Jay-Z Fires Back | Sean “Diddy” Combs Saga Part 20

0:10 Hey everyone, and welcome back to Exposed Scandalous Files of the Elite. I'm your host, Jim Chapman, and today we are continuing with that Diddy series. This is our twentieth can you believe it, twentieth episode in the Diddy Saga, and it just doesn't slow down in the world of Ditty. So we're going to jump right into it and quickly. I want to reference a little bit about how these ditty parties work because there's apparently some misunderstandings that I need to clear up. And that's in regard to the white parties in the after parties, which those were two different things. I need to make that clear because it's important that everybody understands just because somebody was at a white party doesn't necessarily mean they were at the after party.

1:05 There were tons of people, celebrities, political figures, you name it, actors, actresses at the white parties. It's the most iconic parties probably in the history of parties. That party would end in certain people would hang back, and that's what we're trying to figure out. Who hung back and are on these videos and these after parties. The after parties is where all the freak shit went down, and I just wanted to make everybody aware of that because there's an assumption out there that if there's a picture at a white party and Nicole Kidman is there, and I'm just using that as an example, I'm not implicating Nicole Kidman at all. As a matter of fact, I've never seen her in relation to anything to do with Diddy. But if Nicole Kidman was there, it doesn't mean she was a part of the after party. She could have been there just to have fun at the white party. So wanted to clear that up because there's a lot of assumptions out there that if there's a picture of anybody with Diddy anywhere in existence, it means they were involved in the farious shit, and that's just not the case.

2:16 So we got a lot of things to cover today, and I'm going to start by referencing jay Z since that's what we left off with. And there's a lot that's happened since last time we talked about jay Z. He was named, of course, as a celebrity bee in a lawsuit just recently, and of course he denied that, and there's been kind of a problem come out for that accuser, and we need to address that, and I'm going to reference a report here it says a rape accuser of Sean jay Z Carter and Shawn Diddy Combs is claiming she has made some mistakes in her account of the allegations. In an NBC interview published Friday, the Alabama woman, represented by the Houston based lawyer to Manny Busby, recanted certain details of her claims levied against Carter. Her lawsuit was filed as a Jane Doe. Carter pushed back on Saturday, saying true justice is coming. In a statement released by his raps, she told the news organization, I have made some mistakes when she says the music Muggel duo raped her at an MTV Video of Music Awards after party when she was thirteen years old in September of two thousand. She told NBC she stands by her allegations, but the accuser's father pushed back on her earlier claims that he picked her up from the party. So I'm gonna go ahead and play you a clip because this is important that you hear this, and then we're going to talk about jay Z's response to that. This is

3:47 the NBC interview. It's not very long, about five minutes with that Jane Doe and here's that clip. You should always advocate for yourself and be a voice for yourself. You should never let what somebody else did ruin or run your life. A thirty eight year old mother from Alabama who has filed a lawsuit accusing Sean Diddy, Colms, and Jay Z of raping her when she was thirteen years old, is speaking out to NBC News for the first time. She asked us not to reveal her identity. What made you. Want to come forward and talk today? Because I think that I've been quiet long enough about what I've been through, and it's been hard enough to be quiet. But it's a chapter of my life that I'd like to close.

4:39 An NBC News review of her account found inconsistencies with her allegations. She says that she went to the MTV Video Music Awards in two thousand to catch a glimpse of her favorite celebrities. You weren't scared to be all alone now with. Having autism, is it is like feeling like you live your life in a shatter proof jrug real ball. The world's on. Fire, the fire is in it's inside the ball. With you, but there's no way for you to get out.

5:24 In addition to having autism, the woman says she suffered a head injury. The night of the two thousands VMA's. She says a friend drove her from Rochester, New York, to Manhattan, a more than five hour drive. Her attorney provided NBC News with the name of the friend, who has since died. The woman says she spoke to Coolms's limo driver, who offered her a ride to an after party. I stumbled upon Diddy's driver, who told me that I was exactly what Diddy was looking for. What did you think when he said that to you? I thought it meant that I was just pretty. She went to a white house, she says, where she spoke to musicians Benji Madden and his brother. I'm talking to Benji Madden about his tattoo because you know, I have a religious about his tattoo that's the Last Supper, because I have a religious background, so it was just something to talk about.

