Just when I thought there would be a short break in the Didty saga, a new lawsuit has been filed in the Supreme Court of New York and I'm going to catch you up on this. April Lampost has come forward with accusations against Sean Ditty Combs. She alleges he drugged and sexually assaulted her in the nineteen nineties. Now this marks the sixth woman now to file assault claims against Ditty. Lampost, who is a former model and a former student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, made some horrific claims regarding sexual encounters with Ditty. Now. She claims the incidents

1:56 occurred after they met in nineteen ninety four while she was in college in New York City. In the lawsuit, Lamppost accuses Ditty of forcing her to take ecstasy and engage in sexual acts with him and his then girlfriend, kim Porter. That's kim Porter, y'all. This is Ditty's ex. He had three children with her and she is no longer alive. But more on that later. And as I like to do, I dove into this lawsuit and I read it so that you didn't have to read it. And the first horrific encounter happened in nineteen ninety five when Diddy pressured lamp Post to drink at a bar in New York City before taking her to his hotel, where he allegedly raped her despite her attempts to resist. Now, following that incident, lamp Post claimed did he sent her gifts and used his power in the music industry to try to lure her back. And let's talk about that for a second.

And she also recounted another assault where comes yanked her down to her knees and forced her to perform oral sex on him in front of a parking garage attendant. Now, Lampost claims comes use manipulation and threats, and said he would use his connections and influence in the music industry to ensure she did whatever he wanted. And that's par for the course with Diddy, right, It's all about power with him. What can he make you do? How much can he humiliate you sexually? He doesn't get off, y'all by the actual sex.

3:59 That's not lights this man's fire. It's the lead up to it that gets this piece of shit off. You know, what can I make you do? How deep can I make you go? That's what it's all about with Diddy. Now, in Lamppost's defense, you get caught up right. This guy's rich, he's extremely powerful, he's good looking. One minute you're being courted by this famous music mogul, the next you're getting drug you're getting beat up, and you're sucking his dick in front of a parking garage, in front of the attendant. That's how manipulating this jackass is. Another disturbing encounter occurred in nineteen ninety six when Combe's forced lamp Posts and Porter remember the Dead Axe of Ditty kim Porter to take ecstasy at his men apartment. Now, despite her vocally saying no, I don't want to do this. She claims that Diddy demanded that Porter engage in sexual acts, and then Lampos said that Diddy raped her. And there's that ecstasy that keeps popping up with all of Ditty's victims. We talked about this and almost every lawsuit. He likes to drug him right. And the lawsuit also detailed a finally encounter with Combs.

5:32 Now they ended things initially in nineteen ninety eight, and then she runs into him in Rockefeller Center. This is in early two thousand and one, and he expressed a desire to reconnect with her. So Lampost eventually allows him to visit her apartment to reconnect, and guess what happens, He assaults her yet again. Lamp Post claimed that Ditty's behavior had not changed and she asked him to leave her apartment. She said he was obviously still the same guy he was in nineteen ninety eight, although he played it off like he had changed, and she also knew he was in a relationship with Jennifer Lopez at that time. So that's the details of that lawsuit, But there's a lot of other things that have occurred as of late. A grand jury is looking into Ditty's life very hard right now, and let me catch you up on that. Several weeks ago, a grand jury was convened and nothing really happened, nothing really occurred out of that. But another federal grand jury has been convened in New York City and the hope is they want to bring more accusers to testify against Sean Diddy Combs the initial grand jury that was for the sex trafficking allegations. Primarily, this grand jury's going to hear from accusers making claims

7:06 of abuse and rape. Some of the people who were subpoened were folks seen on the videos that the FBI actually took from Ditty's homes. Now, let me catch you up on some of the instances that spurred this grand jury. Obviously, I told you in a prior episode about a hotel video that showed up of Ditty assaulting Cassie Ventura. That's a central piece of evidence in this case. That was not around when the first grand jury convened. And they're going to be investigating all kinds of things. Yes, they will be investigating the sex trafficking aspect, but also drug charges, abuse crimes, other potential crimes. A big issue in filing charges against Ditty criminally is the Statute of limitations. It's causing a major issue because a lot of these people that have come out. This was in the early two thousands and the nineties, and the Statute of limitations has run out of a lot of these things. But while you can't bring charges for those particular incidents, now you can use them as evidence in an instance that is more recent and not something that the Statute of limitations would have ran out one. And you may wonder, witness wise,

