Day 7 | The Trial of Keffe D: Who Killed Tupac?
Day 7 of the Duane “Keefe D” Davis Murder Trial: Tupac’s Final Warning and the Shot Caller’s World
On Day 7 of the high-stakes murder trial of Duane “Keefe D” Davis, the man accused of orchestrating the 1996 drive-by killing of Tupac Shakur, the jury heard chilling first-hand testimony from one of the rapper’s closest friends and a deep dive into the gang hierarchy that prosecutors say put Davis at the top of the chain of command. Malcolm Greenidge, better known as E.D.I. Mean of the Outlawz, took the stand under a court order after initially resisting. A childhood friend, mentor figure, and group member who called Tupac a big brother, Greenidge described riding in the caravan behind Suge Knight’s BMW on the night of September 7, 1996, as the group headed toward Club 662.
He watched a light-colored four-door Cadillac pull alongside the BMW. Shots erupted from the back seat. He saw an arm and a gun extend from the vehicle — the arm appearing to belong to a Black man. Horrified, he later approached the stopped BMW, only to hear the wounded Tupac warn him: “Get on the ground, they’re going to shoot you.” Moments later, a police shotgun was pointed in his face.
The day also featured testimony from crime scene analysts who processed the 2023 search of Davis’s Henderson home, recovering production budgets, copies of Compton Street Legend, a 1996 Vibe magazine, and a scrapbook filled with contemporary newspaper clippings about Tupac’s murder. A firearms technician confirmed that all seven .40-caliber casings recovered from the original crime scene were fired from the same gun, with no matches in the national ballistic database.
Former Compton police gang detective Robert Ladd closed out key portions of the day by painting a clear picture of South Side Compton Crips structure. He identified Davis as a high-ranking “shot caller” and major narcotics dealer — the kind of OG who could order younger members to act and expect compliance. If Davis was in that Cadillac, Ladd testified, any shooting would have required his authorization.

00:00:20.250 --> 00:00:24.089
Welcome back to Exposed Scandalous Files of the Elite. I'm
2
00:00:24.109 --> 00:00:28.300
your host, Jim Chapman. I'm back with the coverage from
3
00:00:28.359 --> 00:00:32.340
the seventh day in the state of Nevada versus Dwayne
4
00:00:32.460 --> 00:00:37.450
Keefe D. Davis trial. Now, yesterday, day six. The trial
5
00:00:37.520 --> 00:00:42.679
was completely centered around filmmaker Michael Dorsey and more of
6
00:00:42.740 --> 00:00:49.219
Davis' 2017 Death Row Chronicles interviews. So today, the prosecution,
7
00:00:49.420 --> 00:00:54.880
they shifted gears. An actual eyewitness from the convoy, physical
8
00:00:55.000 --> 00:01:00.840
evidence from Davis' house, and gang-related context testimony designed to
9
00:01:00.920 --> 00:01:04.450
explain this. the motive in this case. So court started
10
00:01:04.510 --> 00:01:07.269
around 930 in the morning and first up on the
11
00:01:07.329 --> 00:01:15.359
stand was Malcolm Greenidge. Now he's professionally known as EDI Mean.
12
00:01:16.019 --> 00:01:19.000
He's a founding member of the Outlaws and he's one
13
00:01:19.040 --> 00:01:23.859
of Tupac Shakur's closest childhood friends. Now the Outlaws was
14
00:01:23.920 --> 00:01:27.250
a rap group that Tupac wanted to help by breaking
15
00:01:27.370 --> 00:01:30.430
them into rap music. And right from the jump, this
16
00:01:30.489 --> 00:01:33.469
guy made it known he was being forced to testify.
