Emergency Episode: Enhanced Audio Call Released In Nolan Wells Case

Emergency Episode: Enhanced Audio Call Released In Nolan Wells Case
In this emergency episode, Jim Chapman breaks down the newly released “enhanced” emergency call placed by friends as the boat they were on was sinking and explains why this enhanced version may be creating more misinformation in this case.

On July 4, 2026, Nolan Wells, an 18-year-old Ocean Springs, Mississippi native and incoming freshman football player at Southwest Mississippi Community College, joined a group of friends for a boat trip to Horn Island, a wilderness barrier island off the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Thousands of people were on the island that day. According to his friends, the boat began taking on water that afternoon. They say Nolan chose to stay behind talking to a young woman while they returned to the mainland. His phone made it back. He did not.

1
00:00:19.679 --> 00:00:23.640
Hey, everyone, Welcome back to Exposed Scandalous Files of the Elite.

2
00:00:23.760 --> 00:00:27.480
I'm your host, Jim Chapman, and I'm continuing with another

3
00:00:27.719 --> 00:00:33.039
episode of the Exposed Investigates series covering Nolan Wells. Now,

4
00:00:33.159 --> 00:00:38.359
as these cases that are open typically do, information comes

5
00:00:38.399 --> 00:00:42.399
out really fast and no sooner did I drop. I

6
00:00:42.439 --> 00:00:45.719
guess you could call it episode one of this series.

7
00:00:46.439 --> 00:00:50.880
Just a couple of days ago, my email became absolutely

8
00:00:51.039 --> 00:00:55.079
full of well what about this? What about that? More

9
00:00:55.119 --> 00:00:58.799
information coming out that was not available when I was

10
00:00:58.840 --> 00:01:01.799
recording the first step. So so I want to address

11
00:01:01.880 --> 00:01:06.480
that in some things some updated information that has came

12
00:01:06.519 --> 00:01:10.599
out today, and today being Wednesday, so you're going to

13
00:01:10.680 --> 00:01:14.560
hear this tomorrow, which is Thursday. Now, I told you

14
00:01:14.640 --> 00:01:17.000
at the beginning when I started this, when I was

15
00:01:17.040 --> 00:01:19.879
going to give you a whole different perspective than what

16
00:01:20.120 --> 00:01:23.000
was out there. The narrative of this whole thing, in

17
00:01:23.040 --> 00:01:27.799
my opinion at that time, was a racially motivated narrative,

18
00:01:27.840 --> 00:01:31.120
a race card, and I covered the many reasons that

19
00:01:31.400 --> 00:01:35.040
I believed personally it had nothing to do with race,

20
00:01:35.439 --> 00:01:38.640
especially as it related to those young people that were

21
00:01:38.799 --> 00:01:41.959
friends with no one that had been thrust into this

22
00:01:42.200 --> 00:01:45.599
and called every name in the book, including a racist,

23
00:01:45.680 --> 00:01:49.599
which I think is ridiculous, because you don't fish with somebody,

24
00:01:50.000 --> 00:01:52.719
you don't hang out with somebody, you don't chase girls

25
00:01:52.760 --> 00:01:56.920
with somebody if you don't like the color of their skin. Well,

26
00:01:57.000 --> 00:02:00.000
everything you're going to hear about today is new information

27
00:02:00.480 --> 00:02:04.760
that was received since that episode dropped just a couple

28
00:02:04.840 --> 00:02:08.280
of days ago. So let's get into it. And probably

29
00:02:08.360 --> 00:02:11.560
one of the biggest pieces of information that has come

30
00:02:11.599 --> 00:02:16.120
out just in the last day is the company that

31
00:02:16.240 --> 00:02:20.719
provided the towing service for these boats that have issues

32
00:02:20.800 --> 00:02:23.680
on the water. I touched on this in episode one,

33
00:02:23.840 --> 00:02:27.319
but they did receive a phone call from Nolan's friend

34
00:02:27.560 --> 00:02:30.400
who was on the boat with several other people because

35
00:02:30.680 --> 00:02:33.159
they thought that boat was going to sink. And I'm

36
00:02:33.159 --> 00:02:36.439
going to play that for you, and I want you

37
00:02:36.520 --> 00:02:39.599
to listen to the entire thing because that has been

38
00:02:39.719 --> 00:02:43.879
released as of yesterday, and it's very important that you

39
00:02:44.080 --> 00:02:47.159
listen to the entire thing. It's only like eight minutes

40
00:02:47.199 --> 00:02:50.159
long something like that, and I want you to think

41
00:02:50.199 --> 00:02:53.479
of it like a nine one one call. A lot

42
00:02:53.479 --> 00:02:56.199
of people don't know this, but when you call nine

43
00:02:56.319 --> 00:02:59.280
one one, they know the phone call is being recorded

44
00:02:59.319 --> 00:03:01.719
when nine one one one picks up. But what a

45
00:03:01.759 --> 00:03:04.599
lot of people don't realize is about the first eight

46
00:03:04.759 --> 00:03:08.439
seconds or so before that person on nine one one

47
00:03:08.479 --> 00:03:11.360
picks up, you can hear in the background what's going

48
00:03:11.520 --> 00:03:14.759
on with the person that is placing the call. And

49
00:03:14.800 --> 00:03:18.680
you're gonna hear that in this nine one one ish call.

50
00:03:18.960 --> 00:03:20.919
Now at the beginning of this clip, you're gonna hear

51
00:03:20.919 --> 00:03:23.879
some background music, because it's like when you call a hotel,

52
00:03:24.039 --> 00:03:26.919
for example, and they transfer you to a room, and

53
00:03:26.960 --> 00:03:30.159
there's like that elevator music that you hear while you're

54
00:03:30.199 --> 00:03:34.120
waiting to be transferred to someone's room. That's the music

55
00:03:34.159 --> 00:03:35.879
you're gonna hear at the beginning of the clib It

56
00:03:35.960 --> 00:03:39.159
ain't nothing Jim Chapman at it. You're also gonna hear

57
00:03:39.280 --> 00:03:43.400
the guy that initially places this call talking about a

58
00:03:43.479 --> 00:03:46.840
membership with this two company for boots, And I want

59
00:03:46.840 --> 00:03:50.240
you to think of that like a Triple A membership

60
00:03:50.319 --> 00:03:53.080
that you were, say you were getting your car towed

61
00:03:53.280 --> 00:03:55.400
and you were a member of Triple A and you

62
00:03:55.439 --> 00:03:57.879
call Triple A and you tell them you're broke down

63
00:03:58.000 --> 00:04:02.719
or something. This company caters towards its members it's kind

64
00:04:02.719 --> 00:04:06.680
of like a triple A for boats. So here it is.

65
00:04:06.879 --> 00:04:08.879
I'm gonna play that clip and then we're going to

66
00:04:08.960 --> 00:04:13.360
talk about it. Because it is the center of yet

67
00:04:13.800 --> 00:04:18.480
more information or misinformation. I should say that it's coming

68
00:04:18.519 --> 00:04:21.879
out and getting out in the public, and they don't

69
00:04:21.959 --> 00:04:32.439
know the other side of it.