8:41 what kind of issues are they running into. Well, not everybody that knows information is an emmy of Ditties right now. Some of them are still friends with him, if you can believe that and imagine that. But if they get a subpoena from a grand jury, they are compelled to testify, despite personal reluctance, they have to answer that subpoena. Obviously, I haven't seen the videos, but the videos that they took from his house with other people on them, and you've heard the rumors surrounding that. Don't be surprised if prosecutors offer those people plea deals to testify against Ditty and there's rumors of the potential involvement of some pretty high profile individuals out there, and they're not going to want to spend time in jail for Ditty. So what they're looking for right now with this grand jury convening is they're trying to gather what would be considered credible testimony, right physical evidence, things like that video that you can't deny. And fear has played a big role in people that aren't even friends with Diddy that may have information not coming forward. Remember, he's still a billionaire, He's still a powerful guy. Even though the world is coming down on him right now, he's still got some power and people are still scared. So they're hoping to alleviate that Diddy's power has protected him for years obviously, but I don't think he's getting out of this one. What really

10:16 put this grand jury on the fast track, no doubt, in my opinion, is the video of Diddy stomping, kicking, and dragging Cassie Ventura by the hair. That's what set all this off. When that video of him just beating the shit out of Cassie became public, it showed what a low down piece of actual fuck. Sean Combs. Really is it incited outrage that you're seeing from the public before that video came out. Although most people knew these ladies were telling the truth, the video seal it. The video absolutely sealed it, and I think it sealed Ditty's fate. And it is so damn disturbing that something had to happen at that point, regardless of what Diddy's rich and powerful allies wanted, when that video came out, something had to happen. It is that disturbing. So let's revisit the aftermath of that video real quick. Now. Prior to the video incident, we got an initial denial from Ditty, right, Cassie came out with all these allegations. Did He initially denied all the allegations. Then other people came out. He did

11:48 the same thing, denied all the allegations, and in the process he defamed the victims. He blamed it all on the victims, right, They're full of shit, they're trying to get money, they're trying to ruin my name, they're jealous. And then that hotel video emerged and that coroborated Cassie's civil suit allegations against Diddy. There was no denying it at that point, and it absolutely exactly matched what she accused him of in the actual civil suit. So what's did he do at this time? Well, did he issued a public apology. He took full responsibility. And in that video, and I'm sure you've watched it or seen it, I played it on a prior episode.

12:39 The audio of it, he expressed his absolute disgust at his behavior. But also, if you listen to that apology, if you want to call it that, I'm pretty skeptical of it. As a matter of fact, I would tell you right now it was not sincere. And what led me to believe that, Well, one thing was the timing. He didn't apologize until after that video came out. He totally denied it ahead of time. Until the video came out, he really had no choice. But I think he did make a mistake issueing an apology, and I'll talk about that in a minute, but it sure seemed like the public exposure of that incident is what spurred the apology, and he was really sorry for being caught rather than being genuinely remorseful. But I'll tell you where I think he really screwed up when he issued that apology, even though there's a video of it up and he can't deny it. When he issued the apology, he's accepting full responsibility for a crime. Granted, the statute of limitations has run out on it, but he still accepted full responsibility for a crime. If you'll do it once you've done it ten times, especially when you have all these allegations coming at you from all different directions. I brought up kim Porter a minute ago

14:11 and I mentioned her death, and as I told you, that was Ditty's former partner and the mother of his three children. Now, kim Porter died in twenty eighteen, and at that time her death was listed as labor pneumonia and cardiac arrest. So initially the death was ruled as natural causes. However, considering recent developments, a lot of people have been reevaluating the death of kim Porter. But there's a lot of challenges with that. See, kim Porter was cremated. There's not any evidence there that you can go back and look at. You can't have another autopsy done or or anything like that.

