Jay-Z Implicated In Sean Diddy Combs Lawsuit | Emergency Podcast

0:18 Hey everyone, and welcome back to Exposed Scandalous Files of the Elite. I'm your host, Jim Chapman, and I have an emergency podcast to release today, and let me tell you what kick this off. Yesterday evening, I'm sitting at home. I had just gotten back from a Christmas party, and I was settling in for a night of Yellowstone Right, and my Facebook starts blowing up. The news had broke that jay Z has been named in a prior lawsuit regarding Sean Diddy, Combs and all the shitty stuff that he's been doing. Right, So I hit the pause button and I went to trying to figure out and research what the hell was going on. Now, I'm going to tell you this wasn't a surprise to me. That's really all I can say. It was a surprise to me that it occurred when it did. It was not necessarily a surprise the name. As I said, this is an edit, if you will, of a previous lawsuit. I'm going to catch you up on all this. This original lawsuit I did cover, but it was way back in early October.

1:32 So if you didn't catch that episode or you need to refresh, I am going to give that to you, because I have the amended lawsuit in front of me. Now, it's not very long, but it's very interesting, and it does include jay Z now in that lawsuit, which incidentally, his real name is Showing Carter. So I'm going to cover that now, and then we're going to cover everything that's going on, including Sewan Carter's response to all of this, which is pretty threatening to say the least, and it kind of shows how he operates. So let's get into it. And this Jane Doe that filed this lawsuit originally resides in Alabama. And then as it works in any lawsuit, it goes into the parties involved, and of course Diddy.

2:21 We all know about Diddy. But I'm gonna give you a little bit about Sean Carter slash jay Z. Defendant Shawan Carter is a male who, on information and belief, maintains residences in both New York and Los Angeles. Defendant Carter is most commonly known by his industry name of jay Z. Carter was identified in Plainiff's original complaint as celebrity A Prior to filing this amending complaint, Carter received a letter from Plainiffs Council requesting a mediation to resolve the matter, and we'll talk about this after the lawsuit. Upon president information and belief. Jay Z responded has said letter by not only filing an utterly frivolous lawsuit, but by also orchestrating a conspiracy of harassment, bullying, and intimidation against the planiff's lawyers, their families, and employees and associates in an attempt to silence the planiff from naming jay Z. Herein, this effort was meant to scare the plaintiff and discredit her counsel. The effort failed. Indeed, plaintiff chose to file this amendment as a result of the egregious conduct perpetrated by Carter. Each of the Combs corporations aided in embedded Combs in committing unlawful acts, et cetera. Now, before I get into the meat of this lawsuit, I want to catch you up on what was just said, and I want to catch you up on how this all works.

3:47 I've mentioned this in the past, but when you're a lawyer and a complaint it comes to you in a civil case, not a criminal case, and they say I was raped back in the year two thousands. Such is the case here and jay Z raped me, for example, along with Sean Combs. They'll go to jay Z. Those lawyers, well they'll talk to the plane first and they'll say, we can take them to court and you can kind of relive all of this. Well, we can go to them and we can say, look, we'll settle for this amount of money. Of course, no amount of money is ever going to be enough technically, but in a civil case, that's all you're ever gonna get. It's not a criminal matter, and the statute of limitations on criminal cases is different than civil cases. So many people may wonder, why is jay Z not being criminally charged, Well, the statute of limitations has run out. This happened twenty five years ago.

4:53 The only option they have here is money. So undoubtedly Busby did go to jay Z's peace and undoubtedly they said go fuck yourself. And so you left with one option, and that's to file a civil lawsuit in court. But they do give these celebrities the opportunity to kind of make it go away without anybody knowing about it. Now, it's important to mention right here legalese. Right, there's no conviction here. This is accusations and We'll get into jay Z's response to these allegations in a little while, but that's how it works. Jay Z actually turned around and told him to go fuck himself, not only verbally, but he also filed a lawsuit of his own against Busby, saying he's trying to extort me essentially. So let's get into it, and I'm going to review this lawsuit again with jay Z included in the factual allegations. On or around September seventh of two thousand, the Planet, then thirteen years old, had a friend drive and drop her off near Radio City US Music Hall in New York so she could try to attend the Video Music Awards the VMAs.

