1:45 I'm your host, Jim Chapman, and today my goal is to cover all six of the new lawsuits that just hit in the past week regarding Shawn Diddy-Cones. On October 14, just a few days before this recording, six lawsuits were filed by the Busby Law firm. And these would be six of the 120 lawsuits that Busby said he is going to file hopefully in the next 30 days.

3:14 And they are descriptive. So before we go any further, you know what I say? If you're easily offended, if vulgar language offend you, situations that are uncomfortable offend you, any of that, you ain't going to want to listen to this one. Now, fortunately, they are not that long these lawsuits, they get straight to the point. That's one thing with Busby that I noticed in all the lawsuits he files, he doesn't have a whole lot of filler words in there. He gets straight to the point on his lawsuits and so that's what we're going to do. And I'm going to give you all the details.

3:54 If you'll remember when I covered the Busby Law Sutes and announced that to you, I think it was just the last episode or the episode prior to that, I mentioned that these attorneys, they vet all of this stuff before they take these lawsuits on. And that's the interesting thing about what I'm about to go over with you. These have been vetted not only by Busby himself, but also by investigators that he hired to vet them and make sure these people aren't full of shit, right? Because as I told you, if he goes out there and he files a bunch of frivolous lawsuits, that there's no basis of fact, and he has no chance of winning those lawsuits, number one, he can get disbarred for that.

4:42 But number two, it absolutely kills his winning percentage as it relates to court cases. And these lawyers, that winning percentage is everything. If I'm hiring a lawyer to sue somebody, I want to know what their winning percentage is. And if they tell me, oh, well, it's 65%, I ain't hiring them. I want someone with, you know, 98%, 95%, 90%, somewhere up in there. So every case from here on out that is presented to you, that is filed in court by attorneys like Busby, these people that have just reputations of winning major cases, rest assured, they believe they have enough evidence to win. There's no doubt about that. So let's get into it.

5:32 All right. And we're going to start off with a John Doe. And all of these lawsuits I'm covering today are either Jane Does or John Does. And we've discussed this. Anemity is a big thing in cases like this that involve rape and sexual assault and things like that. So unless the court absolutely doesn't allow it, they're going to be Jane Does and John Does. And this is a John Doe. And it starts off y'all in every lawsuit like this. It'll have an introduction. I'm not going to really go over all that because it basically covers what you already know. What I've already told you in 11 episodes so far of the Diddy saga. And that is who did he is, what he's accused of already those sorts of things. It goes into like a history of that. And then it goes into the parties and it lists Diddy and what he's done so far to get him into trouble. And why they would think meaning the attorney and the plaintiff that they have a chance of winning that case.

6:40 But it will list who that plaintiff is unless they are John Doe. And it says in this case, plaintiff John Doe is a male who resides in North Carolina. And then it gets into the facts of the case. And that is the specific reasoning for this lawsuit. What took place? What we all want to know, right? And it says Mr. Combs legendary white parties in the Hamptons were well known by many, including John Doe. The kind where countless celebrities would attend in 1998 when John Doe was only 16 years old. He was recruited out of New York City and indeed while residing in New York City received an invitation to one of Combs parties through a mutual connection. When he received the invitation, he felt like he finally had the opportunity to rub shoulders with the who's who of the industry. He thought it could be his chance to break into the music industry. Others from New York City received such invitation to get the Hamptons for the party. Indeed many of those at the party were in fact New Yorkers.

7:54 The party took place at Combs Mansion in the Hamptons. As John Doe entered, he spotted countless celebrities and a-listers who formed the music and entertainment industry. He recognized faces he had seen on TV and on the big screen. And can you imagine that y'all? You're 16 years old, you get invited to this party that is a who's who of the music industry and you're an aspiring artist. And the first thing you see when you walk in are your idols. As John Doe made his way through the crowd and toward the restroom, he unexpectedly bumped into Combs. Shocked, John Doe found himself face to face with Combs, a titan at that time in the music industry, standing right in front of him at his own party. Doe took a picture with Combs at the 1998 party and it shows the picture. I will upload this picture to the Patreon for the celebrities so look for that. Of course it has his face pixelated out so we'll put that up. Combs took an interest in John Doe and wanted to talk to him.

