1:32 Today, I have a lawsuit I'm covering on Kanye West. Now, how does this relate to Diddy? Well, we'll get into that. But it definitely relates, it definitely ties in. And really quick, before we get into this episode, it's very graphic. There's a lot of vulgar language, which I know I don't shy away from, but in this case, it's really vulgar stuff. So, if that sort of thing offends you, you may want to turn the podcast off. Now I'm going to tell you all about it. This lawsuit originally broke on June 3rd of 2024. That was the original lawsuit and then it was amended just a few days ago with The Diddy Tions.

2:17 So, let's get into it. The lawsuit was filed by a woman by the name of Lauren Piscata. And she is a resident of Los Angeles, California. Now, Lauren had worked in the music industry for approximately 15 years. She held positions in artist management and she also held positions in representation of music orders. She was a marketing consultant and she was in project management. Now, due to her professional success, she had occasions to interact professionally with a lot of artists, including the defendant in this lawsuit Kanye West, also known as Yay.

3:00 So, she collaborated with Kanye West on a fashion line and she placed three songs on Kanye's studio album that was released in 2021. Now, in or about July of 2021, Kanye West contacted Lauren and he requested that she serve as his executive assistant in connection with the business affairs of himself and some people he was representing and the personal affairs of Kanye West. So, at the time, Kanye West told Lauren that he was impressed with her previous work that she had done with him as an employee and they agreed on a salary and that salary was $1,000,000 per year. So, Kanye West asked if the plaintiff would be available to him 24/7. He called she answers, right? So, the plaintiff agrees to that salary and she works for the defendant and some people he was representing as an executive assistant/personal assistant and she started doing this full time. So, Kanye, he was aware that she had a very strong meaning Lauren. She had a strong social media presence. She had a very large Instagram account.

4:23 She actually had an only fans account which was run by a management company and he was aware of this. He didn't have any objection to it and he would actually boast to his friend and colleagues that Lauren wasn't only fans superstar. So, Lauren's social media presence included but was not limited to Instagram and only fans and she would post professional bikini and lingerie photographs as a result of professional and tasteful photo sheets. So, it wasn't your, I don't know what you call it, y'all, slutty only fans. It was a little classier and it's important to know this is a beautiful woman for all intents and purposes and I'll put some pictures, not the only fan stuff but I'll put some pictures of her up on the page for Patreon so you can check those out but very beautiful, very head-turning female. So, Lauren's social media presence including that only fans also generated $1 million annually. Much later in around August of 2022 Kanye West stated that he wanted Lauren to be godlike quote unquote and he asked Lauren to delete her only fans account. So, Kanye agreed to pay her the $1 million that she would be losing on only fans in her Instagram if she did so.

Meanwhile, almost immediately Kanye West and the people he represented which were 50 other individuals engaged in a systematic and persuasive campaign of harassment according to and look all this is alleged, right? According to Lauren and her complaint they would sexually harass Lauren according to her. So, she list in this document some specific instances of that harassment discrimination and otherwise unlawful conduct and she refers to some unsolicited text and videos that Kanye sent her. In one example the text reads "See, my problem is I'd be wanting to fuck but then after I fuck I want a girl to tell me how hard they've been fucked while I'm fucking them.

10:49 and then the lawsuit says this text was especially offensive since it suggested or insinuated the plaintiff one to have sex with the defendant and actually had sexual intercourse with the defendant when in fact she did not want to do so it never indeed did so Kanye West also sent Lauren a lengthy text with explicit details of his sexual encounter with a model this text was likewise especially offensive as Kanye West closed the text with I thought about you when I came though and it continues on it says Kanye continually told the plaintiff he wanted a hug from her it was continual and on multiple occasions and he clipped a photo of the plaintiff and texted hug please defendant also clipped a photo of and plaintiff y'all is a lord from her social media and texted crazy a m word never wanted a hug so bad and he attaches a photo and he put when I say I need a hug this is what I mean and it's a picture of a female writing a male and he's got his like arms around here and stuff like he's hugging her but she's having sex with him and that's actually I mean these texts are in the actual lawsuit he also sent Lauren a video via text which is a six second video of a model topless bending over and shaking her

Kanye told Lauren she was getting an additional $3 million as a result of her well-deserved promotion to Chief of Staff thus Lauren salary for working for the defendant Kanye West and his partners was now $4 million. Lauren in justifiable reliance on the representations of Kanye West accepted the position and began performing services for Kanye and his partners in the Chief of Staff role.

21:06 Then on September 16th of 2022 Lauren contacted Kanye and his partners in inquired if her race would be paid in a lump sum or installments however nobody responded about October 11th of 2022 Kanye West advised Lauren she would be paid a full lump sum that day however guess what she didn't get paid despite expressing their great satisfaction with Lauren's performance on the job Kanye and his partners continued to fail to pay the plan of as they had previously promised in fact on several occasions Kanye and his partners in an effort to continue to induce reliance on Lauren's part created a group text instructing that the plan of Lauren be paid $3 million but then stop the wire payments each time meanwhile Lauren continued to rely upon their representations that she would be paid her stated salary and continued to work for them on her about October 21st of 2022 Kanye terminated her employment and offered her a severance of $3 million which she accepted then guess what they didn't pay the severance thereafter on October 28th of 2022 Kanye and his partners asked Lauren if she could perform