15:01 She was cremated. There's just no evidence there. Let me let you in on this fact. It was known especially from Ditty's inner circle that Diddy abused her both sexually and physically and mentally, and people are coming out and droves talking about it now. So here's a quick clip where a guy who served on Ditty's security by the name of Roger Bonds, appeared on blad TV and he discussed an incident where Diddy broke Kim Porter's nose. So there was a situation on a yacht. You were there, but you were around, right, So what was that situation over? I can't tell you what this situation was over. I took them to where the yacht came and picked them up at and Puff said, I don't need no security because it was just personal friends getting on the yacht. And then I picked him up when the yacht came back, and I seen Kim Knowles taped up, and it was whispers all around the office of everything that happened because his assistants were there and they was talking about it. He tried to say that she hit a table, but everybody in the office and everybody that was immediate around him knew exactly what happened. Okay, do you know what the argument was over? Because there was rumors that it was over Shakira Stewart because she had dated him before.

16:32 And there was a story at one point there was a wedding in Italy, La Reid's wedding and I guess Shakira was dating. Yeah, Shakira was there. He was at the time dating kim Porter and they said that you know, Diddy allegedly broke a chair over Shakira's head, left him bleeding there. He had to have stitches. You know, Diddy threaded he was going to kill him and so forth. You know, Shakira ended up committing suicide. You know later on in two thousand and eight, do you know about the story with Shakir. I know about the story with Shakid, but I can't validate the hitting them with the chair. I know that he definitely had a situation with him because Shakira ended up. I don't know if he was managing Jeezi or heading his career. But everywhere Jeezi went, Shakira was there, so we were bumping to him. In a couple of times, I PUFFA would just be like be on point, you know what I'm saying. Shakira would give me a little look, but never a hard stare. It was like he was scared. Okay, So there was some sort of tension between the two, yes, got it, okay, But the situation happened on the yacht and did he allegedly punched Kim Porter in the nose, right, and her nose was broken when you picked them up when they're leaving the yacht.

17:45 How bad of shape was Kim portering? Kim was basically just quiet, you know what I'm saying. You could tell she was sad. She was. It wasn't like somebody was supposed to look when they came off of vacation on the yacht for a couple of weeks and stuff like that. And she had some tape over a nose, okay. And there's actually a picture this picture here was circling around. Yeah, okay, So that tape over her nose that was right around that same time exactly. Okay. I mean, she didn't look like she was mangled, but there's definitely something happened to her nose. There was stories that Puff had flown in a plastic surgeon or something like that. You do anything about that, Yeah, he definitely did.

18:30 He flew in a plastic search plastic good puff a fly in whatever you need to cover yourself up. You know what I'm saying. He wants he's gonna fly in your doctors so that he can know he was controlling when it came to Kim, So he would fly in doctors, anything that if anything was wrong with it, that it wouldn't get leaked out. He had he was able to control the situation. Now, as a matter of fact, that was not the only incident Roger Bonds witnessed. In this next clip, he discusses several other incidents where Diddy be's porter as well as another female Diddy was with. And here's what that sounded like on blad TV. Okay, Well, like I said, this happened in two thousand and five. You had been with Diddy for two years at this point leading up to this. Had you seen any sort of violent altercations from Diddy. I seen him get into arguments. I seen one altercation. It was a young lady. I believe her name was Erica, and that was his girlfriend at the time. I seen him get into one big fight. At this time, I'm basically rather new, you know what I'm saying, So I didn't step into the situation, but the situation also didn't escalate to stomping out or beating up. It was basically an argument that turned into a smack and then they went upstairs.

