The Intimidation | Sean “Diddy” Combs Saga Part 21

0:19 Hey everyone, and welcome back to its post scandalous Files of the Elite. I am your host, Jim Chapman, and this is the first recording since Christmas. So I hope everyone had a merry Christmas. I hope it was filled with family, friends, and a whole lot of love. And of course, scandals still happen even during the holiday season. And I wasn't going to drop this is kind of a special drop this Friday. I wasn't going to drop an episode on this Friday, but some news has come out that I didn't want you to have to wait for. And it's in regards to Anthony Busby and jay Z. So, as you know, Anthony Busby refiled a lawsuit on behalf of one of his clients who had accused jay Z being that other celebrity in the room with Diddy during an alleged rate and jay Z has pledged to fight that.

1:16 He completely denies that this is a legit lawsuit. Now, of course, jay Z has totally denied any of this, and to his point, there are some inconsistencies with what that particular female was alleging. The story kind of keeps changing, and that is concerning. But anytime you expose powerful people, you have to worry about backlash, and attorneys get this a lot of times as well. Anthony Busby no different. And so I'm gonna re lawsuit that has come out against Anthony Busby, Tony Busby, as he's known, the attorney for over to one hundred lawsuits against Diddy, and of course the attorney who named jay Z in that recent lawsuit.

2:07 So I'm going to go into the lawsuit and then we're going to talk about it. I actually have a copy of it in front of me, and this was filed on December nineteenth. Playing if Jane Doe brings this complaint seeking compensation for the harm she has suffered at the hands of defendant Anthony Glenn Busby for his repeated failure to put his ethical obligations as an attorney over his self interest. Defendant's deceit and lack of care left the planet with an incurable disease and caused her to lose out on assets she should have retained through divorce. Since twenty eighteen, the defendant has taken advantage of the planet for his own personal game, but that ends now. The first time the parties met the defendant lured her into having a sexual encounter with him by concealing the fact that he had I'm not laughing at this, it was just like wow. When this was put on the form a venereal disease. Defendant knew of the risk that he would pass the disease to the planeiff if he did not take appropriate precautions, and when the risk materialized, he manipulated her to protect himself from reputational harm. Using his status as a licensed attorney, the defendant convinced the plantiff to waiver right to monetary compensation contracting a veneer disease from defendant in exchange for free legal services, and then became possessive of plaintiff in an effort to keep her close and prevent her from exposing him for what he did to her. On one occasion, the defendant became physically violent when he observed the planiff speaking to another

3:40 man at a bar in New York, leaving her with two broken teeth. The planet became fearful of what the defendant would do if she ever spoke out against the defendant. In June of twenty twenty one, as a result of the defendant's manipulation. The planiff allowed the defendant, who just married a woman twenty three years younger than him, to represent her in a divorce, and that was really strange to throw that in there. That has absolutely nothing to do with the case. Defendant assured the planiff that he would fight for her to receive her fair share of the marital assets, but rather than uphold his promises an ethical obligation to zealously advocate for the planeff's interests within the confines of the law, defendant used the opportunity to doctor the plaintiff's medical records to make it look as if he could not have been the one who infected her with a venereal disease. The defendant then used blatantly falsified records to attempt to blackmail the planiff's husband to circumvent ordinary negotiations to distribute assets in the context of a divorce. When that failed, the defendant arranged a settlement that left the planiff with a fraction of what she should have received to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and bury his egregious misconduct. The planiff, who is a Jane Doe, is a resident of Texas and then it goes into the factual allegation. So in early twenty eighteen, the planiff connected with the defendant online, where he charmed her with conversation and persuaded her to meet him in