6:05 Attending the VMA's was on the Planiff's bucket list and she believes she can gain entry. Planiff arrived at the venue and saw large crowds gathering as artists and entertainers began arriving. Planiff was very excited as the event began. Much of the crowd moved inside, but the planeoff without a ticket, remained outside with others and watched the VMAs on the jumbo Tron. Determined to get into the VMAs or the after party, she approached several limousine drivers part nearby and attempted to talk her way in. One of the limo drivers she spoke with claimed to work for defendant Combs. The driver told her that Combs like younger girls and that she fit what Diddy was looking for, and while not allowing her into the awards, the driver did invite her to the after party. The driver stated that he had to drive Combs and others to the after party first, but instructed the Planiff to return to his location after the event and that he would pick her up and take her to the after party later that evening. The Planiff excitingly returned to the same location and waited for what seemed to her like a long time.

7:12 The driver eventually returned and drove her to what he described as the after party. After twenty minutes, Planiff arrived at what she believed to be a large white resonance with a gated U shaped driveway. Once inside, two men asked the Planiff to sign a document an NBA, which the Planiff did not read, by which she now believes may have been a non disclosure agreement. She was told that she could not discuss what happened at the party. She gave them in her name and signed the form, but did not receive a copy. Inside the building, the Planiff recognized many celebrities as she entered what appeared to be a large living room or four year containing a large crowd. The Planiff attempted to mingle into the crowd and talk to several of the celebrity that she recognized in whom she wanted to see at the VMA's waitstass circulated throughout the room carrying trays of drinks, and loud music played throughout the venue. The Planeff also observed widespread drug use, including marijuana and cocaine. After attempting to talk to numerous celebrities, the Planef accepted a drink from one of the waitresses circulating the crowd. The drink was a reddish yellow mixture and tasted like orange juice, cranberry juice, and something bitter. After drinking just a portion of that drink, the planet began to feel woozy and lightheaded, making her want to lie down. Looking for a place to rest, the planet walked down what appeared to be a hallway

8:43 containing several rooms. Off of the hallway, she entered what appeared to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment, and she did not lock the door. The room contained only a large bed with no furniture of any kind, television, or other furnishings. Soon after, Combs entered the room along with defendant Carter jay Z and a female celebrity known as Celebrity B. I wonder who that is? Planiff immediately recognized all three celebrities. Combs aggressively approached the Planeiff with a craze look in his eyes, grabbed her and said you are ready to party. Comes through the Planeff toward the wall, causing the Planeff to fall.

9:27 The Planeff got up and stumbled, at which point Comes grabbed her again and threw her on the bed. At that point, Carter began removing the Planeff's close as she grew more and more disoriented. Planeff was held down by Carter jay Z as he vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B watched. After Carter finished, he stepped back towards the wall. Comes then stepped forward and vaginally raped the Planeff while Carter and celebrity Be watched. Comes then knocked the Planiff down and attempted to she forced the Planeff to perform oral sex on him. She fought back, stood up quickly and punching out. At the same time Combs in the neck taken aback. Combs stopped his attempt when comes back away in surprise, the Planeff grabbed her clothes and shoes and ran out of the bedroom, holding her dress in front of her like a towel. She ran around the residence until she found a front door and was able to leave the party. Although there were other guests still at the party, no one appeared to take notice of the Planet's distress or attempted to help her.

