordinated the planeff's transportation. Definant Adria, who referred to herself as Ditty sexual assistant, acted as an enabler and co conspirator, assisting in the planetf's targeting, isolation and concealment after the incident. Defendant Eric, who drugged and transported the planeiff, later posted threats on Facebook blaming the planiff for Bony Rivera's suicide, An issue repeated threats against the planeiff, including kidnapping threats towards the planeft's minor son. Defendant Eric also attempted to manipulate the PLANEFF by requ ust in contact before the plainiff's memories had fully returned.

5:05 Surveillance footage captured the defendant Eric trespassing on the planef's property while attempting to evade detection. Additional security footage from twenty fifteen. She is a hitman known as Sigfredo Garcia, associate with defendant Eric, who is now serving a life sentence in an unrelated murder for hire case. In the Plainiff's alleyway, a police report was filed coroborating his encounter. These acts of intimidation, surveillance, and fraud were continued for years and were designed to suppress the Plainiff's memory and delay or prevent legal recourse. High profile individuals such as Jacob Arabo, jay Z, Gloria Is, Stefan Lebron James, and Beyonce Noles Carter are identified as witnesses due to their presence or knowledge of the events surrounding the quote freak golf or by a defendant Diddy and I know some eyebrows just raised when I said those names. So let's get into the facts as it's alleged by the person that filed this lawsuit, Honor. About early April of twenty fifteen, at approximately five thirty pm, the plaintiff arrived at his residence located at four to four Valley Forge Road in West Palm Beach, Florida. As planiff unlocked his door and turned the handle, he felt a greasy substance resembling vasolene on his hand. The planeiff attempted to wash his hands, but lost consciousness before he could do so. Hmmm, sound familiar.

6:39 When the planef for a gain consciousness, he was in the backseat of a moving vehicle driven by defendant Eric, with Bonny Rivera in the passenger seat. The planiff inquired about his location, expressing confusion and insisting that he was supposed to be at home then, before losing consciousness again. The planiff overheard Bunny Rivera defendant Eric that he was regaining consciousness, asking he's waking up, cuz what should I do? Do you want me to knock him out, to which defendant Eric responded, no, don't touch him, don't worry. Just giving him minute, he'll fall back asleep again. I gave him a lot of that scopola mean I believe is how that's pronounced. Planning for a gang consciousness at defendant Eric's residence in Deerfield Beach, Florida, where he was being forcibly held. While there, he witnessed a man named Omar Bravo delivering two keiloads of narcotics cocaine and methamphetamine, which Defendant Eric accepted. The Planiff saw the defendant Brendan appearing nervous, sitting nearby with a motorcycle helmet in his lap. After the transaction, the drugs were placed in Defenditt Brennan's backpack.

7:53 Before leaving. Defendant Brendan stated that defendant Diddy wanted the Planiff to be brought to a freak off of him, making Planiff realize he was being transported against his will. Upon arriving at a security booth in Miami, Florida, all occupants of the vehicle were required to present identification. The Planiff was forcefully roused from his drug induce stupor for a positive identification. Defendant Eric informed security that they were attending an event at the Istefan mansion, mentioned it was Christian's birthday party that night. The security logs at the entrance of Star Island would reflect that entry. The PLANEFF was dragged through the back entrance of the Estefan mansion at approximately twelve thirty am. Once inside Glory, Estefan panicked upon seeing the planeff's deteriorating state, demanding colonn ambulance. However, Defendant Emilio quickly silenced her and ushered her away into the crowd. At that moment, the planiff briefly saw Lebron James, who was wearing a white bath towel, brown shower shoes, and carrying a shaving bag. He was walking through the hallway.

9:06 Lebron James looked at the PLANEFF and, in response to Glorias Stephan's plan for an ambulance, remarked, quote, y'all better do something about that. The PLANEFF was in led by defendant Adria, who identified herself as quote Ditty's personal sexual assistant unquote, and through the concealed tunnel that connected the Estefan mansion to Defendite Ditty's mansion, the PLANEFF was secretly transported to Definite Ditty's mansion, who knew there was a concealed tunnel. Upon regaining partial consciousness, the planet found himself inside a large party area. Upon information and belief that it was Ditty's son's birthday party, Jay Z and Beyonce Knowles Carter were seated in the room, and upon seeing the planeiff, Beyonce asked, what's this? What's this all about?