17
00:01:33.549 --> 00:01:36.489
He did not want to be here, much like many
18
00:01:36.609 --> 00:01:40.269
of the previous witnesses that we have covered. So Greenwich
19
00:01:40.390 --> 00:01:49.810
testified about his relationship with Tupac by saying, quote, a mentor,
20
00:01:50.189 --> 00:01:54.230
the list goes on and on, unquote. He also testified
21
00:01:54.269 --> 00:01:56.750
that he had a dream of becoming a rapper and
22
00:01:56.769 --> 00:02:00.670
that Tupac saw something in him and agreed to help
23
00:02:00.750 --> 00:02:04.379
make that dream come true, which led Greenidge to join
24
00:02:04.420 --> 00:02:07.719
the group that would eventually become the Outlaws, and they
25
00:02:07.780 --> 00:02:12.479
released an album with Tupac. Now, Greenidge further testified about
26
00:02:12.539 --> 00:02:17.250
Tupac's business plans at that time by saying, Tupac wanted
27
00:02:17.310 --> 00:02:22.090
to launch his own imprint called Machiavelli Records. Now, before
28
00:02:22.169 --> 00:02:25.289
you say, oh, that shows some kind of a motive
29
00:02:25.449 --> 00:02:29.349
that maybe Suge Knight might have killed him. The fact
30
00:02:29.389 --> 00:02:32.210
of the matter is it was supposed to be distributed
31
00:02:32.270 --> 00:02:35.090
and plans were that it was going to be distributed
32
00:02:35.150 --> 00:02:38.729
by Death Row Records. So Suge Knight is still going
33
00:02:38.750 --> 00:02:41.750
to get his piece of the cake, right? Now, separately,
34
00:02:41.849 --> 00:02:46.849
Tupac was also in talks with Quincy Jones, allegedly, for
35
00:02:47.120 --> 00:02:52.199
independent business and film projects that would not involve death row,
36
00:02:52.340 --> 00:02:55.740
according to this witness. Greenidge then spoke of the night
37
00:02:55.860 --> 00:03:00.020
of September 7, 1996, leading up to the shooting. He
38
00:03:00.120 --> 00:03:03.159
said that he and others had come to Las Vegas
39
00:03:03.210 --> 00:03:07.349
that weekend specifically for the Mike Tyson vs. Bruce Seldon
40
00:03:07.430 --> 00:03:11.400
fight at the MGM Grand. and that Tupac spent part
41
00:03:11.439 --> 00:03:13.840
of the day gambling and that he did make some money.
42
00:03:13.879 --> 00:03:16.919
He actually won at the tables. He said that Pac
43
00:03:16.979 --> 00:03:20.120
told the group that they would go change clothes and
44
00:03:20.219 --> 00:03:23.349
that he would call them when he was ready and
45
00:03:23.389 --> 00:03:26.270
they could all head to the fight together. However, He
46
00:03:26.349 --> 00:03:30.310
said that phone call never came and he never attended
47
00:03:30.379 --> 00:03:33.080
the fight. He said later that night the group was
48
00:03:33.199 --> 00:03:38.919
traveling in a convoy toward 662, Club 662. Greenwich was
49
00:03:39.060 --> 00:03:44.069
in a vehicle position directly behind the black BMW driven
50
00:03:44.129 --> 00:03:47.810
by Suge Knight with Tupac in the passenger seat. As
51
00:03:47.849 --> 00:03:50.770
far as the shooting itself, he testified the group was
52
00:03:50.830 --> 00:03:54.050
behind Pac and Suge. They were stopped at a traffic
53
00:03:54.110 --> 00:03:58.169
light in the area of Flamingo and Coval Lane. And
54
00:03:58.189 --> 00:04:00.490
he testified, quote, we were at a light.
55
00:04:00.909 --> 00:04:01.270
Mr.
56
00:04:01.349 --> 00:04:04.909
Shakur and Suge Knight were talking to some young ladies.
57
00:04:05.289 --> 00:04:07.789
We couldn't hear what they were talking about. And when
58
00:04:07.830 --> 00:04:11.090
those ladies pulled off, another car pulled up and started
59
00:04:11.250 --> 00:04:13.849
shooting at Mr. Shakur and Mr.
60
00:04:13.969 --> 00:04:14.310
Knight.
