The messages I have been getting are absolutely hilarious. And in this third volume, you are gonna hear from Buster. You're gonna hear from John Marvin, of course, Buster's' son, John Marvin's's brother, Lez, a friend of his, Lynn, his sister in law, and Randy, his other brother. It is Mardall at his finest talking about everything under the sun, y'all. From trying to convince Buster to stay in law school to using code when talking to his brother John Marvin. Okay, all right, Well I was trying to call him so he he told me earlier we were both talking about we didn't have a charger and and I think his phone has died on him. Other had something come up that just said he had something come up and asked if we could reschedule him, and I told him that i'd beat remainder in the week doing work in Charlotte, so that I wouldn't be able to meet with him till next week. So what day y'all meet next week? I don't know he's specially getting back to them. You anticipate there's so any problem, but you think it's just a legitimate conflict. Yeah, I think it's a legitimate conflict. We had a we had a firm time for tomorrow that was unflexible on my part, and obviously he has something came up, but he needed to push it back over it. I had a delie and and it was actually a sellingy charge to you because it was failure to stop for blue white, and my parents were in the back. Suit with me. Any rate, So the night that I stayed, I had to eat breakfast the next day and it was crust pineapple and a board egg, and the ladies like they really did take my food. And I was like this, we'll play. I'm getting shucked out like any minute anab it. But it was that and the coffee was real bad.

This morning it was like I don't know, three micawave pancakes and they always throw them in the grits and. They get a stargy. Yeah, and then like there'll be boiled eggs. And there was sausage one day, sausage and gripes. It's just that little lucy sauce anyway, but that's okay. I go to you, you know, even though, to not be hungry, and you know, this stuff from the canteen fills you up. Just you know, the worst thing. Wush not doing anything, you know, it's just like you're righting away. I was trying to do push ups. I did push ups for like I mean a punch. I'd be like two three hundred push ups in a day. But for some reason it started when I was straining. It started giving me this terrible headache right in my temple. So I quit.

6:41 Well, I wonder if you could maybe do sit ups or mountain climbers would be good mountain climbers. It's like you put all fours on the ground and like your head the face in the ground and then you just kind of run in place on the ground, like yeah, on the ground you get that'll wear your ass out. And another one you could do is burpie. Do you know what? That's like an up down where you get on the ground and then stand back up. Yeah. And you can add to it like you can do a squat when you come back up, or you could do it push up when you go down.

I wan't the guys are good. Yeah, they definitely a little while ago. It's two twenty so I'll be leaving here shortly to go go get the hedge, bring them back home. He yells just like he was right now. So anytime anybody's up, he bang on his door and wake his ass up, and he gets shipped. That's said he comes live there, He said, you honky anyway, that's what he starts that shit about midnight when the lights go out, eleven thirty, and he does it. So we've been keeping his ass up all day so he don't do it at night. And he gets shipped. I mean, he gets shipped and he pulled his pants down and moon me and then and go tell me to kiss his ass. Oh he's white or black? He's the old black guy. What's he in there for? I don't know, you mean as well? I mean, you know, I don't ask anybody what they're in here for.

Jim called me on Tidy before that and was, well, you know, I think they're you got to make some decisions and what you want to do with your retirement. I guess this is what it boils down to. So they're doing a lot of work.

But the only thing that's been since so far is moving it from the Dan Parker to somewhere else.

The question is by moving it, does that open it up because it becomes yours in that transition period, to where it becomes available to the receivers, and I don't think it does. They've asked me to be the pr for Maggie, but I have questions whether they go to go back to where you transferred it to her and undo that transaction, and if they do, then that assets in your name. I understand the receiver's point blank. I asked them, and like I said, I thought it was a good, good conversation, but I asked them. I said, listen, you know we want to pay its legal fees, legitimate legal fees. Everything's legitimate, but we want to pay these Well, how did they go about kitting paved? They said, all they got to do this potential to court and asked for payment out of these assets. And Jim did not want to do that.

36:02 When I asked him, I said, Jim, I said, the receiver said, if y'all petition the court, the court says, yes, y'all can get paid out if he's at that, you know, as a creditor, you know they're they're not you know, they don't have a problem with that. But Jim, when I said that to him, he just he said that's not going to happen. That they would never allow that. And it's almost like, yeah, boy, for whatever reason I've gotten you know, I know Jim's doing that. Well, I trust Jim one hundred percent, but I just feel like they're at a point they're trying to get the easiest money they can to get paid what they're own, not because it's something they're not, No, I understand. So what do you think the chances of getting a loan against the inheritives are? You know, that's a good question for six hundred thousand. I don't know if that's amountain to go to them. That's that's the other thing, Jim, he said, he and Dick are both charging two hundred and fifty thousand dollars and they won't fifty thousand dollars. I'm sorry about six fifty five fifty. They want fifty thousand dollars of expense. Mom, All right, well, I gotta have a conversation with him, because I mean, that's different than what I mean. They talked to me about those numbers one time, and I just said, you know, that's too much for a silk case seat. That's when they included me, when