10:35 Once outside, the Planeff put on her clothes and left the scene. In the dark, the Planiff attempted to retrace the route taken by the limo driver. She kept running until she reached a gas station that she noticed on the way to the party. A female clerk noticed her in distress and allowed her to use the phone. The Planeff called her father, admitted she had lied about her whereabouts, and asked him to pick her up. The Planet's father arrived to pick her up shortly before dawn. After the assault, the planet fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her light PLANEFF suffers from post traumatic stress disorder in a seizured disorder caused by stress and trauma, and the planiff has had difficulty maintaining normal relationships and lives largely withdrawn from society. So there is that lawsuit with jay Z front and center on it.

11:36 And here's the headline from when this all came out. Jay Z accused of raping Girl thirteen with Shawan Diddy Combes more than two decades ago. The complaint was originally filed in October against Combes, but has since been amended to include jay Z, whose real name is Sean Carter. Cardivo lashed out at the allegations last Sunday. Now I'll read you that statement in just a minute. In court papers, the alleged team victim claimed she was attacked by Combes and Carter at a house party in September two thousand, along with a unnamed female celebrity that watched. The girl claimed the alleged attack unfolded after she had one drink that left her feeling woozy and lightheaded, and in a statement, Carter, who married pop star Beyonce Knowles in two thousand and eight denied the allegations as he ripped the alleged victims Texas attorney Tony Busby, who has spearheaded a slew of civil lawsuits against Combs. So that was the headline. And look shout out to all my fans out there on Exposed who messaged me I got I probably estimated about twenty messages within ten minutes of that hitting. And y'all wanted to hear this update, and that's why I'm bringing this to you. This is an emergency update, so you're gonna get your regular episodes this week. 13:06 that came out within like an hour of all this breaking. This is from jay Z Sean Carter and he posted this on Instagram. My lawyer received a blackmail attempt called a demand letter from a lawyer named Tony Busby. What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations in the public scrutiny would make me want to settle, No, sir, it had the opposite effect. It made me want to expose you. For the fraud you are in a very public fashion. So no, I will not give you one red penny. These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one. And he has explanation points important dimension statue to limitations, and he knows that you can't file a criminal complaint. Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away. Would you not agree? I'm sure Busby would agree. These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case. This lawyer, who I have done a bit of research on, seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics, and yes, Buzzby can be theatrical. I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human, mister Busby, but I promise you I have seen your kind many times over.

14:26 I'm more than prepared to deal with your type. You claim to be a marine. Marines are known for their valor. You have neither honor nor dignity. My only heartbreak is for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the price and ask questions about the nature of these claims and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I'm more and yet another loss of innocent children should not have to endure such at a young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand inexplicable degrees of malice meant to destroy families in human spirit. My heart and support go out to the true victims in the world who have to watch how their life story is dressed in costume for profitability by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit.

15:17 You can tell he's pissed. You have made a terrible air in judgment thinking that all celebrities are the same. I'm not from your world. I'm a young man who made it out of the projects in Brooklyn. We don't play these type of games. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect our children. You seem to exploit people for personal game. Only your network of conspiracy theorists fake psychics will believe the kind of idiotic claims you have leveled against me, that, if not for the seriousness surrounding horn to kids, would be laughable. I look forward to showing you just how different I am that's a threat.

16:01 Now he could be threatening just lawsuit chet lawsuit actions, but it almost sounds like that's a little bit more serious than that. He's going to show you how different he is. That could be many different things, but Busby, you're not going to intimidate him, jay Z. It's just not gonna happen. Now. Important to mention y'all. Anybody can say anything. Anybody can say anything. It doesn't necessarily means it happen. You have to go to court, you have to be found guilty. Everybody presents their evidence. We know how it works in this country. Anybody can file a lawsuit now Tony Busby like every other lawyer. Hopefully they do their due diligence. And I know in Busby's case he hires investigators to substantiate these claims. Usually he has a ton of evidence before he throws something out there.

16:53 So we don't know what Busby has on this case. He may have pictures something, but that is the response. And there you have it. So all of this is alleged, but it's not the first time jay Z's name came up right as a matter of fact, on Piers Morgan, someone by the name of Jaguar Wright, and let me tell you who Jaguar Wright is. She was on jay Z's MTV Unplug, which jay Z owned, and she was tight with jay Z at one point. A singer, she's now a big TikToker. She was kind of blackballed from the music industry after making a lot of allegations against jay Z even before all this came out and Diddy.