19:53 So he smacked her in the face. Yes, open hand, it wasn't closed hand, Yeah, okay, how she reacted she got smacked. Now, she was the very Timmick Vevey Timmot and she worked for Sean John so being and she worked there. It was but so much she could do. And they was together for quite a while. They was together for quite a while. Now, this was the first situation that you knew about between kim Porter and Diddy, but it was not the last, right, it wasn't the last. How many fights did you see physical fights did you see between kim Porter and Puffy? I've seen three? Three? Yeah, okay, and that's the first one. That was the first one. Name of the other two. The other two was one time when we went to kim house and Puff was banging on the door, banging on the door, banging on the door. The rumors were that she was inside with a guy and he was like, yo, were not leaving here. Were not leaving here until I get in this house. And I was like, yo, it's twelve o'clock at night, puff, what are we doing? He's like, Yo, she's in the house. She's in the house. So about one thirty two o'clock I looked at him and said, Yo, we're gonna get locked up sitting outside because we was into Luca Lake and he was going around every window trying to get in and everything else. So the next day when they got together, they went into the room and I heard some tussling and stuff like that. I didn't actually see what was going on, see what was happening. And then it was another time that I explained earlier that we were

What type of argument they got into, I don't know, but he said, yo, get out the car bonds and I got out the car, and next thing I knew, I seen the car rumbling, shaking this that lot of us. So then I opened up the door and say, yo, were in front of the Beverly Hills Hotel. So then Kim got out the car. She fixed her hair and she said yeah, like I said, She said, I want to explain put your hands on me again, and you're gonna have to explain this scratch that I'm about to put on your face, and Kim knew how to. Kim got to the point where she wasn't going for it. She wasn't having it. She knew that if she at least fought back, that it was a chance that she could leave a mark on him. And if she left the mark on him, he had a lot of explain it to do with what that mark was about. So by her saying that it would check him and put him back into his place, like, yeah, I can't do that to her, you know. Now, wasn't there a story that Kim had cut the inside of Puffy's arm or there's an artery that was bleeding or something like that. Yeah, that's on the wrist, but that was when Jean was there. That wasn't when I was there. But the rooms in the scars there, but I never knew what it was from. So you saw the scar on his wrist, Okay, but this was a gene deal story, Yes, got it. And I guess Kim stayed because she knew, you know, eventually, you know, once she had had three technically four

23:02 kids with Puffy because the first son was technically adopted by Puff, and if she ever decided to leave, it's like what thirty thousand a month. She would just basically be making a bunch of money anyways, so she wasn't really tripping or it was. I'm gonna tell you a story. It was a time I used to carry all the money right and the Louis Baton bag that was puff personal bag, and I would carry it all the time. And it was one time that we was in the LA house and I guess Puff pulled out the money without remembering that he left condoms inside the bag. So when he's showing his money, I guess the condoms came out. And the next thing I heard was bonds, Bonds, pick up the phone, pick up the phone. So I pick up the PA Sister, you come to my room, Come to my room. And he said, Yo, would you tell Kim that you carry the bag and you carry the money all the time. I said, yeah, So would you tell Kim this is your condoms inside of it? I said, Damn, Puff, I left the combs in the bag. My fault. I said, I'm sorry, Kim, and she just looked at me with a funny look, you know what I'm saying, And then we went out went out. I walked out the room, and Kim came about five minutes later, and she said, bonds, both of you motherfucker's gonna go to hell. I said, did you talking about Kim? So she said, both of y'all gonna go to hell?

24:15 She said, I know that. Ain't your motherfucking condoms in that bag? And she distinctly said to me, she said, I go for this ship because I allow it. She said, remember, I got four of them. And then about three minutes later, Puff seen that she was talking to me. He said, Yo, what she say? I said, she said, she go for this ship because whenever she get tired of it, she wants you to know she got four of them. I said what she mean by that? He said, yeah, she damn sure, dude got four. And then that's when I officially knew that Puff had adopted Quincy because I counted on my fingers, I said, the twins Christian. I said, oh, he must got a legal custody of Quincy. So that's what she meant. She had four of them. And lastly that there was the breakup with Kim Porter, who eventually left Ditty after he got with a female by the name of Sarah Chapman no relation to me y'all and got her pregnant. Now, Sarah Chapman was the acts of Tupac Shakur interestingly enough, and Bland TV also discussed that with Roger Bonds and here's what that sounded like.