9:06 They walked to a more private area near the portable restrooms brought in for the party. There, John Doe told Combs he was a big fan of Combs and shared his dream of becoming a star. Combs smiled telling him he had potential and the look. When John Doe admitted his voice was not great, Combs assured him that doesn't matter. Combs made it clear the only thing that mattered was having the right look for the industry and with it, Combs could transform Doe or anybody into a star. Despite the pleasant conversation which occurred, things took an unexpected turn for the worst. Combs abruptly told John Doe that he needed to drop his pants.

9:49 John Doe caught completely off guard, confusingly asked Combs to repeat himself. Combs made himself clear. He instructed John Doe to drop his pants and expose his penis so that Combs could inspect it. Explaining it was a right of passage in the route to becoming a star and also a way to prove himself. Don't you want to break into the business, he said? Doe immediately felt uncomfortable, froze and didn't know what to do. Combs remained calm, stood in front of him, stretched out his hand in a cupped position. At a fear, anxiety and the imbalance power dynamic between himself and Combs, John Doe then dropped his pants and exposed his penis as Combs previously instructed. Combs moved closer and grabbed John Doe's penis and genitals with his hand.

10:44 He firmly cupped and held on to John Doe's genitals for an extended period of time. During this time, Combs moved his hand in such a fashion to manipulate John Doe's genitals, squeezing and filling them. Keep in mind, John Doe was 16 years old at this time. Combs abruptly then let go of John Doe's genitals and told him that his people would be in touch. Combs continued the party as if nothing had happened, but for John Doe everything had changed. John Doe eventually recognized Combs sexually assaulting him by and through his power and influence over John Doe because he knew John Doe wanted to become a star. As a result of Combs sexual assault onto John Doe when he was a minor, John Doe experienced damages including pain and suffering, mental anguish, etc. Because of Combs power in notoriety, the plaintiff was afraid to report what had happened. John Doe became yet another sexual assault victim of Combs through the same pattern and abuse of influence comes exercised over others previously. And that is the details of law suits number one. And we'll get into number two and this is plaintiff Jane Doe. And plaintiff Jane Doe is a female who resides in New York. Now the city has been left out for animosity.

12:15 And this took place in June of 1995. The plaintiff attended a promotional party at Elks Plaza in New York City for the music video One More Chance by Biggie Smalls. The event was packed with high profile guests while the plaintiff was dancing with friends Combs approached her and asked her to speak privately. Expecting an innocent conversation, the plaintiff agreed and followed him. Once along in the bathroom Combs unexpectedly began kissing the plaintiff. Feeling uncomfortable and confused she asked him to slow down, believing they were there to talk.

12:57 Instead, Combs advanced aggressively. When she attempted to pull away, he violently struck her, slamming her head against the wall and causing her to fall to the floor. He didn't like to be told no right. Disoriented and impain the plaintiff tried to escape but Combs hit her again, making it nearly impossible for her to move. Combs then lifted her dress and raped her vaginally while she laid helpless on the floor. She tried to resist but her injuries in shock left her powerless. After the assault, Combs adjusted his clothing in a non-shant manner and threatened the plaintiff, saying, "You better not tell anyone about this or you will disappear, leaving the plaintiff terrified for her life." And y'all, that is a common thing with Diddy that we sing throughout this whole deal.

13:58 Threats, right? He wants you to be scared to tell anybody anything. So Combs left the bathroom. He abandoned the plaintiff in a state of shock, fear, and shame, and she remained in that bathroom for a while, trying to regain her composure. Can you imagine that? You were just raped in the bathroom by Sean Combs and your embarrassed, unmost, to get up and walk out of that bathroom and you trying to compose yourself. The plaintiff felt intense pain in her head from the blows and was emotionally shattered. After some time, she managed to stand. She fixed her underwear and dress and wiped away her tears.

