0:19 Hey everyone, and welcome back to Exposed Scandalous Files of the Elite. I am your host, Jim Chapman, and today I'm releasing volume five of the murd Jailhouse Phone Calls. Got a ton of these, and y'all seem to enjoy them. So every now and then I drop one of these volumes. In this volume, you're gonna hear some pretty wild stuff from Alec Murdoch as he speaks to Buster, John, Marvin, Liz, Randy, and Lynn. It's fourteen phone calls in total, and here are what they say.

Hey, I hit nine out of eleven games on Sunday on the Pro Games, Lord, I missed the Eagles and I missed the Steelers. The Eagles were three and a half point favorites over the Giants and they lost. And the Steelers were four and a half point underdogs to the Bengals and they lost about twenty. But I had nine out of eleven. That's pretty damn hard. Yeah, I won like six suits four beast sticks, bunch of crackers and cooking, you know, a bunch of canteen shit. Well that's good.

1:56 It was like thirteen I was playing. Everybody put in something, you know, right, I won thirteen things? So anyway, how you doing. I'm good, I'm joy like I said just in Charlotte, Jim. Have you talked to Jim lately? I haven't jump on the talk to Jim today. But did he say about them expediting this thing? Expedite one? This appeal it's called habeas corpus them. It deals with a constitutional issue. You have a constitutional right to bail for any non capital offense. And so when he denied buy and they filed a habeas corpus petition, and the Supreme Court first said they weren't going to expedite it. Then they wrote back and gave it Attorney General ten days to respond. You would assume, at least the lawyers assume that if they weren't going to do something, they would just let it sit. But I mean, I don't get my hopes up, you know, but Base seemed to be have their hopes up. Well, I hear you. What what else did what else did he tell John? Well? John said that he was gonna talk to me about something, but said he he'd rather talked to me about it in person. That's probably what it was. Nah, that wouldn't be it. That wouldn't make sense. Why you want to talk to you about that in person? But mostly I've

And prior to Thanksgiving, David Owens said that he could have him back, and then today he said he couldn't have to beat So that's what John was calling to tell me. And then he called and told Jim what David Owens said about not being able to get him. I wonder why. John said that he used the language out of an abundance of caution, and and John said, well, have you not rung the Melissa Tolm And apparently he was like, no, we have. And he was like, well were these guns used in the crime? And they were like heh. And I was like and he was like, well, why can't we have them back? So I don't know. I'm just I've just been trying to get get some of our stuff. Bright. Hey, John Marvin needs to go. You know that Becum Packard is John Marvin lent Us to send the skin and Shad, No, that's a huge one. Yeah, he needs to go back that up. Okay he before they you know take it like think this mine. Yeah, father Bart And there's a bunch of John Marvin's tools in the shop. I told him he needs to get out all those Milwaukee tools, all those jacks, all that stuff. And I bared a

We're gonna be down and you failed this week, kid and tunk coil and he talked about going over the Greek or going over the Greek, you know, going over to Mozelle and getting some of that stuff. You need to make sure that did he did he turn Did y'all turn the power off at the house? Yeah, you need to make that at the house. It's been it's been turned off that you know, all the all the sheds and in the cabin and what not, but not the house. You know it's been turned off at the house. Well, you need to make sure it's not getting moldy in there. You know, we we removed all the stuff from the refrigerators and and whatnot. But but yeah, I mean we'll check.

5:42 Did y'all turn the water off and all that, because the icemaker will keep running. Dad, I mean, but we didn't. I think it was a city thing or a county thing, And I'm assume that they just turned it all off whatever. I don't know that they wouldn't have gone inside and turned off the ice maker. I mean the water. The water keeps running to the icemaker, is what I'm saying, even with the power off sometimes. Well then, but I'm not convinced they didn't chuck the water off. Well, we need to check it, and we needed to check out of there and stuff. A matter of fact, I'm actually I dave that they shut the water off because the last mile was out of there, there was no water all right, like not even in the scene ten forth.

As Johns is given uh, the personal representative of the estate will be able to go in there and start moving stuff. And then so just say thank you for your attention, send for something real nice like that. But you ought to send it tomorrow to give him a chance to respond to you Friday. I don't get my hopes of about anything, So I just you know, I take this information only, but with even

13:39 nine bond just what they kill me? I don't, I don't know. I mean, just I'm gonna know what they tell me. You know, from non capital cases, non murder cases. God da da da, you have a constitutional right to a bond, maybe high bond, but a bond, and that fact. Then in a bond they are entitled to file because it's a violation of the constitution. They can file what's called a habea, a rip of habeas corpus, which is just constitutional violation going on. It needs to get fixed quickly. Normally you have a lenky amount of time for the other side to respond. This case, they said ten days, didn't they And they cut it short and said ten days.