25:29 That situation happened on the boat. And that same year, Cassie met Diddy. Yeah, and she was nineteen, he was thirty seven. She had just independently dropped the song Me and You with Ryan Leslie and the song was I Believe It first kind of picked up in Germany and then started to get a little bit of buzz, and by that next year, in two thousand and six, Cassie ends up signing it ten album deal with bad Boy. Right, ten albums. When you kind of say it out loud, it's it's kind of crazy. That's crazy. So Cassie signs a ten album deal with bad Boy. She releases her debut album, Me and You was the hit song on there. It debuted number four on Billboard, and that was, you know, although Cassie had some other songs here and there, that was her big hit song. At this time, Diddy and Cassie weren't dating yet, right, but Cassie was an artist on his label along with a bunch of other artists. So then that next year, in two thousand and seven, Kim Porter was pregnant with Ditty's twin daughters. And then Diddy had a daughter with Sarah Chapman, Yes, who was actually Tupac's X.

26:52 Right. The Tupac and Diddy connection is really runs so deep, it's a little crazy. And I guess once Kim found out about the other kid, she broke up with Diddy officially, yeah, Ki. Kim was upset because Sarah Chapman was also one of her best friends. Oh, I didn't know that. Yeah, So Sarah Chapman was also one of her best friends also, so she was really upset about that, and she said that she drew the line. So Sarah Chapman a child because I actually guarded the twins when they were in the hospital on Mouth Side. And now when Kim had the baby, my duty was to sit there to make sure the nurses didn't take pictures and different things like that. And Sarah, they might be so close as maybe a month a month and a half as far as birthdays is concerned, okay, and she had she got pregnant right after Sarah Chapman, okay, And she flipped out once she found out that Diddy had another baby on the wait. She flipped completely out, like the kids wasn't even alive to see each other. Oh, you know what I'm saying. It wasn't until years later. I'm gonna say maybe, I want to say, maybe like five years, four years later where she allowed the child to come over with the other kids and stuff, because at first she wasn't having it. Were you around Sarah Chapman? Though, yes, I know Sarah. I wasn't

28:25 around her. I didn't really get around Sarah until she had the baby, okay. And once she had the baby, they went to arbitration. Caught me and Puff flew out there and he went into a tantrum. And Sarah is a very quiet, timid around the way girl. You know what I'm saying. She wasn't after Puff for the money or anything like that, and that that was what really seemed that he liked. And he told me one day, he said, you know, Sarah, it's okay, It's okay because I give her like five thousand of them moth is she happy? So it wasn't about what he felt she deserved. It was about like, oh, I could just low ball up and she's okay with it. Was there any drama between him and Sarah? Just the only time that I seen the drama was when they had the arbitration. Okay, so did he has like three kids in the same year from two different women, And right around that time, according to Cassie in her lawsuit, that's when did he start to really press up on Cassie. Right, he started pressing up on her her first visit to the house, we was all in Miami. She came with Ryan Leslie. So when she came with Ryan Leslie, this was all business.

29:47 And it was when she was there for two weeks with Ryan Leslie that did he started looking at her like oh wow. So I knew right from there that it was going to be a problem because he told Lamb, which was slam was his producer who brought Cassie into play. Yo, you got to meet this girl. She said to such as such, she's Ryan Da da da. So when he came, he said, Okay, next time, have Cassie come by herself. So when I seen Cassie two weeks later by herself, I said, oh God, why did he allow this to happen like I would never allow my girl to come out the Diddy house by herself. And that was all she wrote, right, because in the lawsuit it said you know that year did. He picked up Cassie from her apartment in Manhattan in a blue luxury vehicle. Cassie was surprised when she got into the car because Diddy was already high. He handed her a pill and told her to take it. When Cassie asked what the pill was, he dismissed her and said that she would like it. She later learned that it was ecstasy, something she had never tried before. And that was the first time that Cassie claims that Diddy got her high. Okay, and you said that everyone took ecstasy in that crew, right, that was a regular occurrence, right, Okay, that's the latest on Diddy. Now. I predict that