61
00:04:14.770 --> 00:04:18.199
The shots came from inside the vehicle. It was from
62
00:04:18.240 --> 00:04:21.040
the back seat, and the arm and the gun attached
63
00:04:21.120 --> 00:04:24.160
to that arm came from the back seat window. From
64
00:04:24.199 --> 00:04:28.439
my vantage point, they appeared to be African-American. Now, details
65
00:04:28.540 --> 00:04:33.550
that he provided included that the suspect vehicle was a light-colored,
66
00:04:33.850 --> 00:04:38.149
white or cream four-door Cadillac. He said his immediate reaction
67
00:04:38.269 --> 00:04:41.410
was that he was horrified. He then said Suge Knight
68
00:04:41.470 --> 00:04:45.810
made a U-turn and drove away, so Greenwich Vehicle followed
69
00:04:45.829 --> 00:04:50.610
the and at another intersection, Knight stopped again. Greenwich and
70
00:04:50.730 --> 00:04:54.269
others got out of their vehicle and approached the BMW
71
00:04:54.310 --> 00:04:57.189
to check on Tupac. And I found this interesting and
72
00:04:57.250 --> 00:05:00.579
also a little bit sad. Greenwich said, quote, when we
73
00:05:00.620 --> 00:05:04.279
approached the car, Mr. Shakur said to me, get on
74
00:05:04.319 --> 00:05:08.079
the ground. They're going to shoot you. Which, y'all, Pac
75
00:05:08.259 --> 00:05:11.199
is lying there, dying, and he was still worried about
76
00:05:11.220 --> 00:05:15.100
his friend. I thought that was Pretty cool. So Greenwich
77
00:05:15.180 --> 00:05:17.879
said that he turned around and there was a shotgun
78
00:05:17.920 --> 00:05:21.360
in his face. The person holding the shotgun was a
79
00:05:21.379 --> 00:05:25.680
police officer. Greenwich immediately complied and he got on the ground.
80
00:05:26.040 --> 00:05:28.339
From his position on the ground, he said he could
81
00:05:28.439 --> 00:05:32.810
not clearly see Tupac's specific injuries, but he did observe
82
00:05:32.850 --> 00:05:35.529
that Suge Knight was bleeding from the head and was
83
00:05:35.850 --> 00:05:40.629
asking for medical assistance. for Tupac. A jury did submit
84
00:05:40.649 --> 00:05:43.829
a written question that was read in open court, quote,
85
00:05:43.910 --> 00:05:48.430
were shots that were fired from your crew toward the attackers?
86
00:05:48.589 --> 00:05:52.230
And Greenidge answered, not that I know of. On a
87
00:05:52.290 --> 00:05:55.779
follow-up from the defense, he did confirm he did not
88
00:05:55.839 --> 00:05:59.199
know whether anyone in the vehicles in the caravan had
89
00:05:59.220 --> 00:06:03.620
a weapon. So there's some talk back and forth about
90
00:06:04.079 --> 00:06:09.449
shooting back after this incident from Suge Knight and Tupac's peeps.
91
00:06:10.279 --> 00:06:13.120
And there's some debate over that. Some people say they did,
92
00:06:13.259 --> 00:06:16.060
some people say they didn't. I don't necessarily know why
93
00:06:16.100 --> 00:06:18.860
that would matter, but there you have it. The defense
94
00:06:18.959 --> 00:06:23.360
did take over and Sam's questioning focused heavily on Tupac's
95
00:06:23.420 --> 00:06:26.259
relationship with Death Row and his future plans. And what
96
00:06:26.279 --> 00:06:29.480
he's trying to do there is tear down the fact
97
00:06:29.620 --> 00:06:33.120
or actually give a motive to the fact that, hey,
98
00:06:33.160 --> 00:06:36.589
there's another reason Tupac might have needed to be killed
99
00:06:36.629 --> 00:06:39.250
in some people's eyes. And he's trying to throw some
100
00:06:39.290 --> 00:06:42.670
blame on Suge Knight's way, right? Greenidge confirmed that there
101
00:06:42.709 --> 00:06:46.569
were proposed projects with Quincy Jones and they were intended
102
00:06:46.649 --> 00:06:50.269
to be independent and would not have involved death row records.