70
00:04:23.920 --> 00:04:40.439
I sho cita USI sants VICKI speaking. How can I

71
00:04:40.439 --> 00:04:41.319
help you?

72
00:04:41.639 --> 00:04:45.560
Hey, we're the West tip of porn and uh our

73
00:04:45.639 --> 00:04:48.720

74
00:04:48.800 --> 00:04:49.399

00:04:49.199 --> 00:04:50.160
Can we have a membership?

76
00:04:51.360 --> 00:04:51.720
All right?

77
00:04:51.800 --> 00:04:52.399
Of course?

78
00:04:52.680 --> 00:04:55.160

79
00:04:55.199 --> 00:04:56.920

00:05:01.879 --> 00:05:02.879
Hey?

81
00:05:03.439 --> 00:05:05.480
Yes, how far is the water coming up? Sir?

82
00:05:06.759 --> 00:05:08.920
H it's coming up? It's it's we're just thinking. I

83
00:05:08.920 --> 00:05:11.120

All right? Do you need the United States Coast Guard?

Forty six seven to all right? And you were breaking

106
00:06:33.040 --> 00:06:34.560
up a little bit. Can you just repeat it one

107
00:06:34.600 --> 00:06:36.199
more time to make sure I have it correct?

108
00:06:40.519 --> 00:06:45.560

00:06:56.519 --> 00:06:59.240

My cordons are thirty degrees by fourteen point six eight

116
00:07:06.720 --> 00:07:10.439
four north and then west by eighty.

117
00:07:10.279 --> 00:07:14.279
Eight degrees by forty six point seven nine.

118
00:07:18.439 --> 00:07:18.720
H right.

119
00:07:18.720 --> 00:07:20.560
It looks like you're on horn Island, correct?

120
00:07:20.639 --> 00:07:22.959
Are you an island? Yes?

121
00:07:23.000 --> 00:07:23.319
All right?

122
00:07:23.480 --> 00:07:25.360
Is the boat sinking or you have it a ground?

123
00:07:25.560 --> 00:07:26.560
We are sinking? Yes?

124
00:07:27.800 --> 00:07:29.040
Is it a ground? Is the question?

125
00:07:29.879 --> 00:07:30.959
Oh, we're not a ground.

126
00:07:31.079 --> 00:07:34.160
We are in okay, seventeen, we're in thirty one foot

127
00:07:34.160 --> 00:07:34.480
of water.

128
00:07:35.720 --> 00:07:37.639
All right, I have to act. What do you and

129
00:07:37.759 --> 00:07:39.319
what do you want to do? Do you want to

130
00:07:39.319 --> 00:07:39.959
be told back?

131
00:07:40.800 --> 00:07:43.720
I want to get this boat on sank and towed back? Yes,

132
00:07:44.600 --> 00:07:44.920
all right?

133
00:07:44.959 --> 00:07:46.120
What would you like it told to you?

134
00:07:46.199 --> 00:07:46.360
Sir?

135
00:07:47.519 --> 00:07:51.720
Can tow it to ocean springs or four value on.

136
00:07:54.759 --> 00:07:54.879
Right?

137
00:07:54.920 --> 00:07:58.399
How many adults and children on board? No, there's no children,

138
00:08:00.600 --> 00:08:03.199
so is there anybody on board? How many adults?

139
00:08:03.240 --> 00:08:03.360
Sir?

140
00:08:03.560 --> 00:08:08.920
That was the question, Hey, drop the.

141
00:08:10.600 --> 00:08:11.439
Hello? Can you hear me?

142
00:08:16.079 --> 00:08:18.519
Jump in and pull the plug while you're doing.

143
00:08:21.279 --> 00:08:21.519
Hello?

144
00:08:21.680 --> 00:08:21.879
Sir?

145
00:08:23.240 --> 00:08:25.040
Hello, yep.

146
00:08:25.079 --> 00:08:26.759
I just need you to answer these questions so I

147
00:08:26.800 --> 00:08:29.319
can get you over to the captain. How many adults

148
00:08:29.360 --> 00:08:29.759
on board?

149
00:08:30.839 --> 00:08:32.399
The adults on board?

150
00:08:33.320 --> 00:08:34.759
There's nobody on board the boat?

151
00:08:35.519 --> 00:08:42.120
No, nobody here is over the age of twenty one, sir.

152
00:08:42.360 --> 00:08:45.440
That was not the question. Is there a person? Is

153
00:08:45.480 --> 00:08:48.759
there a person, a living individual on the boat?

154
00:08:55.279 --> 00:08:55.559
Hello?

155
00:08:56.919 --> 00:08:59.440
Is there a living person? Someone breathing on the boat?

156
00:08:59.519 --> 00:09:00.720
Is there anybody on the boat?

157
00:09:01.440 --> 00:09:03.360
There's lots of people bringing on the bed.

158
00:09:04.039 --> 00:09:08.840
All right, how many people, sir like seven? All right?

159
00:09:09.000 --> 00:09:09.399
Thank you?

160
00:09:10.480 --> 00:09:12.960
Does everyone have life jackets on? Are available to those?

161
00:09:13.360 --> 00:09:14.960
We have white jackets available?

162
00:09:15.759 --> 00:09:18.000
All right? Verify what boat sinking?

163
00:09:19.320 --> 00:09:23.519
A triton twenty two foot offshore out twenty two foot

164
00:09:23.799 --> 00:09:26.519
tryon offshore seaflite hole.

165
00:09:28.440 --> 00:09:33.480
All right, all right, please hold. I'm transferring you to

166
00:09:33.559 --> 00:09:34.399
the local captain.

167
00:09:34.480 --> 00:09:36.440
Now, okay, thank you.

168
00:09:39.240 --> 00:09:39.919
Business captain.

169
00:09:41.720 --> 00:09:44.279
Hi captain stuff, This is Vicky from International. How you

170
00:09:44.399 --> 00:09:50.080
doing today? Good good? I apologize ahead of time. I

171
00:09:50.240 --> 00:09:53.720
I really do. You're gonna have a fee for service?

172
00:09:53.840 --> 00:09:54.840
Come up under.

173
00:09:57.639 --> 00:09:57.679
It.

174
00:09:58.080 --> 00:10:00.200
It sounds like a bunch of kids on board on

175
00:10:00.399 --> 00:10:05.360
Horn Island. He's letting me know that his father's a member,

176
00:10:05.440 --> 00:10:09.360
but he can't give me any information. And he's saying

177
00:10:09.399 --> 00:10:15.200
the boat is sinking and he's on Horn Island. It's

178
00:10:15.279 --> 00:10:17.320
just unfortunately he's just the kid. Is a lot going on.

179
00:10:17.919 --> 00:10:21.039
So he said, there's there's about a lot of people

180
00:10:21.120 --> 00:10:23.759
on board. He says, he thinks about seven. I'm guessing

181
00:10:23.799 --> 00:10:28.120
they're all under eighteen. And I'm not trying to be rude.