6:16 In a statement to NBC News, a representative of the Maddens confirmed that they did not attend the two thousand VMA's and that they were on tour in the Midwest at the time. At the after party, she says she had a drink that made her feel woozy. Then, she says, Combs and Carter took turns raping her while a female celebrity watched. Jacyn comes in and raped me. Well, he's well he at that point, I was fighting, trying to get away from him, and he put his hand over my mouth and told me to stop it. Cut, you know, stop it cut. The after the alleged rape, she says she ran to a gas station, where she called her father, who picked her up and drove her home.

7:01 We wrote home in silence. He didn't ask me what happened. He didn't ask me what I did or where I was. In an interview with NBC News, her father said he could not verify the claims. Quote. I felt like I would remember that, and I don't. I have a lot going on, but I mean, that's something that would definitely stick in my mind, he said. When we ask the woman about the contradictions in a phone interview on Friday, she said that she stands by her statements. I have made some mistakes, she said, Honestly, what is the clearest is what happened to me. The inconsistencies in her account of an incident alleged to have happened twenty four years ago does not necessarily mean the allegations are false. The accuser's attorney, Tony Busby said, because we have interrogated her intensely, she has even agreed to submit to a polygraph. This has been extremely distressing for her, to the point she has experienced seizures and had to seek medical treatment due to the stress. In a statement to NBC News, Sean Carter said, this incident didn't happen, and yet he filed it and and double down in the press. True justice is coming. We fight from victory, not for victory. Is any part of you scared coming out again such powerful people.

8:12 Yeah, I'm scared of what could happen, But I'm more afraid of letting it eat me alive from the inside out than I am of you being chastised by their fans. So that is her interview with NBC, and inconsistencies are a problem. It's not to say she's lying, it's not to say this is made up, but it's a major fucking issue. I can promise you that. And look, this was a long time ago. I can't recall what I did last month. When you make these kind of allegations, you better remember every single detail because it can be a problem. One inconsistency can get that thrown out. And here was jay Z's response as he spoke out about those inconsistencies. Jay Z is standing his ground after an Alabama woman who recently filed a rape lawsuit against him and Sean Combs, addressed inconsistencies in her story. The ninety nine Problems rapper born Sean Carter put her attorney on blasts for submitting a false complaint against me in the pursuit of money and fame. The incident didn't happen, Carter said in a December thirteenth statement, True justice is coming.

His attorney, Alex Spiro, added, it's stunning that a lawyer would not only file such a serious complaint without proper vetting, but would make things worse by further peddling this false story in the press. The woman's attorney, Tony Busby, said that her case was previously vetted by another law firm and that his firm does their best of that each claim they make, and they do. We've talked about this. They vet these claims. In that lawsuit, the woman alleged Carter and Combe sexually assaulted her in two thousand at a New York after party for the MTV VMAs. She said in her filing that she ran to a nearby gas station after the alleged attack and called her dad for a ride home. However, in an NBC News investigative report published December thirteenth, her father said he does not recall picking her up following the alleged incident. Furthermore, a celebrity the woman alleged to have spoken to at the party told NBC News he was not even in New York at the time. While the inconsistencies do not necessarily mean the allegations are false, the woman said in an interview that she may have made a mistake in identifying. Honestly, what is clear is what happened to me in the route that I took to what happened to me, she told NBC News. After the inconsistencies were laid out, not all of the faces there are as clear. Still, the woman stands by her overall allegations, with her attorney Busby

11:07 saying that it's possible her father misremembered the night in question. His daughter explained that he was in no state to remember during that point in time due to personal issues he was having. Then Busby said, we are talking about a time frame of more than twenty years ago. Meanwhile, an attorney for Combs, who has been accused of sexual assaulting over one hundred civil lawsuits, has said that the right mogul maintains his innocence, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. Erica Wolf shared in an October first statement that said, mister Comps emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including miners. Now let's talk about that for a second. As I said, that's a major problem. Look, when you have these lawsuits, and I'm not saying this is false, we won't know. You don't have to go to court. But when you have these amount of lawsuits, there is typically some piling on.