103
00:06:50.370 --> 00:06:53.610
Sam also would press this guy on the limits of
104
00:06:53.670 --> 00:06:57.470
what Greenidge could actually see. He kept pushing the fact that, hey,
105
00:06:57.750 --> 00:07:02.149
you couldn't make a facial identification. You were kind of limited.
106
00:07:03.269 --> 00:07:05.870
as far as what you could see from your vantage point.
107
00:07:05.990 --> 00:07:07.560
All you could see is an arm and a gun.
108
00:07:07.620 --> 00:07:10.339
It could have been anybody, you know, things like that.
109
00:07:10.459 --> 00:07:14.899
Greenwich testified to a lot of things in the way
110
00:07:15.019 --> 00:07:18.439
of what exactly happened from his vantage point, but he
111
00:07:18.519 --> 00:07:21.120
wasn't able to say who was in that car. And
112
00:07:21.199 --> 00:07:25.089
that's an important part of the testimony, but it was significant.
113
00:07:25.129 --> 00:07:28.069
He's one of the few remaining people who was actually
114
00:07:28.189 --> 00:07:30.889
in the convoy that night and close enough to witness
115
00:07:30.949 --> 00:07:35.149
the shooting and and hear Tupac speak right after the shooting.
116
00:07:35.329 --> 00:07:39.740
So after Greenwich, the prosecution turned to the September 2023
117
00:07:39.740 --> 00:07:44.120
search of Dwayne Davis' home in Henderson, Nevada. the search
118
00:07:44.160 --> 00:07:48.220
that actually followed his arrest. Now, Jeffrey Scott took the stand.
119
00:07:48.639 --> 00:07:52.560
He identified himself as a senior crime scene analyst with
120
00:07:52.699 --> 00:07:58.720
Las Vegas Metro PD. Now, he testified that on July 17th, 2023,
121
00:07:58.720 --> 00:08:02.839
while working the swing shift, he responded to Kifidi's residence
122
00:08:02.920 --> 00:08:06.379
to document the execution of a search warrant. He was
123
00:08:06.480 --> 00:08:10.560
the first and initially the only crime scene analyst to arrive.
124
00:08:11.040 --> 00:08:13.810
He was later relieved by a co-worker. Her name is
125
00:08:13.910 --> 00:08:17.389
Stevie Thelebaum, and we'll get to her testimony in just
126
00:08:17.430 --> 00:08:20.949
a bit. His role was to photograph and document items
127
00:08:21.009 --> 00:08:24.480
of interest pointed out by detectives that were executing that
128
00:08:24.620 --> 00:08:27.920
search warrant. He was not there as a primary investigator
129
00:08:28.079 --> 00:08:31.959
looking for specific items, just basically there to process and
130
00:08:32.019 --> 00:08:36.100
preserve whatever documents detectives told him to. Prosecutors would display
131
00:08:36.139 --> 00:08:38.539
a series of photographs. They showed a picture of a
132
00:08:38.580 --> 00:08:43.419
Dodge Challenger parked inside the residence. They showed interior photos
133
00:08:43.490 --> 00:08:48.009
of the residence and documents inside of an envelope that
134
00:08:48.419 --> 00:08:52.870
made no particular meaning to me. They showed a three-page
135
00:08:52.970 --> 00:08:56.269
document that looked like it was a proposal for an
136
00:08:56.529 --> 00:09:00.450
episodic series, some sort of television product. It included a
137
00:09:00.669 --> 00:09:05.120
ledger detailing a total budget that was slightly under $ 1 million.
138
00:09:05.440 --> 00:09:09.659
And on cross-examination, when shown certain photos, he stated he
139
00:09:09.720 --> 00:09:13.190
could not specifically remember whether he took those pictures or
140
00:09:13.539 --> 00:09:16.700
or somebody else did. Really, the defense didn't have a
141
00:09:16.779 --> 00:09:20.629
whole lot to ask him. He's just a guy taking pictures.
142
00:09:20.690 --> 00:09:25.509
He's a crime scene analyst. So his cross-examination, meaning defense
143
00:09:25.549 --> 00:09:28.909
attorney Michael Sanft, was very brief. Now, next up on
144
00:09:28.929 --> 00:09:33.240
the stand was Stevie Thellebaum, and she identified herself as
145
00:09:33.320 --> 00:09:37.360
a senior crime scene analyst, also with Las Vegas Metro PD.
