There are some sad parts to this, just because Alex isn't such denial in a lot of it, but a lot of this is absolutely hilarious and typical of how you would expect Alex mrdall would act when he's locked up. And y'all, I have every single phone call Alex Murdall made prior to and during his trial from Richland County Detention Center in South Carolina, and there are tons. So I separated these into volumes, and I'm going to release these sporadically throughout the Murdoll series as extra episodes as we go along. And I promise you when you listen to this first volume, you're gonna want me to release one on Thanksgiving Day probably they're that good. So in this first volume, you're gonna hear thirteen phone calls. These phone calls took place from October twenty first of twenty twenty one to October twenty eighth of twenty twenty one. Of course, that was before his actual trial and while he was arrested in being held for trial. And it's interesting in some of these you're gonna hear the total denial Alex is in.

4:15 He actually thinks he's gonna get out of jail before his trial. I mean, he believes that wholeheartedly. And it's also kind of shocking in a way to hear how the people that he's speaking to in these phone calls, a lot of them believe him one hundred percent that he had nothing to do with anything. Right. In this volume, you're gonna hear him speaking with his son Buster, his son's girlfriend Brooklyn. You'll hear him speaking several times to his brother John Marvin. You're gonna hear him speaking to a couple of friends of his, one named Lynn, and then in another phone call, one name Liz. Yea, so y'all are down at the Grand Canyon. Now, now we're going to the Grand Canyon tomorrow. So what are you doing? Sedona? M there's just different stuff. I think we're going on some kind of keep tour this after me, just different things. So was that part of the plan? Did y'all? Not like Vegas? So you went down there? No, that was I mean, this was the plan. Okay. Well, the most interesting thing I for got going on is I get off of daily to sell my sneakers. Yeah, I got you know, those bright pink sneakers. Yeah. You think I'm joking, don't you? No, No, that you're drinking.

No. I just called him because for some reason, when I tried to call you to get you to tell where I tried to call you now, uh huh, yeah, I tried you like ten times the other day, and they say some phones won't accept them, won't accept them calls from here, right, but I just told John, we need to they're gonna move to try to stop us from selling stuff. We need to get that. If marking them are gonna do that, they need to do it. We need to get that on that note asap, and to get out money on that note asap. You know, I don't know if it's gonna be a day or a week or two weeks, but they're gonna move to stop us from selling assets. I mean, that's messed up. Well, I mean that's the civil side. You know that dude's trying to put on a show, grandstand and every thing.

So because I was my COVID test hadn't come back yet, I was only getting out once a day for an hour out of myself is all I was getting out. And so this nice guard moved me across to a new

1:29:36 pod where I'm the only person in the pod. So I get to come out, you know, in the mornings for a couple of hours and but no not really good mornings. The you get to come out afternoons for several hours, and then you go back up and then come out again, you know, for several hours in the evening.