5:11 person for a date. The planiff traveled to the defendant's home in the town of Houston, Texas, where he took her to a dinner in a show. After the show, the defendant invited the planiff to stay and have a few drinks, and then he arranged for them to spend the night in a five star hotel. The defendant seduced the planiff to engage in sexual activities without disclosing that he had VD. After spending the night with the defendant in early twenty eighteen, the planet began to feel uncomfortable sensations and rendered growing. The planiff made an appointment with her physician to address that issue. Shortly after the appointment, the planet's physician informed plaintiff that she had contracted a veneer disease from her encounter with the defendant. Planet's physician and shared with her the unfortunate news that the veneer of disease was an incurable disease that could cause her pain and embarrassment for the rest of her life. Okay, let's talk about that one paragraph for a second. How the hell would the physician know that she got the VD from her encounter with Tony Busby. Could have been with anybody, right, Maybe she told the physician he was the only one she slept with. I don't know, but I found that very weird that a doctor would narrow it down you got that from Tony Busby. After receiving the VD diagnosis, the PLANEFF called the defendant to inform him that he had transmitted VD to her. The defendant was apologetic and unsurprised, because I just can't believe that,

6:44 based on information and belief, he was already aware that he had VD and that he did not take appropriate precautions to prevent transmission when they were engaging in sexual activities. Now, I would think if Tony Busby indeed had VD and this girl called him and said, you gave me VD, I seriously doubt such an astute attorney would say, oh, I'm not surprised, I knew I had that and totally admit to it. I don't by it. The defendant instructed the planiff not to tell anyone and offered to provide free legal services as compensation for his deceit and carelessness that resulted in the planiff contracting the incurable disease. Filled with shame and grief over her diagnosis, the Planiff continued seeing the defendant, the only sexual partner she would not have to inform of her VD test results. Defendant became possessive of the Planiff in an effort to keep her close and manipulate her into keeping his secret. The defendant began inviting the planiff on trips with him in his private jet to Panama in New York City, where he into residence. While in New York City with defendant, the Planiff and a friend had a drink at a bar where the defendant would later meet them. When the defendant entered, he observed the planeiff conversing with another patron of the bar.

8:06 In a jealous rage, the defendant smashed the Planiff's glass into her face, causing the planet's front teeth to chip. The Planeff became fearful of what the defendant would do if she ever spoke out against the defendant, and states silent until filing this lawsuit approximately two and a half years later. In twenty twenty one, the planiff and her then husband initiated a divorce. Consistent with his promise to provide free legal services in exchange for the Planeff's silence. The defendant undertook representation of the planiff in her divorce. Defenant assured the Planiff he would fight for her to receive her fair share of marital assets. Definant used his position as the planet's sole attorney as an opportunity to doctor the planet's medical records to make it look as if he could not have been the one who infected her with the venereal disease. Specifically, the definant falsified the tests to show that she contracted the VD in twenty twenty from her soon to be ex husband, rather than twenty eighteen from the defendant. All right, then we'll pause right there. I don't know how that would even be humanly possible. Number one, a doctor would have to be on board with Tony Busby to even make that happen.

9:23 In number two, it wouldn't be hard to prove. You get every one of us has been to the doctor at some point in our lives. You get a discharge sheet that tells you your diagnosis right there. If you have insurance, it's filed with your insurance. I mean, that's easy to prove, but I'll move on. On April thirteenth of twenty twenty one, the defendant sent a demand letter to the planet's husband with a knowingly fraudulent claim that he, rather than the defendant, had infected the planeff with the VD. Defendant's attempt at blackmail did not work, and the planet's husband continues to litigate the divorce. On June fourteenth, twenty twenty one, prior to mediation in the divorce proceeding, the planet's husband made requests for discovery related to the defendant.

10:09 The defendant insisted the divorce settled quickly and without discovery on information and belief. Defendant provided this advice to avoid production of documents that would uncover his fraud and his role in infecting the plantiff with VD. In twenty eighteen, at the defendant's insistent and direction, plantiff entered into a divorce agreement that resulted in dramatic lass for the plantiff, who otherwise stood to recover an equitable split of marital assets. Defendant also directed the divorce settlement include an arbitration clause precluding the planet from further litigation with her husband on information and belief the defendant inserted this term to prevent his involvement from being exposed in court and open to the public. And then it goes to lest you know her specific charges which are legal malpractice, violation of judiciary law, breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent misrepresentation, torturous interference, etc. So there you have it, a lawsuit filed by Jane Doe against Tony Busby and you kind of knew this was coming.