146
00:09:37.940 --> 00:09:41.759
she testified that she responded as the relief for the
147
00:09:41.799 --> 00:09:45.490
guy that I just told you about at the Davis residence,
148
00:09:45.669 --> 00:09:49.769
Jeffrey Scott. And she documented the scene with her own photographs. Now,
149
00:09:49.850 --> 00:09:53.090
prior to testifying, she did mention she reviewed all the
150
00:09:53.110 --> 00:09:56.590
photographs taken at the location. And much of her direct
151
00:09:56.669 --> 00:10:02.429
examination consisted of walking through the jury's room. additional photographs
152
00:10:02.470 --> 00:10:05.789
from inside the home and the garage. They showed a
153
00:10:05.850 --> 00:10:09.929
bottle of 1995 Dom Perignon. They showed multiple books that
154
00:10:09.970 --> 00:10:14.149
were visible in the home, including Compton Street Legend, Murder Rap,
155
00:10:14.370 --> 00:10:17.389
The Confused Mind of a Drug Dealer, and a Vibe
156
00:10:17.450 --> 00:10:20.909
magazine that featured Tupac Shakur on the cover, which was
157
00:10:20.990 --> 00:10:25.480
a 1996 issue related to the case. And she confirmed
158
00:10:25.519 --> 00:10:30.049
she collected two specific items, The Book, Compton Street Legend,
159
00:10:30.269 --> 00:10:34.570
and That Vibe Magazine. Now, in the garage, detectives located
160
00:10:34.669 --> 00:10:38.169
two storage bins that contained what looked like a lot
161
00:10:38.210 --> 00:10:42.809
of personal effects, and she discussed photographing these bins. And again,
162
00:10:43.029 --> 00:10:48.100
cross-examination for this witness, relatively brief. It focused on pictures
163
00:10:48.169 --> 00:10:51.440
and the collection process of those pictures. And then they
164
00:10:51.480 --> 00:10:55.139
take a break in court. And although this was not
165
00:10:55.259 --> 00:10:58.779
brought up until after lunch... The court had a problem.
166
00:10:59.419 --> 00:11:02.629
During the break, they learned one of their seated jurors
167
00:11:02.850 --> 00:11:07.889
actually knew a previous witness, and it's Jeffrey Scott, the
168
00:11:07.929 --> 00:11:11.870
guy I covered just before this lady. And that's a problem,
169
00:11:11.909 --> 00:11:13.629
but we'll get to more of that in a bit.
170
00:11:13.769 --> 00:11:17.029
Witness number four then took the stand. Her name was
171
00:11:17.149 --> 00:11:21.169
Justine Gaddis, and she was called to the stand because
172
00:11:21.230 --> 00:11:25.389
she was a homicide detective with the Las Vegas Metropolitan
173
00:11:25.450 --> 00:11:29.350
Police Department. She also testified that she was present during
174
00:11:29.370 --> 00:11:33.440
the execution of the search warrant at Kifidi's residence on
175
00:11:33.480 --> 00:11:38.000
July 17, 2023. She talked about the two storage bins
176
00:11:38.080 --> 00:11:41.200
from the garage and other items of interest that they
177
00:11:41.279 --> 00:11:44.460
took and impounded, if you will. She did say that
178
00:11:44.580 --> 00:11:49.850
certain items were later released back to Kifidi. She talked
179
00:11:49.879 --> 00:11:54.690
about specific items that were recovered, including a 1997 Compton
180
00:11:54.730 --> 00:11:59.480
Police Department search warrant document and return for a California
181
00:11:59.559 --> 00:12:03.580
address that was linked to Davis. She talked about some books.