182
00:10:28.120 --> 00:10:30.320
He wants you guys to go out there and unpump

183
00:10:30.440 --> 00:10:31.080
the boat.

184
00:10:30.960 --> 00:10:33.519
And then tow it in you know what kind of

185
00:10:33.600 --> 00:10:34.559
do you know what kind of boat it is?

186
00:10:35.919 --> 00:10:39.440
He said, I have a try in twenty four futter,

187
00:10:39.559 --> 00:10:40.600
but that's all he can give me.

188
00:10:41.759 --> 00:10:44.799
Okay, all right, Yeah, I just actually got off the

189
00:10:44.919 --> 00:10:47.879
phone with his grandpa, who I'm guessing is the owner

190
00:10:47.919 --> 00:10:52.720
of the boat, and yeah, he said, okay, I literally,

191
00:10:52.840 --> 00:10:55.360
I mean I just hung up with him. He said

192
00:10:55.399 --> 00:10:58.240
that they don't need any help right now, but if

193
00:10:58.279 --> 00:11:01.919
something changes, they'll call me back. So I'm guessing that

194
00:11:02.039 --> 00:11:03.919
they may have figured it out, because that's what he said,

195
00:11:03.960 --> 00:11:06.720
that they're in a panic and their boat, they're in

196
00:11:06.840 --> 00:11:07.399
a panic.

197
00:11:07.879 --> 00:11:10.039
He's saying, the bill is not keeping up. I asked

198
00:11:10.080 --> 00:11:12.559
for coastguard. He said no, but he's just really upset

199
00:11:12.639 --> 00:11:14.080
on the back end. And you know, I get it

200
00:11:14.080 --> 00:11:16.519
as a kid, he just doesn't understand.

201
00:11:16.960 --> 00:11:19.240
Okay, do you still have him on the line.

202
00:11:20.200 --> 00:11:22.360
Yes, I still have him on the line. And again

203
00:11:22.360 --> 00:11:25.360
I kind of find he couldn't give me anything regarding

204
00:11:25.399 --> 00:11:29.080
his grandfather's you know, membership, so it's just under fee

205
00:11:29.120 --> 00:11:29.679
for service.

206
00:11:30.639 --> 00:11:34.360
Okay, all right, Yeah, I just talked to if you

207
00:11:34.399 --> 00:11:37.440
want to, I mean, I'm not we we're so tied

208
00:11:37.519 --> 00:11:39.559
up right now. We can't really do any no member

209
00:11:40.399 --> 00:11:41.240
jobs right now.

210
00:11:42.399 --> 00:11:44.759
Is remember did you find out if he was a

211
00:11:44.799 --> 00:11:45.279
member or not?

212
00:11:46.200 --> 00:11:48.320
Yeah, I'm not sure if it's his boat or what.

213
00:11:48.480 --> 00:11:51.919
I don't I'm not sure what's going on with it. Yeah,

214
00:11:51.960 --> 00:11:53.200
transfer of the kid over.

215
00:11:53.320 --> 00:11:56.840
I'll talk to him and then uh, and then i'll

216
00:11:56.919 --> 00:11:58.240
call his grandpa as well.

217
00:11:59.200 --> 00:12:02.080
All right, did you want me to look up membership

218
00:12:02.200 --> 00:12:04.559
number or anything like that to see if he's up?

219
00:12:04.639 --> 00:12:05.440
I know you guys are.

220
00:12:07.639 --> 00:12:16.039
Numbers, yes, sir, anything on the phone numbers?

221
00:12:18.639 --> 00:12:21.679
All right, yep, it's yeah, he's an active member.

222
00:12:21.759 --> 00:12:23.720
Hold on, what kind of booth you have?

223
00:12:26.000 --> 00:12:27.799
Yeah, he's one of your members. You have twenty two

224
00:12:27.840 --> 00:12:32.480
foot trying. All right, I'll just disregard this one. I'm

225
00:12:32.519 --> 00:12:38.360
gonna send you over an accurate one under this one. Okay,

226
00:12:38.399 --> 00:12:40.600
he's one of your members. You'll get in a couple

227
00:12:40.600 --> 00:12:41.000
of minutes.

228
00:12:41.039 --> 00:12:44.639
Okay, okay, perfect art and yeah, just transfer the kid

229
00:12:44.720 --> 00:12:45.759
every whenever you get a chance.

230
00:12:46.559 --> 00:12:50.120
All right, transferring now, thank you again, captain. All right,

231
00:12:50.360 --> 00:12:50.879
stays out there.

232
00:12:50.879 --> 00:12:55.080
It's crazy, all right, thank.

233
00:12:54.960 --> 00:12:55.240
You, thank you?

234
00:12:55.919 --> 00:13:10.519
Goodbye? Hello, Hello, are you there? I apologize I will

235
00:13:10.559 --> 00:13:12.399
be disconnecting due to lack a response.

236
00:13:13.559 --> 00:13:15.600
Now, before we break that down, you just got to

237
00:13:15.679 --> 00:13:19.600
kind of laugh at the response when she was trying

238
00:13:19.759 --> 00:13:21.799
to get out of this kid how many people were

239
00:13:21.879 --> 00:13:25.679
on the boat, and you know, obviously obviously all these

240
00:13:25.799 --> 00:13:28.360
kids have been drinking, and you could kind of tell

241
00:13:28.559 --> 00:13:32.600
the caller was struggling a little bit with understanding what

242
00:13:32.919 --> 00:13:36.360
she was asking him. She basically said, is there anybody

243
00:13:36.879 --> 00:13:39.559
breathing on the boat? And she was trying to get

244
00:13:39.600 --> 00:13:42.480
the number of people that are actually on the boat

245
00:13:42.600 --> 00:13:46.519
out of him, and he just couldn't articulate that very well,

246
00:13:47.039 --> 00:13:49.840
and she had to actually tell him is there anybody breathing?

247
00:13:50.360 --> 00:13:53.440
In his response was there's a lot of people breathing

248
00:13:53.519 --> 00:13:57.759
on the boat, like seven people. Now, I've been eighteen

249
00:13:57.879 --> 00:14:01.240
years old once. I could only imagine after having a

250
00:14:01.279 --> 00:14:05.480
few beers and trying to articulate everything accurately, and your

251
00:14:05.559 --> 00:14:09.039
boat is freaking sinking at this point, and you're trying

252
00:14:09.120 --> 00:14:12.240
to do this while probably trying to act completely sober

253
00:14:12.519 --> 00:14:14.399
because you don't want this lady to know you've been

254
00:14:14.480 --> 00:14:18.720
drinking and in this serious, horrific event. That was just

255
00:14:18.840 --> 00:14:21.559
something that I kind of flashed back to when I

256
00:14:21.720 --> 00:14:24.759
was eighteen one, So anyway, she puts him on hold.