12:15 There are some people that are just coming out because they see a money grab. Not saying that's the case here, but this young lady has a big problem, a big problem, especially when your attorney, your main attorney, Tony Buzzy, comes out and says, look, another law firm vetted this particular case. It's kind of like they're throwing that responsibility off of them, which could likely mean that now he doesn't even believe it. Don't be surprised if you see that lawsuit against jay Z get dismissed over these inconsistencies. And we'll move on. And A Jane Doe, who accused Diddy of rape, actually reveals her name after she says she was inspired by brave women who came forward, and it came. The ex wife of Edmonton Oilers player Evander Kine has come forward in her sexual assault case against Diddy Combs and an amended complaint filed in the Federal District Court of Manhattan on Friday, December sixth. Kane used a real name after US District Judge Jessica Clark ruled she had to in order to continue her lawsuit against the muggul. So this woman's husband was kind of a celebrity, But we need to get into some issues that she's had, and we'll get into that. I'll continue on. I had hoped to use a pseudonym in pursuing justice for what happened to me as a teenager. Caine said defendant's demand that I used my name was an attempt to intimidate me. But

13:45 I'm not intimidated. I prepare to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me. Caine sued Comb's former bad boy CEO, Harvey Pierre, and a third unknown associate for sex trafficking when she was seventeen years old in December of twenty twenty three, one month after Cassandra Cassie Ventura filed her own lawsuit. In the filing, Came claimed that Pierre Procher at a Detroit lounge in Michigan and convinced her to take a private jet with him in a third assailant to New Jersey, which led to the incident, and we covered that, so I'm not going to recover it. I remember thinking, the seventeen year old gotten a private jet, flew all the way across the country to New Jersey and got involved in all this, and that in and of itself seemed bizarre to me. Now, as I mentioned, she is the ex of Evander Caine, who was who is a very popular hockey player. She accused him of domestic violence and sexual assault, and even alleged that he had thrown NHL games he played in as a scene Who's a Shark's Left Winger after betting on them. He denied those claims, and later the NHL found no evidence he had bet on games. The pair split in twenty twenty and she filed for divorce in twenty twenty one, but she is now public. So the other news of the week was in regard to three more lawsuits, all

15:18 filed by John Does in regards to Sean Diddy, Combs and Look. I looked for these lawsuits everywhere and could not find them. Now, I did come across a pretty good article that summarizes everything in a lot of detail. But as I was looking for those lawsuits, I came across three that I've never covered that were actually filed in late October that we're going to cover today. First, I'm going to cover kind of a sypnosis of the three brand new lawsuits that came out by three different men. They were filed in New York State on Thursday, which the New York State Supreme Court. For those that aren't familiar.

16:00 Usually these cases are filed in the Southern District of New York, which is where I get a lot of these. It's also why it's very difficult for me to get a hold of these particular three. But listen to this summer, three men filed suits using the same attorney in New York State's Supreme Court, and all have accused Combs fifty five of serving them spike drinks and sexually assaulting them between twenty nineteen and twenty twenty two. One of the men, all of whom are suing anonymously and are referred to only as John Doe, a legend his suit that Combs and several of his associates from Bad Boy Records drugged him raped him during a twenty twenty party it Comes House in East Hampton, New York. Throughout the rest of the night, the planet faded in and out of consciousness to the city Leedge, adding that the planeff attempted to resist their sexual advances but was unable to do so.

16:57 He had not consented to this kind of sexual activity and had been incapable of consent while unconscious, and that sounds familiar right comes conduct was shocking and outrageous beyond the reasonable bounds of decency, reads the suit. Another one of the alleged victims claimed in a separate suit that he had Comes met at a Manhattan nightclub in twenty nineteen. He says that he was invited to an after party at the Park Hyatt Hotel, where Comes allegedly served him a drug cocktail and then raped him. While the planet was sitting on the bed, he began feeling disoriented, Defendant Combs looked at him and the other people in the room and said he's ready to party. The man claims that he fell unconscious and then briefly woke up during the assault, where he saw Combs and another man and woman recording him. When he woke up the next morning, the man who recorded the incident gave him twenty five hundred dollars in cash, saying that it was from Combs.

17:55 The third accus are alleged in a complaint that Comes drugged and raped him in twenty tw during a meeting between the two it Comes Sweet in the hotel Intercontinental. The man said he was employed by Combs for fourteen years and contends the two were meaning to discuss payments. The John Doe said he had owed the man alleged Comes made him a cocktail as they were discussing the payments. He soon fell unconscious on the couch, and when he woke up, he alleged it Comes was assaulting him. When the plantiff questioned defendant Shawn Combs and attempted to resist his advances, Comes told him to stop and that he was almost done. Holy shit. The suit of ledge, adding that Comes associates threatened and intimidated the victim into silence.