182
00:12:03.720 --> 00:12:06.600
She talked about that Vibe magazine that they took. She
183
00:12:06.659 --> 00:12:11.179
talked about a jacket containing local gang references. She talked
184
00:12:11.220 --> 00:12:15.899
about numerous news articles and magazine clippings on Tupac Shakur's
185
00:12:16.139 --> 00:12:19.950
shooting and his death, as well as some articles on
186
00:12:20.009 --> 00:12:24.210
Orlando Anderson, some articles on Biggie Smalls, some articles on
187
00:12:24.309 --> 00:12:28.159
Death Row Records. and she said they also seized multiple
188
00:12:28.259 --> 00:12:34.000
electronic devices, including laptops, external hard drives, tablets, and phones.
189
00:12:34.179 --> 00:12:38.470
Gaddis also confirmed that former detective Clifford Mogg, he had
190
00:12:38.509 --> 00:12:43.809
been the primary Las Vegas Metro PD investigator in the
191
00:12:43.850 --> 00:12:48.639
Tupac homicide investigation prior to his retirement in August of
192
00:12:49.220 --> 00:12:54.419
And on cross-examination, she acknowledged that Mogg retired from the
193
00:12:54.490 --> 00:12:57.870
Las Vegas Metro Police Department in August of 2023 and
194
00:12:57.909 --> 00:13:03.350
then subsequently became a contract investigator for the Clark County
195
00:13:03.590 --> 00:13:07.500
District Attorney's Office. Now, the defense questioning, it focused more
196
00:13:07.629 --> 00:13:11.820
on the absence of formal evidence. officer reports that were
197
00:13:11.960 --> 00:13:15.480
written by Mogg before or after his retirement. This guy
198
00:13:15.500 --> 00:13:19.299
apparently did not log a bunch of things, as you should,
199
00:13:19.399 --> 00:13:22.740
as you're supposed to. And Gaddis testified she personally had
200
00:13:22.779 --> 00:13:27.340
not read any officer reports written by Mogg. Now, she
201
00:13:27.360 --> 00:13:31.120
took over this investigation. That's kind of a problem. Where's
202
00:13:31.200 --> 00:13:34.330
all your reports? How do you not write anything down?
203
00:13:34.490 --> 00:13:38.789
Gaddis also testified that she participated in travel to California
204
00:13:38.850 --> 00:13:43.909
to interview multiple potential witnesses and because several out-of-state witnesses
205
00:13:44.019 --> 00:13:48.679
were resistant or uncooperative, the Las Vegas Police Department obtained
206
00:13:48.820 --> 00:13:53.440
authorization to ping phone locations to locate these witnesses. And
207
00:13:53.500 --> 00:13:57.259
she said she coordinated with local and California law enforcement
208
00:13:57.320 --> 00:14:01.230
to execute an arrest warrant for an uncooperative witness by
209
00:14:01.269 --> 00:14:06.350
the name of Corey Edwards in Compton. So cross-examination starts
210
00:14:06.450 --> 00:14:09.649
on her and continued for about 30 minutes. It's centered
211
00:14:09.710 --> 00:14:14.620
on the chain of investigation and particularly focusing on Mogg's
212
00:14:14.940 --> 00:14:18.490
role the original investigator and how he didn't take any
213
00:14:18.570 --> 00:14:23.059
notes or anything. And then basically Gattis is dismissed. There
214
00:14:23.120 --> 00:14:25.740
wasn't a whole lot of fireworks there with the cross.
215
00:14:26.370 --> 00:14:30.809
Witness number five is then called. His name was Mark Hatton,
216
00:14:30.870 --> 00:14:34.529
and he identified himself as a Las Vegas Metro Police
217
00:14:34.570 --> 00:14:39.389
Department officer who had previously worked as a firearms unit technician.
218
00:14:39.580 --> 00:14:43.480
And his testimony was centered around the spent cartridge cases
219
00:14:43.620 --> 00:14:48.299
recovered from the scene at the Tupac Shakur shooting in
220
00:14:48.360 --> 00:14:53.039
Las Vegas. He stated seven fired cartridge cases were recovered
221
00:14:53.110 --> 00:14:57.789
from the roadway. He said the cases were head-stamped 40
222
00:14:57.789 --> 00:15:00.309
S & W, which means they were fired from a.