257
00:14:25.279 --> 00:14:29.440
She calls whoever's going to tow them, and this guy reveals, Hey,

258
00:14:29.639 --> 00:14:33.120
I just talked to their grandfather and he said they

259
00:14:33.120 --> 00:14:36.279
don't need help. Apparently it was the grandfather's boat, and

260
00:14:36.399 --> 00:14:39.240
he was the one that was like a member of

261
00:14:39.360 --> 00:14:43.000
this organization that takes care of these boats that break

262
00:14:43.120 --> 00:14:46.039
down or might be sinking whatever. I don't have any

263
00:14:46.080 --> 00:14:48.960
evidence to back this up, but I would ascertain that

264
00:14:49.399 --> 00:14:52.120
they called the grandpa and he knew they had been

265
00:14:52.240 --> 00:14:55.440
drinking and the last thing he wanted was a towboat

266
00:14:55.480 --> 00:14:57.679
to go out there and find seven kids on a

267
00:14:57.759 --> 00:15:03.960
boat that are obviously drunk or drinking, and they get

268
00:15:04.000 --> 00:15:05.879
in more trouble than they need to get in. So

269
00:15:06.559 --> 00:15:10.480
I'm just spitballing here, but I would assume he told

270
00:15:10.559 --> 00:15:13.320
them exactly what I told you happened in episode one.

271
00:15:13.440 --> 00:15:17.000
They pulled the plug, they gunned to that boat, and

272
00:15:17.120 --> 00:15:19.960
they basically made all the water go out of the

273
00:15:20.039 --> 00:15:22.759
back of the boat, and then they stopped and they

274
00:15:22.840 --> 00:15:25.320
put the plug back in. But here's the cusp of

275
00:15:25.440 --> 00:15:28.440
what we're going to talk about today, and that is

276
00:15:28.600 --> 00:15:34.080
what actually happened. Shortly after that call got released, apparently

277
00:15:34.200 --> 00:15:38.600
an editor slash producer for a pretty major company. In

278
00:15:38.720 --> 00:15:42.879
my world, they started playing with the This person started

279
00:15:42.919 --> 00:15:46.080
playing with the audio because what they were trying to

280
00:15:46.200 --> 00:15:50.720
determine was what was being said before the dispatcher picked

281
00:15:50.759 --> 00:15:53.639
up the call to request a toe. And what this

282
00:15:53.799 --> 00:15:57.679
person did was they isolated the three audios you hear,

283
00:15:57.879 --> 00:16:01.279
which are the audio the dispatcher, the audio of the

284
00:16:01.399 --> 00:16:05.879
background before the dispatcher picks up, and the audio of

285
00:16:06.039 --> 00:16:10.120
the music playing that you heard at the beginning. Basically,

286
00:16:10.799 --> 00:16:15.679
they separate all this audio in a program to different audios.

287
00:16:15.759 --> 00:16:18.080
And I know I'm saying the word audio and I

288
00:16:18.159 --> 00:16:20.759
might have lost you already, but it makes sense to

289
00:16:20.840 --> 00:16:23.159
me because I do this every day. But they separate

290
00:16:23.799 --> 00:16:28.440
all of these different audio voices, and then they enhance

291
00:16:28.720 --> 00:16:32.279
the voices in the background using some programs, and they

292
00:16:32.799 --> 00:16:35.960
delete the music audio completely out of there.

293
00:16:36.080 --> 00:16:36.240
Now.

294
00:16:36.840 --> 00:16:39.480
I want to say this first because it's important and

295
00:16:39.600 --> 00:16:42.679
because I can speak on it as a professional audio

296
00:16:42.919 --> 00:16:47.639
engineer for other podcasts. When you enhance audio as you

297
00:16:48.039 --> 00:16:52.639
use certain programs to remove background noise, and then you

298
00:16:52.879 --> 00:16:56.399
take background noise and you enhance it, and you try

299
00:16:56.480 --> 00:17:01.039
to understand what it actually says, it will have the

300
00:17:01.240 --> 00:17:05.000
opposite effect. A lot of times, it will actually make

301
00:17:05.079 --> 00:17:08.799
it distorted in a way. And it's for that reason

302
00:17:08.920 --> 00:17:12.440
that I almost personally never use programs to block out

303
00:17:12.559 --> 00:17:16.119
background noise. I just control where I'm recording to where

304
00:17:16.160 --> 00:17:19.200
you don't hear background noise because I have a soundproof

305
00:17:19.559 --> 00:17:22.720
booth that I have built into my studio, so I

306
00:17:22.759 --> 00:17:25.960
don't have to do that, because the audio sounds garbly

307
00:17:26.200 --> 00:17:28.559
when you do that. Now, in this case, not only

308
00:17:28.759 --> 00:17:32.599
does this person do that, but they also create their

309
00:17:32.680 --> 00:17:36.400
own transcript of what they believe they are hearing when

310
00:17:36.440 --> 00:17:40.400
they enhance the audio, and then they had that transcript

311
00:17:40.759 --> 00:17:45.480
scroll across the screen as they're playing the enhanced audio.

312
00:17:45.759 --> 00:17:49.519
This is what I know of this situation. Now, human nature.

313
00:17:49.759 --> 00:17:53.839
When your brain sees something written and you're hearing in

314
00:17:54.000 --> 00:17:58.559
your ears what's being said, and it sounds similar, you're

315
00:17:58.680 --> 00:18:03.039
gonna really hear what the person who wrote the transcript

316
00:18:03.279 --> 00:18:05.720
wants you to hear, or what they believe they heard,

317
00:18:05.960 --> 00:18:09.720
because they sound similar and your eyes are looking at

318
00:18:09.759 --> 00:18:13.079
a transcript. Now, I'm not saying any of this was

319
00:18:13.160 --> 00:18:16.519
done for nefarious reasons, but when you find out the

320
00:18:16.759 --> 00:18:19.240
truth of this in a little while, and I'm gonna

321
00:18:19.279 --> 00:18:23.319
get to that. You're gonna understand exactly why I'm bringing

322
00:18:23.839 --> 00:18:28.000
all of this up. Now that brings me to Nancy Grace, who, man,

323
00:18:28.160 --> 00:18:30.519
she took this audio when it came out with the

324
00:18:30.680 --> 00:18:33.279
adjusted if you Will audio, and I'm gonna play that

325
00:18:33.400 --> 00:18:35.880
for you in a second. But she took that audio

326
00:18:36.119 --> 00:18:40.039
and she ran with it, breaking news, new audio in

327
00:18:40.119 --> 00:18:44.759
the Nolan Wells case, you know, with that sensationalized type

328
00:18:44.839 --> 00:18:47.799
of voice that she can sometimes have. And look, I

329
00:18:47.920 --> 00:18:51.480
am a Nancy Grace fan. I've been a Nancy Grace

330
00:18:51.559 --> 00:18:55.160
fan for a long time. Love Nancy Grace. But she's

331
00:18:55.279 --> 00:18:58.200
kimming and she makes mistakes like all of us do.