17:37 It looks like a lot of stuff she's sayings turning out to be true. But she went on Piers Morgan just a little over a month ago. I believe she discussed some pretty disturbing stuff with jay Z in particular, I want you to hear that. So here's that clip from Piers Morgan. Oh, why there's no vindication for me because for four years I've been screaming not just Diddy, but Diddy and jay Z are monsters, and the victim making machine kept going on. Jay Z has been notable by his silence since these charges were brought against Diddy. Why do you think that is?

18:18 Because that's what he does. He starts little fires everywhere, forces everyone involved to go and carry water while he sneaks away without a response. That change is now Sean you must respond. You have no choice. Harvey Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, Robert Kelly, Sean Combs have one person in common professionally and privately, Sean Carter. This has been a fist of tyranny that has been punching through our culture and our society for decades.

19:11 It must stop. There's been obviously a lot free artistry, right. There's been a lot of. Rumor mill about what has happened in the rat world, a lot of allegations that the misogyny and the lyrics clearly was based on a general misogyny towards women away from the music, and that clearly seems to be borne out by these charges against Diddy, which if he's found guilty of all this, he's never coming out of prison. How dangerous do you think that? God, How dangerous do you think he is as a person. I think he's one of the most dangerous people I've ever met. A lot of people have been questioning, well, she doesn't really know him, she has no knowledge of him, she doesn't have a picture with him. I'm smart than Claudia Jordan. I would never take a picture with the devil.

20:05 Everyone knew he was the devil. He's been the devil for thirty years. He's been covered and protected by not only Clive Davis, but Lucien Grange. He was selected to be the demon that he is, to keep the culture in line so the industry could continue to rape it for all of its precious jewels. We have too many lost. The list of lost is ridiculous and everyone knows did he was selected for this job. Now, that was a lot to digest right there, and it shocked you could see on the show. Is shocked Piers Morgan that she was coming out saying all of this.

20:52 Not only did it shock Piers Morgan, in shock jay Z and jay Z's lawyers and Beyonce and everybody else that she meant and so jay Z kind of swung his legal muscle around. They contacted Piers Morgan's show and they were pissed and they insisted that Piers Morgan edited out that particular segment. Fortunately I got that recording before it got edited out and I saved it. But I want you to hear what Piers Morgan had to say in that apology, and that's right here. Well, Jo, you were right unexpectedly made several serious allegations about jay Z and Beyonce during that interview, as I said in the moment, they were not present to respond or defend themselves. But now they have then lawyer's trunk just to say that those claims were totally false and have no basis in fact, and we therefore complyed with a legal request to cut them from the original interview.

21:51 Editing interviews is not something we do lightly at a show called Uncensored, But like the proverbial cries of fire and a crowded theater, there were legal limits on us too, and me apologize to jay Z. So there you have that, and we're going to continue on and let's talk about because this is pretty much the whole cusp of this emergency podcast today. Let's talk real quick about the relationship between jay Z, Beyonce and Diddy. They've been friends a long time. Look, jay Z and Diddy are were besties, Okay, Their friendship actually dates back to the early nineteen nineties. Now, Diddy at this time, he was a music mogul. He left what's known as Uptown Records and he started bad Boy Records and he signed Notorious Big and jay Z. He was kind of on his own at that time, but he found some success with an album called Reasonable Doubt. This was in nineteen ninety six. It featured Smalls, Biggie Smalls in that album, and that's kind of how him and Diddy got really tight.