18:39 After the rape, defendant Shawn Combs told plaintiff that going to the police would make him look like an idiot, and that because Combs is diddy, the plantiff would never be able to substantiate his claims against him. The three men are each seeking a jury trial and have asked to be awarded unspecified damages. The new allegations come I med a slew of lawsuits and other claims filed against Combs, and it goes into those details which I don't need to. But that is three branded lawsuits and by a different attorney. It's not Tony Busby. So as I told you when I was looking for the actual paperwork from those lawsuits, I came across three in October that I did not cover.

19:24 I'm going to go ahead and cover those for you now. And this first one was a John Doe. And here's the factual allegations according to the lawsuit. Making the Band was a reality television show that aired on various networks, including MTV from two thousand to two thousand and nine. The show, created by Lou Perlman and later produced by Combs, followed the formation of musical groups, and we've covered several lawsuits that were related to Making the Band in Er Around two thousand and eight, this plaintiff, then seventeen years old, participated in a three day add dudition, having seen the opportunity online and through newspaper advertisements. During the audition process, the plentif advanced to a stage where contestants meet individually in private rooms with Combs and his bodyguard. On the first day of the audition, during a one on one interview, Comes asks the planiff hypothetical questions about handling situations involving sexual pressure. As Comes describe these scenarios, he began to sexually assault the planeff by touching the planeiff both over and under his clothing. Including groping and fondling his penis and instructing the plantiff to undress. While he groped the planiff, Comes engaged in sexually explicit behavior, including masturbating himself. Throughout this encounter, Comes emphasized his power to control the planet's future in the music industry, stating that he had the ability to make or break the planeiff's career. On the

20:56 second day, the planiff went through a longer interview process Now. During this interview, Comes again instructed the planiff to undress, explaining that the planiff needed to demonstrate the ability to embody a sex idle persona, which was purportedly required for the band's image. This encounter eventually escalated, and it Comes forcing the plaintiff to perform oral sex on him and Comes sodomizing the plainiff. Comes continued to reiterate his power to control the planet's future in the music industry. On the third day, Comes introduced his bodyguard Tea into these sexual advances. Comes frame this as a test of the planift's willingness to do anything necessary to succeed in the music industry. T requested oral sex from plaintiff, while plaintiff complied due to force, Comes sexually assaulted the Planiff again, simultaneously groping and fondling both the plaintiff and the bodyguard.

21:58 The Planeff's facial expression during this ordeal shed his discomfort and hesitation, prompting Combs to express dissatisfaction. Comb stated the Planeff's demeanor suggested an intention to report the incidents, and as a result, Combs said he would be keeping an eye on the Planiff. Ultimately, this led to planiffs elimination from the competition, as Combs claimed that the Planiff was untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard. As a result of these assaults during the audition process and the Planet's reactions to them, Planiff was excluded from further opportunities in the competition and was unable to return to the music industry for seven years. The Planiff continues to deal with mental and emotional anguish from these assaults, and that is the first of three that I came across. This second one was from a John Doe, who was a male residing in New York. In the factual allegations read at the time of this incident, the Planiff actively participated in the music scene and operated a private security business. Because of the Planeff's security business, he was well respected in the industry and maintained strong connections with various artists throughout the country. High profile musicians sought his services, trusting him and his security service. The Planiff managed a crew of approximately eighty five individuals, primarily based in New York. He typically staffed about ten members of

23:30 his team to major events to ensure adequate security for artists. On about August twenty fifth of two thousand and five, the plaintiff, then twenty one years old, attended an event at a music studio in Harlem, New York. The studio was a well known location frequented by influential figures in the music industry, including prominent rap artists. The studio often hosted gatherings of rap artists and industry insiders. The Planiff understood that Combs would be a teen. The Planiff attended the event with his wife. The gathering quickly evolved into a typical industry party, with attendees consuming alcohol and smoking marijuana. However, the planiff and his wife refraining from doing either, as the Planiff wanted to present himself as a professional, demonstrating he with someone others could trust and rely on in hopes of earning their business, especially Comb's business, and that makes sense. During the event, someone informed the planiff that Comes and taken an interest in his security operation and was considering hiring him for future events. Combs them approached the Planiff and asked him if they could talk about business in another room.