332
00:18:58.880 --> 00:19:02.359
And I'm gonna say up, there's some questions here, and

333
00:19:02.480 --> 00:19:04.400
she kind of ended up with a little bit of

334
00:19:04.559 --> 00:19:08.359
egg on her face in my opinion, after running with this. Now, look,

335
00:19:08.480 --> 00:19:12.799
she has a very successful show, tons of producers. I'm

336
00:19:12.880 --> 00:19:15.359
sure one of her producers just gave her this audio,

337
00:19:16.000 --> 00:19:17.960
didn't give her a whole lot of background on it,

338
00:19:18.359 --> 00:19:20.759
and she ran with it. But the problem is she

339
00:19:20.920 --> 00:19:24.519
has a huge audience. But I'm gonna play some clips

340
00:19:25.279 --> 00:19:28.319
of this audio that was released on her show. And

341
00:19:28.440 --> 00:19:32.119
this is keep in mind the enhanced audio. Listen to this.

342
00:19:34.519 --> 00:19:41.839
You tell us a sends VICKI speaking, how can I

343
00:19:41.920 --> 00:19:42.160
help you?

344
00:19:42.559 --> 00:19:45.640
So you heard that, and here is what you supposedly

345
00:19:46.279 --> 00:19:50.279
would hear according to the enhanced audio clip. This is

346
00:19:50.440 --> 00:19:53.680
the worrying that was playing. Is that clip was being played,

347
00:19:54.559 --> 00:19:58.640
Sure he's dead. Then you hear is he dead? Then

348
00:19:58.720 --> 00:20:03.759
you hear no, then you hear oh my god, and

349
00:20:03.839 --> 00:20:07.799
then you hear Nolan, don't die. And then the dispatcher

350
00:20:07.880 --> 00:20:09.960
picks up and talks to one of the young men.

351
00:20:10.119 --> 00:20:12.079
I didn't play you that part because I already played

352
00:20:12.119 --> 00:20:16.759
it for you earlier. Now, with that context of that wording,

353
00:20:17.000 --> 00:20:19.720
I just said, and I'm gonna say it again, Sure

354
00:20:19.799 --> 00:20:23.640
he's dead. Then you hear is he dead? Then you

355
00:20:23.759 --> 00:20:27.680
hear Nolan, then you hear oh my god, then you

356
00:20:27.839 --> 00:20:32.480
hear no, one don't die. So with that context, I

357
00:20:32.640 --> 00:20:34.839
want you to listen to it a second time.

358
00:20:37.160 --> 00:20:44.839
You tell us a Senceiviki speaking, how can I help you?

359
00:20:45.400 --> 00:20:49.279
Now, I want you to take out all the context

360
00:20:49.680 --> 00:20:53.200
in regards to the Nolan Wells case. I want you

361
00:20:53.359 --> 00:20:57.359
to just think of this as if it's some guys

362
00:20:57.599 --> 00:21:00.920
calling a voting company saying, hey, are boat is sinking.

363
00:21:01.559 --> 00:21:03.960
I want you to take out the fact that we

364
00:21:04.160 --> 00:21:08.599
know Nolan is now dead and some people were initially

365
00:21:08.759 --> 00:21:11.400
looking at these kids and having something to do with it.

366
00:21:11.599 --> 00:21:14.559
Take all that context out and I'm gonna play that

367
00:21:14.680 --> 00:21:16.640
clip for you a third time.

368
00:21:24.440 --> 00:21:26.720
You tell us the sensiviki speaking, how can I help you?

369
00:21:27.079 --> 00:21:30.559
So is it possible that they could have been talking

370
00:21:30.599 --> 00:21:34.640
about the batteries on the bilge pump being dead or

371
00:21:35.160 --> 00:21:38.440
other things to do with the boat that had nothing

372
00:21:38.599 --> 00:21:44.680
to do with Nolan Wells well TMZ shortly after this

373
00:21:44.960 --> 00:21:48.559
enhanced audio was released and everybody was running around saying,

374
00:21:48.599 --> 00:21:51.200
here it is. You can hear it right here in

375
00:21:51.319 --> 00:21:55.720
the in the audio, they come out with a tidbit

376
00:21:56.519 --> 00:22:01.640
of information and they release this. It's says evidence apparently

377
00:22:01.759 --> 00:22:05.160
shows Nolan Wells was still on Horn Island when his

378
00:22:05.319 --> 00:22:10.400
friend's boat left. TMZ has learned sources with direct knowledge

379
00:22:10.440 --> 00:22:15.319
of the investigation claim authorties had evidence of Nolan being

380
00:22:15.519 --> 00:22:19.319
on the Mississippi Barrier Island after the boat departed on

381
00:22:19.400 --> 00:22:23.119
the fourth of July, which would be a huge development,

382
00:22:23.720 --> 00:22:27.960
We're told meaning TMZ at least two witnesses who were

383
00:22:28.039 --> 00:22:32.160
interviewed by law enforcement say they saw Nolan on the

384
00:22:32.319 --> 00:22:36.559
island after the boat headed to the mainland. That's significant

385
00:22:36.680 --> 00:22:41.079
for many reasons. TMZ enhanced the audio of Nolan's friends

386
00:22:41.240 --> 00:22:44.119
frantic call for help when their boat was sinking, and

387
00:22:44.359 --> 00:22:48.400
people believe you can hear someone saying is he dead?

388
00:22:48.920 --> 00:22:51.240
But our sources tell us people that were on the

389
00:22:51.359 --> 00:22:55.279
actual boat also listen to the audio and are telling

390
00:22:55.440 --> 00:22:59.160
people around them the audio is only panic from the

391
00:22:59.240 --> 00:23:05.200
boat sinking, no references to Nolan Wells. So TIMS puts

392
00:23:05.319 --> 00:23:09.640
that out and everybody's like, holy smokes. There's two witnesses

393
00:23:09.720 --> 00:23:12.920
out there that have went on record with the police

394
00:23:13.400 --> 00:23:18.039
saying they saw Nolan Wells on the island after this

395
00:23:18.279 --> 00:23:22.880
boat left. Two things can't be true there, right, He

396
00:23:22.920 --> 00:23:26.240
couldn't have been on the boat dying if he was

397
00:23:26.960 --> 00:23:30.839
on the shore hours later after that boat left. But

398
00:23:31.240 --> 00:23:33.640
people do what they do, and if they want to

399
00:23:33.680 --> 00:23:37.240
see something a certain way, they start trying to poke

400
00:23:37.519 --> 00:23:40.960
holes in these witnesses. Hell, I've even seen people actually

401
00:23:41.200 --> 00:23:45.160
accuse these two witnesses who nobody knows who these people

402
00:23:45.240 --> 00:23:48.839
are outside of the police are being paid off to

403
00:23:49.039 --> 00:23:53.160
say that Nolan was actually on the island when he wasn't. Now,

404
00:23:53.640 --> 00:23:56.240
how the hell are they going to know that? How

405
00:23:56.400 --> 00:23:58.400
is anybody gonna know? Oh, well, he was paid off.