23:08 Then less than a year after its release, Biggie gets murdered and another album comes out from jay Z called In My Lifetime Volume one. This was in nineteen ninety seven, and Diddy was very active. He contributed to that album and they started collaborating together all the time. As a matter of fact, Diddy saw jay Z as the guy that was going to fill the shoes of not only Biggie but Tupac, who had also been murdered, and their life outside of the recording studio kind of mirrored their life inside of it. Both artists found themselves in trouble in nineteen ninety nine. Legally, jay Z was facing some charges for stabbing a guy named Lance Rivera at the KitKat Club. He pled guilty. He received three years probation because hey, he's got money, right. Diddy was involved in that infamous club shooting at Club New York and was seen fleeing the scene with Jennifer Lopez and if you'll remember what we've kind of hinted about is a guy named Seine and he actually had to do jail time for that. And it was widely reported that Diddy actually did this shooting and Shine served a decade in jail for that. Supposedly he took that hit for ditty. And of course jay Z and Beyonce they started a romantic relationship.

24:35 This was in the early two thousands, and they were friends about a year before that. She was nineteen at the time, he was thirty one. People don't realize their age difference. Of course, beyonce solo career it takes off in two thousand and three with her album Dangerously in Love, and in that album was a song called Crazy in Love that we all know, and that album, in that particular song and kind of certified jay Z and Beyonce as a power couple. And Beyonce also did some collaborating with Diddy. So for the next two decades beyond that, they were all kind of besties, Beyonce, jay Z and Diddy. They were practically joined at the hip. They attended each other's events, birthday parties, They would even attend things like the birth of jay Z and Beyonce's daughter, who is named Blue Ivy. Diddy attended that when you attend somebody's birth and you're not related, you're a bestie. So they had a unique relationship. They were both kind of competing for the world's wealthiest hip hop star, if you will, but they were good friends throughout. Now, in twenty twenty two, that was the last time they were kind of seen together.

25:47 They were both present for djk Lad's Walk of Fame ceremony in twenty twenty two. That was also the last reported sighting before Ditty's ex partner of eleven years, Casey Ventura, accused him of sexual assault in twenty twenty three. Now, this is public sightings, doesn't mean they weren't hanging out in private. So to wrap all that up, jay Z, Beyonce and Diddy, they've been besties for twenty plus years while all this shit's been going down. I'm not saying anything. I'm not saying that matters or don't matter. Let you be the judge of that. Now, when we talk about elite on this show, because after all, this is what it's about, exposing the scandalous files of the elite, let me tell you how elite. Jay Z is is net worth as of right now today two point five billion with a B dollars, and they don't include Beyonce's money.

You can throw a ship by all of money on there too, millions of millions of millions, right, So they're very elite and they are as powerful as Diddy, There's no doubt about it. I just wanted to bring you this emergency episode and give my thoughts and get you into the know on the whole jay Z saga that is going down as it relates to Diddy or more stars gonna come out, kind of depends. They're gonna keep their eyes on this. And if there's someone that's on a video, and let me talk about that really fast before we get out of here.

27:23 There's a lot of people on video, a lot of celebrities on video out there, but they're doing the same thing with these folks. They're shopping those videos. Hey, do you want to buy your video back? If you're a five hundred million dollar net worth guy and somebody comes up to you and says, I got a video of you in an underage teen and if you want to make it go away. It's gonna cost you ten million. Guaranteed they're paying that ten million. Jay Z in this situation, I think doesn't believe there's any evidence. You still have to have evidence in this country of something, and it's one thing that Diddy's being charged with this stuff because there's so much evidence out there, it's not hard to put the pieces together. Jac I don't know what evidence is out there on him. He may think it's one person's word against another's and that's all it is. Prove it proof I was there. That seems like what he's doing here. Whether she has proof, nobody knows as of yet outside of Tony Busby. But it is important to note in a civil case the proof is not as high.

28:32 Remember there's two different methods between the criminal and civil proceedings in which you're found guilty. In a criminal proceeding, it has to be beyond a reasonable doubt. In a civil proceeding, all it has to be is more likely than not fifty plus one. So she doesn't have to have irrefutable evidence. She just has to prove it's more likely that occurred than it did.