This is part of his punishment. The Planeff was forcefully paraded through multiple rooms filled with people who were jeering and taunting him. Defendant Diddy explicitly ordered the planet's degradation, stating He's going to find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him undressed. The Planef was stripped and placed inside a shower area where two unidentified women forcefully washed him while defendants Eric and Bonny Rivera watched. Following this, the Planeff was dressed in a small thong bikini bottom and a black leather mask with a rubber dam forcefully inserted and zip clothes over his head. A locking sex device was affax to the mask, which protruded from his mouth the Holy shit. The Planiff was then subjected to degrading and non consensual acts of the direction of Defendant's Diddy. In Adria, the Planiff was sexually assaulted and forced to partake in unwanted sexual activity using the mask and a sex toy on a large black leather ottoman until he lost consciousness again. When the Planiff regained partial awareness, he was locked in a small dark side room, left on a black leather couch until

11:28 defendant Adria and defendant Eric entered, dressed him, and prepared him for transport out of the property. While still semi conscious, the Planiff encountered Jacob Arabow, who was visibly disturbed upon seeing the Planiff in his forced attire. He asked, quote, what's this? What's going on with this guy? Why is he standing here staring at me with a penis trapped to his face? I mean, you can't make this shit up. Defendant Eric responded, Oh, he's just some guy who's a snitch. We're teaching him a lesson, and it's not funny all but it's just so bizarre and out of this world.

12:09 Defendant Emelio intervened, instructing defendant Eric and Bonny Rivera to move the Planiff out of Jacob Arabow's sight. Gloria A Stefan again pleaded for an ambulance to be called, but Defendant Emilio silenced her and shoved her into the crowd. Upon a leaving the event, Plainiff overheard defendant Diddy, as defended Eric, You're going to get rid of him, right, to which defendant Eric responded, Yeah, I'll be taking care of that. Following the freak off event, the Planiff was returned to the gang house, where he was savagely beaten and left for dead inside his apartment. When a gang member later inquired about how Plainiff was kept unconscious, defendant Eric responded, xylazine trenk. As a direct result of the defendant's deliberate acts of violence, the Planiff suffered catastrophic physical injuries, including severe internal t trauma, permanent growing damage, sexual maiming, and multiple hernias. These life altering injuries are extensively documented by medical evaluations from a urologist and a surgeon. In the years following the attack, defendant Eric engaged in an ongoing campaign of targeting harassment, publicly issuing death threats against the Planiff, blaming him for Bunny Rivera's suicide, and threatened to kidnap the Planiff's minor son, all in efforts to intimidate the Planiff into silence. Surveillance footage and official police reports confirmed multiple attempts by defending Eric to unlawfully approach

13:39 the Planiff's property. Additionally, a hit man named Sigfrido Garcia, who is now serving a life sentence and an unrelated murder, was in the planiff alleyway. A police report was filed coroborating this encounter. Seen as an associate of defendant Eric, was captured on security cameras outside the Planeff's residence, further evidence of a coordinated campaign of intimidation. Defendant Adria actively obstructed the Planoff's ability to seek justice by tampering with evidence, interfering with legal proceedings, and conspiring to conceal the crimes committed by the Planiff. Defendants acts of coercion, obstruction, threat and ongoing intimidation persisted until at least twenty twenty one, demonstrating a clear pattern of misconduct. Plaintiff has now compiled the necessary evidentiary foundation to proceed with this legal action, including verified medical records, swarm witness statements, and coroberating documentation directly implicating the defendants in his abduction, drugging, sexual exploitation, and abuse. As a direct and proximate result of the defendant's actions, Plainmoff has suffered severe and ongoing physical injuries, profound psychological trauma, in irreputable emotional distress. The defendants deliberate, coordinated, and malicious conduct caused the planet's significant economic damages, prolonged suffering and lasting harm, and damages in an amount to be determined at trial. And it goes into the counts,

15:14 and it starts with Diddy, and this is count one, and it says defendant knowingly recruited, transported, harbored, and obtained planiff through an organized and coercive criminal enterprise, utilizing subordinates and co conspirators to facilitate planeffs trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation. Defendant knowingly harbored the plan iff at his residents, where planiff was subjected to non consensual acts, force participation in sexual abuse, and extreme humiliation in front of others for the defendant's personal gratification and control. Defendant directed and orchestrated the planiff's abduction by his associates, including defendant Eric and defendant Brendan, who drugged and transported the planiff against his will. Defendant utilized force, fraud, and coercion to enslave the plane iff within his trafficking enterprise. The defendant facilitated drugging and confinement of the Planeff to render him unable to resist or escape. The Planeff was involuntarily intoxicated with drugs commonly used by traffickers to incapacitate victims.