406
00:23:58.759 --> 00:24:01.119
How the hell is anybody gonna know? They ain't. Nobody

407
00:24:01.200 --> 00:24:03.759
gonna know that. They don't even know who the witnesses are.

408
00:24:04.000 --> 00:24:07.759
But one good thing is we live in a generation

409
00:24:08.480 --> 00:24:12.519
of video nowadays, and the people at the center of

410
00:24:12.559 --> 00:24:17.640
this case, they basically heard all these new accusations of

411
00:24:17.799 --> 00:24:21.200
this audio and them saying no one don't die and

412
00:24:21.319 --> 00:24:24.839
all these things, and they basically said, who WHOA Not

413
00:24:25.079 --> 00:24:29.240
so fast? We have video proof that no one was

414
00:24:29.440 --> 00:24:33.640
nowhere around or in that boat during the time in

415
00:24:33.880 --> 00:24:38.119
which we were making that call. Because the boat that

416
00:24:38.400 --> 00:24:41.599
was towing them, remember in episode one, I told you

417
00:24:41.720 --> 00:24:43.799
they didn't want to wait for a toe to come

418
00:24:43.920 --> 00:24:45.880
because they didn't know when that would be. So they

419
00:24:45.960 --> 00:24:48.400
have one of the other boats that was with them

420
00:24:49.200 --> 00:24:51.960
toe them and get them out of the I don't

421
00:24:51.960 --> 00:24:54.480
want to say harbor, but out of all the chaos

422
00:24:54.799 --> 00:24:57.799
of that island and far enough away where they could

423
00:24:57.839 --> 00:25:01.079
focus on pulling that plug and doing all the things

424
00:25:01.200 --> 00:25:05.039
they had to do to keep that boat from sinking. Well,

425
00:25:05.559 --> 00:25:09.440
the guy that was towing them, was filming while the

426
00:25:09.519 --> 00:25:12.920
guy on the boat was on the phone with the

427
00:25:13.079 --> 00:25:15.880
toe company, and they were getting all this set up

428
00:25:15.960 --> 00:25:18.720
and getting ready for him to toe them. And I'm

429
00:25:18.720 --> 00:25:22.599
going to reference another TMZ article that came out on

430
00:25:22.759 --> 00:25:26.599
that headline, Nolan Wells was not a board towed boat

431
00:25:26.799 --> 00:25:32.000
after emergency dispatch call. New video shows there's new video

432
00:25:32.160 --> 00:25:35.039
evidence that Nolan Wells was not a boarder his friend's

433
00:25:35.119 --> 00:25:38.000
boat when it was being towed from Horne Island, which

434
00:25:38.200 --> 00:25:42.200
backs up what two witnesses told law enforcement. Nolan was

435
00:25:42.240 --> 00:25:45.440
still on the island after the boat headed home. Never

436
00:25:45.599 --> 00:25:49.880
before seen video and photos appear to show Nolan's friends

437
00:25:50.319 --> 00:25:52.920
on the boat preparing to be towed back to that

438
00:25:53.119 --> 00:25:57.160
mainland without him. There are seven people on board and

439
00:25:57.319 --> 00:26:01.039
Nolan is not seen in the video, which was obtained

440
00:26:01.160 --> 00:26:05.680
by the officer Tatum Show. The footage seemingly confirms what

441
00:26:05.839 --> 00:26:10.039
we first reported. Sources with direct knowledge of the investigation

442
00:26:10.599 --> 00:26:14.200
told us authorities have evidence of Nolan being on Horn

443
00:26:14.319 --> 00:26:18.559
Island after that boat departed. On July fourth, Nolan's friends

444
00:26:18.680 --> 00:26:21.359
called for a tow, reporting their boat was taking on

445
00:26:21.599 --> 00:26:24.559
water due to a failed bilge pump and we heard

446
00:26:24.640 --> 00:26:28.000
audio of their panic call to a private towing service.

447
00:26:28.319 --> 00:26:30.880
We enhanced the audio from the call for help, and

448
00:26:31.039 --> 00:26:34.119
some people swear they heard someone saying is he dead.

449
00:26:34.519 --> 00:26:37.720
It's not clear if that was ever actually said, and

450
00:26:37.839 --> 00:26:40.640
our sources say the people on the boat deny it.

451
00:26:41.200 --> 00:26:43.880
In the video, the person standing on the helm and

452
00:26:44.000 --> 00:26:47.720
this is important, appears to be on the phone. Nolan's

453
00:26:47.799 --> 00:26:49.960
friends say they told him to get on the boat

454
00:26:50.079 --> 00:26:52.680
and leave with them, but he decided to hang back

455
00:26:52.720 --> 00:26:55.839
with another woman. Her sister claimed she was under the

456
00:26:55.880 --> 00:26:59.359
impression Nolan was leaving the boat and his friends weren't

457
00:26:59.400 --> 00:27:02.640
going to leave and behind. The boat was not towed

458
00:27:02.680 --> 00:27:06.319
by the private service. Another boat anchored on Horn Island

459
00:27:06.720 --> 00:27:10.400
told Nolan's friends instead, and they say they were eventually

460
00:27:10.519 --> 00:27:13.160
able to get the boat working and cruise back to

461
00:27:13.240 --> 00:27:16.799
the mainland without Nolan. Nolan's friends say they left Horn

462
00:27:16.839 --> 00:27:19.759
Island at four thirty pm, and they claim someone told

463
00:27:19.839 --> 00:27:23.440
them they saw Nolan at six pm on the Barrier Island.

464
00:27:23.599 --> 00:27:26.440
As you know, Nolan was reported missing and his body

465
00:27:26.559 --> 00:27:29.039
was found July sixth as it washed up on Horn

466
00:27:29.119 --> 00:27:33.240
Island near where he was last seen live. Mississippi authorities

467
00:27:33.279 --> 00:27:37.799
say they suspect Nolan drowned, but Nolan's family isn't buying it.

468
00:27:38.000 --> 00:27:41.680
They hired famed civil rights attorney Ben Crump and commissioned

469
00:27:41.720 --> 00:27:45.440
an independent autopsy, which said Nolan's cause and manner of

470
00:27:45.559 --> 00:27:50.240
death were undetermined pending investigation. The results of the initial

471
00:27:50.319 --> 00:27:55.319
autopsy conducted by the State Medical Examiner's office are still pending.

472
00:27:55.400 --> 00:27:58.559
And that's the article. So there you have that, folks.

473
00:27:58.599 --> 00:28:02.079
You got two witnesses on record statements to police saying

474
00:28:02.240 --> 00:28:05.759
they saw Nolan Wells on that island after that boat left.

475
00:28:06.039 --> 00:28:09.119
And now we have video proof with this guy actually

476
00:28:09.319 --> 00:28:13.400
talking to the dispatcher and no one is nowhere on

477
00:28:13.960 --> 00:28:17.799
the boat or anywhere around it. I've seen this video.