14:43 Terrified someone from Combs' business might be waiting outside to hurt her. She cautiously gathered her courage to leave that bathroom. She left the party and never returned. Since the assault, the plaintiff has avoided the news. It triggers traumatic memories. And for years, she has kept the assault secret, fearing retaliation from Combs and Combs' business. Horrible. Sick, human being, the sky. And if you notice so far, as we go along, this MO is the same with these people. He's using his power to get and take and take what he wants, right? We'll move on.

15:26 And we'll go to another John Doe in lawsuit number three. And John Doe is a male who resides in New Jersey. In the allegations, or as follows, Sean Combs and Famous White Parties were legendary events known for their exclusivity, extravagance, and strict dress code, where attendees were required to wear all white. These high-profile parties, particularly those held at Combs' Estates in the Hantons, attracted a list celebrities from across the entertainment, fashion, and business world. The events were live-ishly decorated, featured live music performances, embosted top-tier food and beverages. The atmosphere at these parties were one of opulence and luxury, often making headlines for their celebrity guest list over the top entertainment and stunning aesthetics of the event. Many unsuspecting individuals were recruited to attend these parties.

16:30 Some of these requirements took place in Manhattan. Many of the individuals were also recruited in Los Angeles and were paid to fly in to attend these functions. And let me say this, that's more common than you think. It literally is something that a lot of celebrities do and political figures and things like that. They will have these parties and they will intentionally place beautiful women, for example, at these parties and attractive guys to make the aesthetics become something that everybody wants to attend. And this was something that he was a master at. And he would recruit beautiful people to go to his parties so that when the paparazzi would take these pictures and people would see it, they would want to attend these and he would look bigger than life. Now in 2006, the plaintiff was employed by a security firm called Mass Security, M-A-S-S, where he provided security services for nightclubs and private events. In August of that year, the plaintiff accepted a last-minute job that comes East Hampton Property, which he believed was hosting an exclusive white party for a large affluent crowd. The plaintiff netted that the guest arrived in luxury vehicles and many of those people appeared to be executives. Upon the plaintiff's arrival, he was greeted by combs, the event's host

18:01 who expressed interest in meeting all staff members. During their interaction, combs offered the plaintiff another job opportunity working with security, which the plaintiff ultimately declined due to his father severe illness and the challenges of relocating. Combs appeared sympathetic to the plaintiff's situation in understanding of his decision, as the event progressed, combs targeted the plaintiff and provided him with two alcoholic drinks throughout the night. After consuming the second drink, the plaintiff began to feel extremely ill and leaned against his truck for support. Based on information and belief, combs by himself or with agents/employees previously laced that drink with drugs, including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy. This behavior towards the plaintiff mimics a pattern of combs and his agent's employees of druging unsuspective victims in order to make it easier for combs to sexually assault that person.

19:08 Unfortunately, the plaintiff was one such victim, a photograph of a container used by combs and/or his employees to insert GHB into alcoholic drinks is seen below and it actually shows a picture of it. And I'll upload that to the Patreon. Combs approached him again inquiring about his well-being and displaying what the plaintiff initially interpreted as concern. However, he soon found himself being forcefully pushed into an open van by combs, an act that left him in considerable pain. Once inside that van, the plaintiff was held down by combs, whoever powered him while he struggled to escape due to the effect of the drugs on his system. In a horrific turn of events, combs sexually assaulted the plaintiff by inserting his penis into the plaintiff's anus and sodomizing him. All while dismissing the plaintiff's please for help, by repeatedly saying, "You'll be alright." After the assault, combs left the plaintiff in the van and proceeded back to the property. The plaintiff struggled to leave the party due to the drugs he believed to be in his system from the alcoholic drinks combs provided. As the plaintiff was leaving the party, he experienced a disturbing sensation as a lubricant-like fluid leak from him, which he believed to be