16:21 The Planeff was forcefully stripped, physically handled, and paraded before an audience as an object of degradation at the defendant's direction. The Planeff was further subjected to force participation in nonconsensual sexual acts, including the use of physical restraints in sexual devices, causing severe pain and psychological trauma. Defendant did he explicitly ordered his subordinates to ensure the Planeff continued subrogation, stating, He's going to find out what we do to stitches tonight, get him undressed. Then it goes into Eric maheis in his counts, and it says the planeff reaaleges that the defendant personally facilitated the planet's forced intoxication, and it goes into the drugs he gave him. The defendant played a critical role in his trafficking. The defendant knowingly harbored the Planeff at a private resonance he directed employed force, fraud and coercion to facilitate the planiff's trafficking. The defendant participated in physical restraint of the plaintiff and forcefully removed the planiff's clothing. The defendant ensured the execution of Defendant Diddy's commands.

17:31 And it goes on and on with things I've already told you. Then it gets into Definitt Paul in count three, and it says the defendant personally participated in luring the planiff into the environment. He harbored the planeff at a private resonance, physically restrained the planiff, participated in humiliating the planiff, participated in intimidation and psychological manipulation, knowingly traffic the planiff, and personally assisted in forcing the planiff into non consensual sexual acts, as well as some other things I've already covered. Count four is against Emilio Stefan says defendant knowingly allowed, facilitated, and provided locations for the trafficking. Was a key enabler in the planiff's trafficking. Was an active participant in luring vulnerable victims, including the plantiff, into environments where they would be drugged. Utilized his status power and industry access to protect the network personally witnessed the planiff's victimization at events where trafficked individuals were forced into sexual servitude. Yet he took deliberate action to support and expand the operation rather than to intervene and assist the victims. So they're charging him with a lot of enabling of all of this, which is no surprise. And I say charging him this is keep in mind, and a civil case, not a

19:03 criminal case. So these are charges the plaintiff is alleging. Adria English is Count five says that she was a key recruiter and enforcer responsible for luring the plaintiff into environment, manipulated the planiff. Another charge, engaged in tactics of psychological and physical abuse, played a pivotal role in facilitating and overseeing the sexual servitude and conglomerate of other things that have already covered. Is Count six says, willfully unlawfully sees confined, abducted and kidnapped the plaintiff, knowingly restrained the planiff against his will, transported the plaintiff to the site in which all this occurred, conspired with two or more individuals to execute that kidnapping, caused irreputable psychological harm, and loss of memory, as well as some other things have already covered. And then count seven is ditty again, but this is in relation to witness tampering, and it says the defendant individually and in concert with others, engaged in a deliberate campaign of intimidation, threats, and coercion aimed at preventing the planeff from testifying truthfully and providing evidence against him. In concealment to suppress the planiff's ability to testify or report crimes, the defendant referred to the planiff as a snitch and

20:35 warned the planiff of severe consequences should the planiff cooperate and have covered several of these other things that is discussed with this count. Count eight against Eric maheis also witness tampering. I won't go into that. I just covered it with Ditty, although it does mention in that that he used social media and professional connection to black ball and isolate the plan off. Then it gets into Brendan Paul again witness tampering. Count ten against a million of Stephan also witness tampering and obstruction, and it goes into examples of that. Count eleven against Adria English also witness tampering, et cetera. Count twelve is a cause of action against all the defendants, and it goes through just a collective accusation pointed at all of them. Count thirteen intentional infliction of mental distress against all defendants. Count fourteen pentitive damages against all the defendants. Now, would you know, as soon as I sit down to record these diddy updates, something else comes out. And that occurred about thirty minutes before I sat down to record this update. So I'm just going to read you this article and we'll learn about this together. It says Sean Diddy Combs faces five counts in new sex trafficking indictment. Sean Diddy Combes has been