14:29 I don't know. They could just be saying, hey, we're gonna dispose of it as quickly, but they seem to think that if they weren't gonna do something about it, they would have just let it sit. So they're they're at least optimistic that they're gonna do something about it. So we'll see. Okay, we're good, it's very good. Hey, is everything else okay? Buncher said you needed to talk to him in person? Oh no, no, everything's good. You know. I just when we start talking about that and go to the phone, it always bothered me. I don't know this strong scr especially this phone. So remember that. It didn't say anything over these lines. I'll try to find that letter, find that and try to read it to men, and I'm gonna talk to you about this other stuff and let's figure out I mean, I think I about figured it out, but let's figure out what to do because I'm not gonna be able to talk but about another minute. That's really a highlight of my day and my week getting mail. Lindley's written me a bunch, and Lind's written me a couple of times, and Mary Marvin sent me letters. Randall sent me a letter, and lad the Gray send me a letter. So you knows how much I appreciate it. And tell her out right now. I'm gonna get this out to her whenever I can. And I never know, I never know whether it's a replay or not until they start playing the game, and you know they don't have any no time at all. Soon as some one plays over, the next one comes up. Yeah, that the Raiders in the Bengals plate Sunday. The only reason under that is just one of the guys in here with me makes a you know a board for the pro games, like right, and and there's eleven games. Everybody put something in from the canteen. You know it's right, fifteen os and I hit nine out of eleven games. I'm a I'm never but that was the good ones. I lost.

19:45 You know my brother know myself and I can get with it. I'll tell you what I've started doing. You'd be proud of me. I really started exercising for the day hard. I mean, like I mean, I was like almost two hours forty minutes today just because we were shutting the room this morning. But I mean I've been like an hour and fifteen or twenty minutes a day. Hey, by Now this is the start of my I started on Friday the twelve, And I mean I can tell a distinct difference already. You know I had exercise in twenty five years. Shit, hey me either actually, I mean and both laying around in rehab and then really from the So for thirty eight days I did very little.

20:43 The last about the last about seven I was up a lot more, but I still wasn't doing anything strenuous. So that's in a week. And then when I came in here, obviously thought I was getting out on the nineteenth, so I didn't do anything, and then I thought I was getting out shortly after that when Donna maddics, you know, so I didn't do anything for about two and a half weeks in a year, right, really is longer than that. And then I started doing a two push ups, but for some reason that made my head hurt after about a few days. But now it's not doing that. I guess you told me that I've gotten in better shape.

21:25 Say not thing I've noticed, And I don't know what made me notice it, how I didn't notice it before, or if I didn't have it before, But I've noticed I got ringing in my ears. I don't know it's just any I mean, I can't imagine it's any big deal. But when I get out of herem and get that hey body, they can't make it go away, but here an agent help it. So you know you think that's a hearing thing, Well, both more likely I soon is to hear anything, you know, ringing in the years it tonight is right, you know, our chances and whatever it's called. Yeah, I knew about that. I just didn't know if it came from me doing that stupid shit. But anyway, I don't know. No, I wouldn't think so, bro, I might be wrong about that, and I don't understand. I don't really, I'm not sure I understand all the side effects you know, of using those kind of drugs. But I wouldn't think so.

Trying to figure out about them going to Atlanta, and you know, think about the holidays a little bit, and what we can do is sort of, I don't know, some way to make it sort of special for him, you know what I'm saying. But in any event, well, hey, you what, man, I talked to brush you earlier this week. I don't even know what day it is. I guess it's Wednesday. I guess I talked to him maybe on Monday. And you know, I told him I wanted to get together. I was thinking he was gonna be with us on Thanksgiving and we could all take a Christmas picture together, you know what I'm saying. And he was with Maggie's parent, Maggie's family.

I think he's doing okay, man, You know, yeah, I got I talked to him a little bit ago before I called you, and you know. I mean, he always says he's good, but I worry about it. Yeah, I'll tell you what. Gray texted me earlier, said he's supposed to take a deposition in that Alvin's lynn and they couldn't do it because there was they y'all shut down, lockdown because of provid or something. No, they stay on lockdown?

They have shortages on the shifts and not many corrections officers, so they end up, you know, being on lockdown right right, less release work. They tell us, you know, right when when was that that he was here? Literally no, he didn't go, he was supposed to go, but that was he touched me two or three hours ago and said that, huh yeah yeah. And then you know when they short staffed and they have fights, you know, they all have to leave and go to the fat particular place, and so they you know, they just locked everything down right right. I've heard of the rid of mandamus, but I don't really know what it is, but it must be something that gives you quick turn around, right, which got an a media Supreme Court. Yeah, so, I mean that's what they're gonna do if but you know he's gonna deny it, and he's gonna do it. But they at least told me. Dick came to see me yesterday and told me that the Supreme Court. You know they filed it. I've heard of this dud, but I didn't know what it is.

27:49 If you know what a habeas corpus, a rid of habeas corpus is, I know it's something directly to his Supreme corporate Other than that, you know, I know, apparently apparently, you know, there's nobody with this kind of stuff that has ever not gotten a bond. It might be a you know, a huge bond that they get a bond. And you're constitutionally entitled to a bond for non capital offenses, is what they tell me. Constitutionally entitled. And because it's a constitutional violation, you can file a rip of habeas corpus, same thing, like you're the man damous for a civil charge, habeas corpuses for a criminal charge. I think they're the same thing, just one's criminal and one's civil. And anyway, they initially said they weren't gonna expedite it, but then they said they are gonna expedite it, and they gave the Turn of General ten days to respond. I don't get my hopes up about anything, because I you know, I don't think normal rules apply to me right now.