478
00:28:18.039 --> 00:28:20.720
But incidentally, in the background of this video you can

479
00:28:20.799 --> 00:28:24.000
see a hundred boats in the background. They're still in

480
00:28:24.119 --> 00:28:29.200
the not harbor, but the Barrier Island area, preparing to

481
00:28:29.319 --> 00:28:34.079
be towed off. So regardless of what people are being told,

482
00:28:34.799 --> 00:28:38.960
no matter what we know, we know now this wasn't

483
00:28:39.079 --> 00:28:43.640
the case because of the video proof that we now have.

484
00:28:44.400 --> 00:28:47.920
But that's how quick things can get twisted. And then

485
00:28:47.960 --> 00:28:52.519
you have someone of Nancy Grace's caliber taking this and

486
00:28:52.720 --> 00:28:55.920
running with it with an audience acize that she has.

487
00:28:56.119 --> 00:28:59.480
I'm sorry, I think whoever her producer is should have

488
00:28:59.519 --> 00:29:03.200
done a little more research or maybe held off on

489
00:29:03.359 --> 00:29:06.359
that until we have more information before putting it out there,

490
00:29:06.759 --> 00:29:09.960
because that's how rumors start, and that's how the truth

491
00:29:10.480 --> 00:29:14.160
gets twisted in people's mind. And I think most people

492
00:29:14.640 --> 00:29:18.440
have a genuine honesty in this case. They just want

493
00:29:18.480 --> 00:29:21.680
to get to the truth. And I'm look, people make mistakes.

494
00:29:22.000 --> 00:29:25.480
Nancy fucked up here in my opinion, But because that

495
00:29:25.640 --> 00:29:28.279
video coupled with the fact that you got two witnesses

496
00:29:28.359 --> 00:29:32.759
that debunks everything in that particular episode that she put out,

497
00:29:33.319 --> 00:29:36.559
all of us want to get to the truth. Rumors

498
00:29:36.640 --> 00:29:41.680
don't help. Playing with audio doesn't help, this is my opinion. Now,

499
00:29:41.839 --> 00:29:45.400
Also in this particular episode, Nancy goes on and kind

500
00:29:45.440 --> 00:29:49.160
of doubles down on some of these theories, and she

501
00:29:49.400 --> 00:29:52.440
actually has the audacity, and this kind of pissed me

502
00:29:52.519 --> 00:29:55.160
off because I think this is pretty audacious of her

503
00:29:55.680 --> 00:29:59.599
in my opinion, to say it makes her think that

504
00:29:59.759 --> 00:30:06.119
the whole boat sinking story was totally untrue because she

505
00:30:06.319 --> 00:30:09.839
heard the audio and she's hearing what some people are

506
00:30:09.960 --> 00:30:13.240
saying was sending this video. Now we know now that

507
00:30:13.400 --> 00:30:17.039
that was all bullshit, but at the time we didn't.

508
00:30:17.519 --> 00:30:21.039
And she goes as far as to say, well, they

509
00:30:21.319 --> 00:30:26.079
weren't really sinking. Don't listen to me. Listen to her

510
00:30:26.279 --> 00:30:27.559
say it out of her own mouth.

511
00:30:28.039 --> 00:30:31.440
So it doesn't sound to me, Dave Mack, that the

512
00:30:31.519 --> 00:30:34.759
boat was sinking, because they're going all over in the boat.

513
00:30:34.880 --> 00:30:38.119
So if the boat's not sinking, why the sea tow call,

514
00:30:38.200 --> 00:30:39.200
why the distress call.

515
00:30:40.279 --> 00:30:42.799
Yeah, Nancy, the one thing you have to remember on

516
00:30:42.920 --> 00:30:45.559
that first seatow call, you know, you hear them saying

517
00:30:45.640 --> 00:30:47.759
we're in thirty feet of water, we're sinking. We need

518
00:30:47.839 --> 00:30:49.359
to be unsync and towed.

519
00:30:49.839 --> 00:30:52.119
But if you follow along.

520
00:30:51.839 --> 00:30:55.480
With that communication, the seatow company reaches out to a

521
00:30:55.559 --> 00:30:58.640
local captain nearby and says, hey, we've got a boat.

522
00:30:58.720 --> 00:30:59.720
Can you go take a look.

523
00:31:00.160 --> 00:31:04.279
And the captain nearest to the boat says, hey, I

524
00:31:04.400 --> 00:31:06.400
just got a call from the owner of that boat.

525
00:31:06.640 --> 00:31:10.839
He says they've resolved the problem and don't need us anymore. So,

526
00:31:11.119 --> 00:31:14.440
and this happened during the course of ten minutes, Nancy,

527
00:31:14.839 --> 00:31:18.480
So they're calling for help and then not calling for help.

528
00:31:18.759 --> 00:31:22.799
So something was definitely going on with this tritened twenty

529
00:31:22.839 --> 00:31:25.640
one foot that they cannot explain.

530
00:31:25.920 --> 00:31:29.119
So when Nancy Grace is saying this boat must not

531
00:31:29.279 --> 00:31:33.200
have been sinking, in my opinion, to me, that's the

532
00:31:33.359 --> 00:31:37.799
exact same thing as saying these kids must have had

533
00:31:38.000 --> 00:31:42.200
something to do with Nolan's death, because why else would

534
00:31:42.200 --> 00:31:45.759
you lie about the boat sinking and folks that ain't helping.

535
00:31:46.440 --> 00:31:50.200
I want the police focusing on the right suspect. If

536
00:31:50.240 --> 00:31:53.559
there was some foul play here, don't waste your time

537
00:31:54.000 --> 00:31:57.440
focusing on seven kids or ten kids, or however many

538
00:31:57.799 --> 00:32:01.119
that had nothing to do with this. If somebody did

539
00:32:01.240 --> 00:32:04.200
have something to do with this, they're out there still

540
00:32:05.440 --> 00:32:09.440
nobody's looking at them apparently. Now, the problem with this theory,

541
00:32:09.759 --> 00:32:11.920
if you will, is that when that video came out

542
00:32:11.960 --> 00:32:14.119
and it showed the boat sinking and all these kids

543
00:32:14.240 --> 00:32:16.759
running around it with ropes and everything else trying to

544
00:32:16.839 --> 00:32:21.000
keep it afloat, is it debunked it completely. And when

545
00:32:21.079 --> 00:32:24.000
she reported it, when Nancy reported it, there was no

546
00:32:24.319 --> 00:32:29.319
video anybody had of this or that anybody was aware

547
00:32:29.400 --> 00:32:32.279
of that I know of. But that's the problem when

548
00:32:32.319 --> 00:32:34.599
you don't have all the information. That's why you have

549
00:32:34.720 --> 00:32:38.559
to be real careful of what you accuse people of

550
00:32:39.119 --> 00:32:41.880
without having all the information. I'll be curious to see

551
00:32:41.920 --> 00:32:46.759
if Nancy issues some sort of apology for being wrong