20:44 semen, causing him profound disgust. When the plaintiff finally managed to leave the scene in return home, he informed his supervisor of the incident. Upon arriving him and showering, the plaintiff noticed even more semen discharge, which intensified his feeling of violation and revulsion. In the aftermath of the assault, the plaintiff struggled with the tense emotional pain and mental health issues, feeling disgusted and completely depressed. The plaintiff has experienced a significant impact on his personal life. He has never married and often struggles to maintain relationships due to the assault. The plaintiff describes himself as an "all-American guy" yet acknowledges that not a day goes by without thoughts of the traumatic incident. That is his story, and we'll go on to another "Jane Doe" in the fourth lawsuit of the six we're covering today. And plaintiff Jane Doe is a female who resides in Tennessee. And the factual allegations are as follows. Combs and his staff regularly invited members of the public to events such as music, video shoots, photo shoots, autograph signings in and around New York City. One such event took place in 2004, across the street from Jane Doe's College campus in Brooklyn, New York. Through Miss Doe's

22:19 friends and combs accomplices and agents, Miss Doe received an invitation to Combs' fetish sheet. She was 19 years old at the time. She was flattered and excited to receive such an invitation from an individual of Combs' celebrity in stature. In 19, you get this invite from Sean Combs absolutely you're gonna go. Miss Doe accompanied her friends to the event and discovered that it was a fetish sheet promoting "dubband." A recording group comes signed to his record label, "Bad Boy Entertainment." At the fetish sheet, she and one of her good friends and other freshmen living in the dorm with Miss Doe were eventually invited to an after-party by Combs' business associates.

23:04 Before leaving for the party, Miss Doe had met with Combs at the photo shoot. Combs told Miss Doe and her friend that they should come to his hotel first for a more exclusive party. Miss Doe and her friend agreed and were taken to a manhattan area "Mary-Ot Hotel" by a member of Combs' entourage. Upon arriving at the hotel suite, Miss Doe noticed there were a dozen people there having drinks listening to music in a relaxed party environment. While attempting to mingle around the party, Miss Doe and her friend were suddenly grabbed and taken to a room off the main party. Miss Doe believed the man taking them to the room was a security guard, so she went with him.

23:49 But when she asked him where they were going, he simply told her, "You know what you were here for." After taking Miss Doe and her friend to the bedroom, the security guard left the room and locked the door. The only person in that room besides Miss Doe and her friend were Combs. Combs gave Miss Doe and her friend more drinks. Then instructed them to snort cocaine he had prepared for use on the coffee table. Miss Doe did not want to do cocaine. Combs continued getting gradually more aggressive with the two women and eventually began forcibly touching them without consent. When they resisted, Combs ordered Miss Doe's friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed.

24:36 Miss Doe's friend complied as Miss Doe begged Combs to allow them to leave. He did not agree. Combs seemed to turn his sights on Miss Doe and forced her to take her clothes off, again under threat of violence. Once she addressed, Combs forced himself onto her and began to sexually assault her. Combs fondled, molested, and ultimately raped Miss Doe all while she was begging him to stop. Soon, and likely due to Miss Doe's cries, the door opened and the security guard from earlier came in to ask if everything was all right. Miss Doe's friend took the opportunity to rush out of the recently locked door. Miss Doe, however, could not move as Mr. Combs was still on top of her.

25:27 Combs got off of Miss Doe to talk to the security guard. He left the room but told Miss Doe to stay, otherwise she would be killed about half an hour after sitting in a dark room by herself. Another security guard came in and told her that she could leave. Miss Doe gathered her things and left immediately, called a taxi back to her dorm, in downtown Brooklyn. Again, it's a Zimbo. He gets what he wants and he can't handle it when he doesn't. And we'll move on to lawsuit number five and this is a John Doe.