11:21 How far fetched does that sound to you? Well, I want you to listen to this article that came out shortly after Tony Busby sues Jay Z's Rock Nation for allegedly soliciting his clients to file frivolous lawsuits against his firm. Attorney Tony Busby is suing jay Z's Rock Nation, accusing the entertainment company of soliciting his firm's clients in an effort to get them to sue his firm. In a separate lawsuit, Busby is representing a woman identified as Jane Doe, who alleed she was raped by Sean Diddy, Combes and jay Z more than two decades ago. Jay Z, whose given name is Sean Carter, has denied the allegations and sue Busby for extortion, claiming that he's shaking down celebrities for his own personal gain. In a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Texas, Busby claims that Rock Nation has financed and Carter's attorneys at the law firm Quinn Emmanuel have orchestrated an effort to solicit his clients to bring cases against Busby. Quote.

12:21 Defendants have conspired to obstruct justice by engaging shadowy operatives to illegally speak out more than two dozen current and former clients of the Busby law firm to convince those clients to bring frivolous cases against the Busby law firm, the lawsuit states. Busby claims in the lawsuit that more than two dozen clients of his firm have been solicited, alleging that some have been approached by individuals who pretend to work for the state of Texas and who have flashed fake badges. The lawsuit states that his firm's clients have provided audio of alleged interactions with the individuals who will offer money to take action against Busby. The suit includes transcripts of the alleged conversations. Former clients began to be contacted after Busby had sent a demand letter Carter's lawyers in November. Busby said that he will provide the court the audio recordings as evidence should they be requested. Quote.

13:16 Paying individuals to file false claims is unethical and criminal in the state of Texas, Impersonating as state official as a crime, and in at least one case, the defendants agents offered as much as ten thousand dollars to a former client of the Busby Law firm to sue the firm. The agents were caught on audio tape red handed. Busby is suing Rock Nation, Quinn Emmanuel, and others he claims are associated in the so called solicitation scheme. The suit is being filed on behalf of a former client of the Busby Law firm who claims he was subject to solicitation and offered money to sue Busby's firm. The complaint states that the former client was contacted out of the blue by two individuals uels claiming to be investigators looking into Busby's firm. Today, Busby's firm on behalf of clients has filed twenty lawsuits against Combs that include allegations of sexual assault. Attorneys for Combs have denied the allegations. The conduct was specifically targeted at our firm, so we would not pursuit cases related to the Diddy litigation, but we will not be bullied or intimidated Busby, said. A spokesman for Rock Nation, the entertainment company which Carter founded in two thousand and eight, denied Busby's accusations, calling the lawsuit blowney Tony. Busby's blowny lawsuit against Rock Nation is nothing but another sham. A spokesman said, it's a pathetic attempt to distract and deflect attention. This sideshow won't change the

14:50 ultimate outcome, and true justice will be served. Another spokesman for Quinn Emmanuel also denied the allegations. We assume this frivolous lassit suit is an attempt to distract from his other frivolous lawsuits. The firm spokesman said, we have no idea what he is talking about. At a meeting with reporters earlier this week, Carter's attorney highlighted a number of inconsistencies in Doe's case and said that he has proved his client is innocent. When asked by a reporter about investigators who have allegedly been hired to investigate Busby's firm, he said he had no involvement. On Wednesday, the attorney, in filing a new lawsuit as the court for an order to preserve evident citing what they allege is Busby's misconduct in handling Doe's case, and to strike her complaint.

15:39 In this filing, the lawyer wrote that Busby failed to vet those allegations before filing the complaint against Carter, and the filing also said the inconsistencies in Jane Doe's case proved that the allegations against Jay Z are meritless. Busby on Monday told CNN that his firm vetted Thoe's claim through a series of interviews with a seasoned investigator and by performing a background check on her. He acknowledged the firm is still continuing to vet her claims. Now, let's talk about that for a second. He's got a little bit of an issue with her. There are several inconsistencies, and as I said before, doesn't mean it didn't happen, But you can't have these inconsistencies in a case. This shit needs to be solid, especially when you're dealing with folks like this, these billionaires, these elites, because one slipop in that case will get dismissed, and I predict that at least this case will get dismissed in boom do those inconsistencies.