24:41 Uh oh. As he did so, Combs insisted that the planiff join him for a drink. The planiff politely declined, viewing the situation as a professional opportunity. Comes pressed him repeatedly, saying we need to get to drink with a millionaire. Not wanting to be rude, and hoping to earn Combe's trust and and ultimately business, he gave in and he took a drink from Combs. The Planeff felt uncomfortable with the situation, but continued his conversation with Comb's, viewing it as a valuable business opportunity. After finishing his drink, the planet began feeling dizzy, weak, confused, far beyond what he would expect from having consumed a single drink. It became clear to him that something was wrong. He knew at that point Comes and drugged him. During this time, the planetiff's wife left the room to use a bathroom, and other guests also exited, leaving the planiff alone with Combs. In this moment, with no one else present, Comes approached the planeiff in an inappropriate manner. Combs moved closer, and, without warning or consent, reached into the planet's pants and grabbed the planet's penis and genitals. Comes then began to manipulate an attempt to masturbate the plainiff's penis. The plaintiff tried to resist, but Comes forcefully continued and told him to take it and let it kick in, implying that alcohol and or another substance would relax the planeff and make him more compliant.

26:08 The assault abruptly ended when the planeiff's wife returned to the room. She immediately saw what was happening, intervened, and stopped the assault. Realizing he had been caught, Comes tried to downplay the situation. He pretended to help the planiff in some way, disguising his behavior as an act of assistance. Shocked and upset by the event, the planiff and his wife quickly left the studio. They exited took the train home and tried to process the traumatic event that had occurred. The assault left a lasting impact on the Planeiff. After the incident, he made the difficult decision to leave his career in security, where he excelled and built a strong reputation.

26:50 The emotional and psychological toll of the assault continued to affect his mental health. So that is the second of our three that I came across from October. And here's the third, and it says in twenty twenty two, John Doe, a then seventeen year old aspiring artist hoped to break into the music industry. A separate individual with ties to Combs in his music and business empire, recruited Doe to attend a party at a penthouse in a Manhattan hotel. The recruiter promise the event will be filled with artist and industry celebrities and professionals, providing an opportunity for the planiff to promote himself. The recruiter assured Doe that he would have a chance to connect with influential industry leaders who could pave the way for his advancement. Doe, eager for the opportunity, saw the party as a chance to network, create connections, and advance his career as an artist. When Doe arrived at the Penthouse, he immediately noticed Combs, among other well known musicians and industry people. Comes greeted Doe and offered him a drink, Trusting the gesture Doe. They made small talk regarding the industry, and Combs assured Doe that he could make him a star. Shortly after, Doe began feeling strange. He felt dizzy, weak, and confused, far beyond what he would expect from having consumed a single drink.

28:14 It became clear to him that something was wrong. He realized later that he had been drugged. Realizing something was wrong, Dough staggered towards another room of the penthouse, searching for the restroom, but found himself somewhere else. Once in the new room, he witnessed multiple people engaging in group sex, including Combs and another artist he recognized. After Doe enter the room, Combs approached him, grabbed him, and led him to the bed, forcing him to lie down against his will. Combs a move directly next to Doe on the bed, while the others lay next to him, engaging in sexual activities, including oral sex and sexual penetration. Combs grabbed those penis and genitals with his hand. Comes manipulated days his genitals for an extended period of time, trying to get him aroused, but Doe was not aroused. He was instead scared and disgusted.

29:10 Doe told Combs that the reason he could not get aroused is because he needed to use the restaurant. Comes permitted him to get up off the bed, as Comes then turned back to the others on the bed and rejoined the group's sexual activity. From the bathroom, Doe called a friend to come pick him up and immediately left the Manhattan hotel. Comes continued with his party as if nothing had happened. For Doe, everything had changed. The friend Doe had called to pick him up found him waiting outside the hotel. Doe was visibly disoriented and unsteady, his demeanor reflecting someone under the influence of drugs far removed from his usual self. Once in the car, Doe recounted to his friend that he felt he had been drugged, had his privates and genitals manipulated and fondled, there was an orgy taking place in the hotel suite. Do them passed out in the car as a result of Comb's sexual assault, though experienced damages including pain and suffering, mental languished, physical impairment, and emotional torment. So that is the third of those three lawsuits from October that I somehow missed.