26:07 In Plain of John Doe is a male who resides in Georgia and will get into the factual allegations. The Plain of Work for Royal Reigns Management, a prestigious company based out of New York City, with additional offices in Los Angeles and Atlanta. Through the Plain of Industry connections, he gained access to the party's associated with Combs and Bad Boy Entertainment. One of these parties took place in or around October of 2021. Now we're getting into more recent times, right? The Connections and Invitation ultimately led to a life-altering and traumatic experiences for the Plain of. Combs' businesses picked Plain of Up from the airport and transported him to New York City where the party took place. Upon arrival, the Plain of Net is severed, well-known artist and attendance. Plain of was immediately offered what he was told was ecstasy by associates of Combs' businesses, which he refused. The Plain of Limited himself to just one drink, even though Plain of only consumed one alcoholic drink, the effects of that drink were immediate and overwhelming. This behavior towards the Plain of mimics a pattern of Combs aimed as agents and employees, drugging unsuspecting victims in order to make it easier for Combs to sexually assault that person. Unfortunately, the Plain of was one such victim. A photograph of a container

27:44 used by Combs to insert GHB into alcoholic drinks is seen below. And it shows a picture and guess what? This picture is very similar, very similar to the one referenced earlier. I'll put both of those on Patreon. The Plain of soon became disoriented and the room started spinning in a state of confusion he attempted to remove himself from that situation, seeking a safe place, as the Plain of trying to leave a male voice told him to hold on. And he promised to help him. The next thing the Plain of Remembers is being in a bedroom. Despite being vaguely aware of his surroundings, he could not move, speak, or fight back. He was paralyzed, feeling as if he was trapped in his body. Multiple men began to sexually assault him through Sodomy and other forced acts.

28:44 He distinctly recalls seeing Combs above him naked at one point during the assault. During this time, the Plain of was "sodomized" by at least three men. The Plain of could feel a difference in the size of the men when he was being "sodomized" in this lawsuit, y'all, referring to the penis size, further confirming the presence of multiple attackers. Plain of continued to attend therapy sessions, even to this day to address the trauma from these experiences. Basically, they gang raped this guy. And we'll move on to number six. And this John Doe is a male who resides in Ohio. And in 2008, the Plain of worked as an advisor for Echo Clothing, ECK-O. And he had been employed by that company for approximately seven years.

29:45 Echo Clothing at the time was among the most popular clothing lines in the country. In 2008, Combs Sean John Clothing line was also hitting peak popularity. The Plain of had in fact met Combs several times in connection with Combs development and marketing of the Sean John Clothing line. Echo and Sean John were competing lines within the clothing industry, both having a large amount of success within the hip-hop community. Moreover, both lines had relationships with and were carried by at the time, Macy's, a well-known department store. In around May of 2008, the Plain of was in the stock room at a Macy's flagship store at Harold Square in Manhattan. When Combs and three of his bodyguards entered that stock room. The Plain of came upon Combs and his bodyguards in that stock room, where the Plain of had very little room to maneuver. Combs was flanked by two large bodyguards to the left and one large bodyguard to the right. Immediately after turning a corner in the stock room, the Plain of was hit hard around the base of the neck, possibly with a pistol. The blow forced the Plain of two his hands and knees. As the Plain of looked up, he saw that each of the bodyguards had guns in their waistbands. The Plain of her multiple voices call out things like "I'll kill you."

31:17 Combs approached the Plain of while the Plain of was still on his hands and knees and said, "Suck my dick, Echo," referring to the clothing line that the Plain of worked for. Combs thereafter forced his penis into the Plain of some mouth and proceeded to forcefully and brutally orally rape the Plain of. Combs continued for at least two minutes, then ejaculated. While orally raping the Plain of comes grabbed the Plain of's hair and made derogatory comments like, "You like that white boy?" After he was finished, Combs threw the Plain of's head aside and said words to the effect of "Shut up or I'll kill you." Combs and his bodyguards began to leave. They were taunting the Plain of as they left. Combs proceeded to gather Sean John merchandise from the stockroom.

32:16 He left the stockroom and headed out to the Macy's retail floor, where he began passing out merchandise to an adoring crowd as if nothing ever happened. In shock and traumatized the Plain of gathered himself. He went into Macy's security room to report the assault. By that point, Combs and his bodyguard had left the store. The Plain of was told that someone would speak to him, but no one ever did. Shortly thereafter, Macy's stopped letting the Plain of into that flagship, Herald Squares store.