22:08 hit with a new indictment that added two new charges in the sex trafficking case against him. And this is important. This is the criminal case, not these civil cases. Combes fifty five, had been previously hit with one count of racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation. The new indictment, made public Friday morning in Manhattan's Federal Court, added one more count each of sex trafficking and transportation. Prosecutors claim the Bad Boy Records founder carried out years long of drugging women and forcing them to have sex with male prostitutes for his own sexual gratification. And you know about the freak afs and all that. It kind of alludes to that. But apparently some new counts have been added. And why is that important? As I've told you from the beginning, the federal criminal lawsuit is a big deal. The federal government wins about ninety eight percent of those criminal cases. They don't even bring those criminal cases unless they're just about one hundred percent positive they can beat that case. And now that they're adding things, it means they've got even more evidence in my opinion. Now, some other things have taken place that I'm going to catch you up on quickly in the civil lawsuit side of things, and this one was a shocker. Houston attorney Tony Busby withdrew from Diddy lawsuit in New York. And of course Busby brought

23:40 massive cases against Diddy. He has withdrawn, but not for the reasons you may think I'm going to read you this. Houston lawyer Tony Busby has withdrawn as an attorney in an ongoing lawsuit against Sean Combs because he's not admitted to practice in the federal jurisdiction where the case was filed. On Monday, Busby filed a notice of motion to withdraw from the lawsuit until he is able to practice in the Southern District of New York. Busby's motion to withdraw comes after US District Judge Ronnie Abrams ordered Busby last week to explain why he had not brought up his ineligibility. It has been this court's attention that Anthony Busby has not been admitted to practice in the Southern District of New York, the judge wrote, mister Busby shall file a letter explaining why he failed to notify the court about this issue earlier. In a statement, Busby said his colleagues would take over the case in the interim. He said he has licensed to practice in New York state courts, but not in New York's federal courts. Quote most of the cases we have filed or in state court, he wrote, until that administrative issue is sorted out, my colleagues who are formally admitted into the Southern District will continue to push those cases while I continue to march forward in New York state cases. We will all be filing cases in Nevada in California very soon. Busby did not say whether the additional cases will be filed in state or federal courts in Nevada or California, or if he was

25:13 admitted to practice in those jurisdictions. Busby originally filed a federal lawsuit in New York in October of twenty twenty four on behalf of a John Doe who claims he was sexually assaulted by Combs. This is one of several lawsuits filed against Combes by dozens of alleged abuse victims. In September of twenty twenty four, Busby announced he would be representing more than fifty clients in a sexual assault law seat against Combes. When this came out, they made a bunch of news. Not as big a deal as it's being made out to be. And he's still involved in the cases. He's just not the primary lawyer on those cases. And then another interesting incident took place on April of twenty twenty five, this by People magazine as a sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy was dismissed when the plantiff failed to identify herself. And I'll get into it.

26:12 One of the lawsuits accusing Sean Combs of sexual assault has been dismissed by a judge after an anonymous plaintiff failed to refile the complaint under her real name. The woman suit comes in the Southern District of New York under the name Jane Doe in October of twenty twenty four, accusing the mogul of assaulting her at a party in nineteen ninety five. On Monday, March thirty first, twenty twenty five, a federal judge tossed the case after the Planeff did not newly file a complaint under her real identity. Quote. On March sixth, twenty twenty five, the court denied the Planet's motion to proceed anonymously. In it ordered her to file a complaint by her real name by March twentieth of twenty twenty five or the case would be dismissed.

26:59 That from US District Judge Lewis Lyman, the plane if had not filed a complaint in her own name, nor has she sought an extension of time to do so. Comes legal team. Praise the judges decision for us. We have seen this case filed by individuals hiding behind inimitity pushed forward by attorneys more focused on media headlines than legal merit. The other claims, like the one dismissed today, also will not hold up in a court of law. The woman had been represented by Toney Busby, a high profile Houston attorney who previously announced he was representing hundreds of people accusing Combs of sexual misconduct. Since his announcement, multiple Busby clients, including the Jane Doe whose case was just dismissed, have sued Bad Boy Records founder Comes legal team also took aim at Busby in a statement following that dismissal, quote, this is now the second case brought by these attorneys against mister Combs that has been dismissed in its entirety. It will not be the last. Despite the dismissal, Comes has still been named a defendant in several dozen lawsuits. Comes criminal trial is set to begin in May, and he remains behind bars in Brooklyn after being denied bail. And there you have that. So the diddy shit is heating up, and we got a trial coming in May, and I'm going to be covering it heavily.

28:32 It looks like it's going to happen. I wasn't so sure, but we're only a month out. Of course, things change quickly in the justice system. It wouldn't shock me by any means if the closer we get to that May trial, something comes out and says it's been delayed, but for now looks like it's going to be in May.