552
00:32:47.799 --> 00:32:51.640
and putting it out there and saying I made a mistake,

553
00:32:51.759 --> 00:32:54.160
and I'll say it again. I'm a Nancy Grace fan,

554
00:32:54.359 --> 00:32:57.279
always have been, think she does great work, and none

555
00:32:57.279 --> 00:32:59.079
of us are perfect, so I don't think any of

556
00:32:59.160 --> 00:33:02.880
that was intentional, But I would like to see her

557
00:33:02.920 --> 00:33:07.440
come out and apologize for accusing these kids of lying

558
00:33:07.559 --> 00:33:11.759
about their boat sinking. You got to have all the context, folks,

559
00:33:11.960 --> 00:33:16.759
to make an educated statement like that. So moving a

560
00:33:16.839 --> 00:33:19.240
little bit beyond that, I want to talk a little

561
00:33:19.240 --> 00:33:23.440
bit about the toxicology report that has played a really

562
00:33:23.599 --> 00:33:27.000
huge piece in this case. Now many people are wanting

563
00:33:27.119 --> 00:33:30.680
to know how drunk Knowing Wells was. He was for

564
00:33:30.880 --> 00:33:33.960
sure drinking, and we know that for sure because there

565
00:33:34.000 --> 00:33:37.359
are several pictures of him that day with friends and

566
00:33:37.480 --> 00:33:39.400
he's sold them like a beer in his hand, some

567
00:33:39.559 --> 00:33:41.960
sort of alcohol in his hand. I totally get it.

568
00:33:42.079 --> 00:33:45.880
I was eighteen once, no problem whatever. But of course

569
00:33:46.440 --> 00:33:49.960
this doesn't tell you how much he was drinking. Now,

570
00:33:50.079 --> 00:33:52.920
witnesses on the boat that were there with him, they

571
00:33:53.039 --> 00:33:57.000
say he was drinking pretty heavily. But apparently, you know,

572
00:33:57.200 --> 00:34:00.160
some people are struggling to believe anything that the these

573
00:34:00.240 --> 00:34:03.119
kids on the boat say. So we're gonna throw all

574
00:34:03.200 --> 00:34:06.119
that out. We're gonna assume they never said one way

575
00:34:06.200 --> 00:34:09.519
or the other. A toxicology report is going to prove

576
00:34:09.559 --> 00:34:14.639
all that right, well actually wrong. In reality, we're never

577
00:34:14.760 --> 00:34:18.239
gonna know how drunk Nolan Wells was, or if he

578
00:34:18.400 --> 00:34:21.360
was even drunk at all. And I want to explain

579
00:34:21.400 --> 00:34:25.199
to you why when you die and you go through

580
00:34:25.360 --> 00:34:32.360
a decomposition stage, bacteria is going to actually raise your

581
00:34:32.800 --> 00:34:37.400
blood alcohol level. So technically, if you've been in the

582
00:34:37.480 --> 00:34:40.599
water for a couple of days post mortem, your blood

583
00:34:40.639 --> 00:34:43.320
alcohol level is gonna be very high. Even if you

584
00:34:43.360 --> 00:34:47.519
don't have any drinks, even not one drink, it's gonna

585
00:34:47.519 --> 00:34:51.119
look like you were totally plastered. Now, to combat this,

586
00:34:51.920 --> 00:34:55.800
many times, medical examiners they're gonna use fluid from your

587
00:34:55.920 --> 00:34:59.920
eyes rather than your actual blood to measure your alcohol

588
00:35:00.159 --> 00:35:03.840
content because it's not as susceptible, if you will, to

589
00:35:03.960 --> 00:35:08.119
bacteria as your blood would be. However, with several days

590
00:35:08.239 --> 00:35:12.000
having passed since Nolan Well's died, combined with the fact

591
00:35:12.440 --> 00:35:15.079
that he was in the ocean for several days. No

592
00:35:15.199 --> 00:35:18.360
matter what they do, Folks, we'll never know the answer

593
00:35:18.440 --> 00:35:21.639
to that question if that test came out, because they'll

594
00:35:21.679 --> 00:35:23.599
test for it. And when it comes out, if it

595
00:35:23.760 --> 00:35:26.639
says his blood alcohol content was point four to zero,

596
00:35:27.079 --> 00:35:31.599
it's meaningless because technically, after two days he could have

597
00:35:31.760 --> 00:35:35.000
that level and not have even had one drink. That's

598
00:35:35.239 --> 00:35:39.880
just facts. But you can test for drug content. It

599
00:35:39.960 --> 00:35:45.039
doesn't affect things like marijuana, cocaine, fentanyl, things like that.

600
00:35:45.719 --> 00:35:48.079
So while there will never be an answer to the

601
00:35:48.239 --> 00:35:52.360
alcohol content or how much he drank outside of what

602
00:35:52.519 --> 00:35:56.360
the witnesses are saying, the drug side will be accurate.

603
00:35:56.639 --> 00:36:00.239
Pay attention to that sentence. I just told you the

604
00:36:00.400 --> 00:36:05.000
drug side of that will be accurate because there was

605
00:36:05.079 --> 00:36:08.559
a bad actor on the island that day, and that's

606
00:36:08.599 --> 00:36:12.519
all I'm comfortable was saying at this point. But when

607
00:36:12.599 --> 00:36:17.719
that comes out, and I wish these toxicology reports could

608
00:36:17.719 --> 00:36:21.039
be faster, I don't understand why we can put someone

609
00:36:21.119 --> 00:36:23.079
on the moon in three days, or at least fly

610
00:36:23.239 --> 00:36:25.960
around one end of it, but it takes six to

611
00:36:26.039 --> 00:36:29.519
eight weeks to get those reports back. I never understand

612
00:36:29.559 --> 00:36:32.519
that it is what it is, but when that comes out,

613
00:36:32.800 --> 00:36:36.039
pay special attention to the drug content. And I'm going

614
00:36:36.079 --> 00:36:39.679
to go ahead and end this update for today, but

615
00:36:39.840 --> 00:36:43.239
I want to say this. I want justice for Nolan

616
00:36:43.280 --> 00:36:47.320
Well's family more than anything, and the only way to

617
00:36:47.440 --> 00:36:51.639
do that, The only way to get justice is to

618
00:36:51.800 --> 00:36:57.960
speak truth to power. Rumors and window and bullshit and

619
00:36:58.159 --> 00:37:05.559
theories don't help. Truth never changes. Remember that the truth

620
00:37:06.119 --> 00:37:09.599
will always be the truth. And when I see people

621
00:37:09.719 --> 00:37:13.719
trying to twist facts, or maybe not even trying, maybe

622
00:37:13.760 --> 00:37:17.639
they just had the facts wrong, I consider it my

623
00:37:17.840 --> 00:37:22.400
responsibility to set the record straight and I'm not gonna

624
00:37:22.440 --> 00:37:26.079
quit doing that. Thank you so much for listening. Check