29:03 But they seem to think that if the Supreme Court wasn't going to do something, that they wouldn't have done that. So they're at least optimistic they're going to do something, right. I mean, the Attorney General only asked for two hundred thousand dollars bond, you know. I mean, they could give me, you know, but twenty million dollar bond, but and comply with the constitution. But I'm being facetious, and I think it's got to be you know, reasonable, But they could say five. You wouldn't think that. You wouldn't think the judge would say more than what the what the Tourney General asked for? You know, well he said no bond.

29:51 I think said two hundred thousand. That's what the Tourney General asked for. Fifty Newman wouldn't give me a bond. Yeah, But that's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying. You wouldn't think he would profire more bond and sliper ask for. Yeah, So anyway, they're trying to take it out of I don't know, they seem very optimistic. So we'll see. It would be nice to get out for a little while and then go deal with this stuff. But yeah. Yeah, Well, boy, I know, I know, I look at that as every day I'm in here now it is one last day I'm in here in the long run. You know, you know what that's that's that is the fact. I mean, the fact is every time there's a new you know, a new case that comes up, a new you know, revelation of you know, something you took. Both just those same people very very quickly are going to there being subpoena to the state grand jury. So I mean, it's just you know, there's gonna be more to come. Obviously, you know that, right, and so you know you're right about that. Just I mean, but it quicker, it all can come to a head. You're better, I say. I think I think so too. I literally I've been able to call one time since Thursday, and I called Buster and I talked to him for about five minutes on Monday, and I thought i'd be able to call again, but we've been shut up since then. So anyway, yeah, so well, man, you are talking about Hey, I think timer ran out. Yeah, I think so. It was just kind of cut off in the mid sentence. Where where where? What where did we get cut off? You know what, I don't know.

32:19 We were finishing up. I mean literally, I was talking, talking, talking, and he went on there, so I'm not sure I was doing the same way. Well, yeah, I hope you have a good time in Atlanta and Chrissy and the girls be too, So you know what, I know what, that's exactly what you were saying, and and I was saying, I hope Buster will go with us, though you know, I don't know if he will. I can't. I got I'm pretty sure he's not gonna go. Well you'll go, he I mean, he didn't mention anything to me about it. But I know he's got to work till Friday's right Friday, and and I just I don't know. I just think that might be uncomfortable for him. Well, Bo, it is, I know it is. I mean there's a lot of stuff that's uncomfortable. You know. He came on that dove hunt.

But I will tell you after he was there for twenty minutes or three minutes or whatever, you know, he realize, you know what, then he's my friends around me, And so I don't know Atlanta's different. It might be you know, no snoopy combitions around there too, But I don't know, Bo, it's tough, but he's just you know, which onna have stuff be snoopy. Yeah, I mean, I just I just said that I know what you're talking about. Just like when he went out to the Grand Canyon, they flew into Las Vegas, you know, yeah, people think, I mean, he won't do anything wrong, but next thing, you know, they trying to make some ship out of it, you know. But anyway about I don't know. Well, I just hope you all go and have a good time.

She's she was rinded bicycle homes and class and a car pulled out of the parking lot and ran into her. Is she hurt? Yeah, she's Her ankles are hurting, and where they got caught up? Under the car and she's real real sore. You know how you would get set back you got and all that. No, not too bad. She's got a few little straight She did need bruises, but she did not have on a helmet.

36:54 Now I told her we base flecked at her. Good but yeah, so she didn't so she didn't hit her head. Well that's what she got. Just got real lucky. So the car was only going like three to five miles per hour. It's going very fast at all, Thank goodness, sad you to good to the hospital. Yeah, she did go to the hospital because she she passed out on them. Her ankles were hurting, frankly was hurting her into and not scared of them to They put her in the ambulance and so are two outs down the way to the let's see. But yeah, she's at home and she's still down there. Yeah, she's still down there. She I spent the night with her ninety nine in her apartments just to make sure everything was okay. But but she she's doing okay. So God, y'all back COVID weekend. I know, I know how that goes. I'm sure everybody was wanting to use the phone and stuff that's not really it.

But it really it's a much difference in talking on the phone and then drive a two hours, you know what I'm saying. So, yeah, so you put in a sheet, like I have to put the person who's going to visit with me, and it has to be Friday or Saturday, and then they give me a time, and you know, didn't didn't. I don't know how they tell you visit at the time. I guess maybe I have to call them on the phone and tell them, because they like I have to see they give me a sheet on Friday. If I don't, if I don't fill out that sheet and hand it back in Friday,

The Supreme Court originally said that we're not going to explidute it, but then they wrote the attorneys genteral and said you got ten days to respond, which cut the time to respond by ten days, which apparently this week is their last week of holding court, so their deadline is like wednesdays to respond. So Kim and them think that if they weren't going to let me out, they would have just slow walked it and let the time run and then you see what I'm saying. Yeah, so they seem to think that by doing that, they're going to do something. But like I said, you know what, well it makes you think they're going to rule on it.