32:57 Approximately three weeks later, Terry Lungren, CEO Macy's, pressured Echo executives to fire the Plain of. Because Macy's had just signed a multi-million-dollar deal with Sean John Cleving. Echo thereafter terminated the Plain of from employment and the Plain of was told he could no longer live in his company-paid apartment. Plain of his informed and believes that the report of the assault was destroyed, or otherwise purged from Macy's records and no action was ever taken as a result of the report. Plain of ultimately had to move out of New York, Plain of still fears for his life as a result of the incident and the threats made against him that day, including the fact that the Plain of was known to Combs by way of his work with Ravall Cleving Company. Echo, that is lawsuit number six.

33:56 And if you don't believe by now that Sean Diddy Combs is a fuckstick, I don't know what to tell you. But I'm going to go ahead, I mentioned introductions and I'm just going to read the introduction for one of these lawsuits because they're identical in every case, but they do carry some information that you need to hear or you may need to be refreshed on. So it says, this case seeks punitive damages for aggravated sexual assault of Plain of John Day, in this case, which occurred at Macy's department store. The conduct described here in as violent and shockingly typical of how defendant Sean Combs conducted himself for many years. Many individuals and entities facilitated and enabled his conduct. Sean Combs believes he was above the law.

34:50 He is not for decades. Sean Combs abused molested, raped, assaulted, threatened and coerced women, men and minors for sexual gratification to assert dominance and to conceal his conduct. Combs accomplished these acts by and through a criminal enterprise built on his success as a rapper, record producer and executive. Combs is reportedly one of the wealthiest musical artist in the world. Behind the facade of being a three time Grammy award winner, discovering and developing multiple famous music artists and ranking on Forbes list of the highest paid entertainers in the world, there existed something sinister, a dark underbelly of crimes, sex trafficking, force labor, kidnapping, bribery and prostitution. Combs is a menace to society, women, men and children, while his wealth has kept him above consequence for years. Combs now faces the awesome power of the American judicial system and ultimately a jury of his peers who will be asked to punish him for the deplorable conduct described here in. And then it goes into his businesses and then it goes into the history of sexual assault that he has and it says for years, Combs and his businesses engaged in a persistent and pervasive pattern of abuse towards women, men and men. This abuse at times

36:20 was verbal, emotional, physical and sexual. As part of his pattern of abuse comes manipulating both men and women to participate in performances of sexual activity with both commercial sex workers and unsuspecting partygoers. Combs ensure participation from these individuals by among other things, obtaining and distributing narcotics to them with or without their knowledge, controlling their careers, leveraging financial support and threatening to cut off the same and using intimidation, violence and illicit drugs. Combs, while celebrated for his business acumen and influence in the entertainment world, has often been described in a more troubling light as powerful, manipulative and problematic. His aggressive tactics, both in business and personal dealings, have drawn criticism with many viewing him as someone who leverages his power to intimidate and control.

37:17 This darker side of Combs persona has been underscored by the numerous lawsuits that have been surfaced over the years. And it goes into some examples that list the nightclub shooting incident. In 1999, it lists multiple assault allegations. It lists the claims by Cassie Ventura. And the fact that he used date rape drugs on a lot of women, it talks about that and men for that matter. It just really goes through everything. The lawsuit I covered on Crystal McKinney and April Lamprose in May of 2024 covers that. It covers the Lillrod Jones Rodney Lillrod Jones.

38:02 Remember that from way back in episode two of the Diddy Saga series, I think it was two, was one or two where I covered Lillrod. And it just goes into the sickness that is Sean Diddy Combs. It's important for legalese that I say all of this is alleged. So it's not been in jutecated in court, but there you have it. The six episodes it dropped as far as I know. I'm sure there's someone else out there, but I may be the only one that's covered all these in detail like this. I know with a lot of the blogs out there that you read in the YouTube videos that I've watched, they kind of get into a couple of the more high profile out of these six, but I just gave you all six of them. And as these drop will do this. And I love it that bus begins right to the point because I don't allow me to get right to the point with you.