223
00:15:00.049 --> 00:15:03.350
40 caliber weapon. And he said they were spent shells
224
00:15:03.610 --> 00:15:07.129
linked to the shots fired at the BMW carrying Tupac
225
00:15:07.169 --> 00:15:10.789
Shakur and Suge Knight. And it was interesting that he mentioned, unfortunately,
226
00:15:10.980 --> 00:15:14.759
at the time of the shooting, the National Integrated Ballistics
227
00:15:14.899 --> 00:15:19.740
Information Network, known as NIBIN. It's a database, y'all. It
228
00:15:19.779 --> 00:15:23.240
was not fully built at that time. And this is
229
00:15:23.299 --> 00:15:28.490
essentially like a DNA database, okay? It's like CODIS. You
230
00:15:28.509 --> 00:15:31.549
can enter bullets into this database, and it can see
231
00:15:31.590 --> 00:15:34.230
if there were any other shootings around the country where
232
00:15:34.269 --> 00:15:38.200
they were fired from that particular gun. But at the time,
233
00:15:38.389 --> 00:15:42.539
this was brand new. Actually, the system didn't even start
234
00:15:42.659 --> 00:15:48.450
until 1997, but it was conceptualized back then. So even
235
00:15:48.490 --> 00:15:51.190
when it started in 1997, you have to build up
236
00:15:51.250 --> 00:15:54.210
the database. It just doesn't automatically have every bullet in
237
00:15:54.250 --> 00:15:58.289
the world inside of that database. So he said that
238
00:15:58.330 --> 00:16:02.990
was really of no use. However, the casings were entered
239
00:16:03.509 --> 00:16:07.320
in 2003, and he said that search produced no matches
240
00:16:07.379 --> 00:16:10.679
to any other crime scene or recovered firearm in the
241
00:16:10.740 --> 00:16:14.500
system at that time. Now, in 2023, as part of
242
00:16:14.519 --> 00:16:20.139
a renewed investigation, Hatton was tasked with re-examining these same
243
00:16:20.539 --> 00:16:23.500
seven casings. And I would imagine this was done because
1
00:00:20.250 --> 00:00:24.089
2
00:00:24.109 --> 00:00:28.300
3
00:00:28.359 --> 00:00:32.340
4
00:00:32.460 --> 00:00:37.450
5
00:00:37.520 --> 00:00:42.679
6
00:00:42.740 --> 00:00:49.219
7
00:00:49.420 --> 00:00:54.880
8
00:00:55.000 --> 00:01:00.840
9
00:01:00.920 --> 00:01:04.450
10
00:01:04.510 --> 00:01:07.269
11
00:01:07.329 --> 00:01:15.359
12
00:01:16.019 --> 00:01:19.000
13
00:01:19.040 --> 00:01:23.859
14
00:01:23.920 --> 00:01:27.250
15
00:01:27.370 --> 00:01:30.430
16
00:01:30.489 --> 00:01:33.469
17
00:01:33.549 --> 00:01:36.489
18
00:01:36.609 --> 00:01:40.269
19
00:01:40.390 --> 00:01:49.810
20
00:01:50.189 --> 00:01:54.230
21
00:01:54.269 --> 00:01:56.750
22
00:01:56.769 --> 00:02:00.670
23
00:02:00.750 --> 00:02:04.379
24
00:02:04.420 --> 00:02:07.719
25
00:02:07.780 --> 00:02:12.479
26
00:02:12.539 --> 00:02:17.250
27
00:02:17.310 --> 00:02:22.090
28
00:02:22.169 --> 00:02:25.289
29
00:02:25.449 --> 00:02:29.349
30
00:02:29.389 --> 00:02:32.210
31
00:02:32.270 --> 00:02:35.090
32
00:02:35.150 --> 00:02:38.729
33
00:02:38.750 --> 00:02:41.750
34
00:02:41.849 --> 00:02:46.849
35
00:02:47.120 --> 00:02:52.199
36
00:02:52.340 --> 00:02:55.740
37
00:02:55.860 --> 00:03:00.020
38
00:03:00.120 --> 00:03:03.159
39
00:03:03.210 --> 00:03:07.349
40
00:03:07.430 --> 00:03:11.400
41
00:03:11.439 --> 00:03:13.840
42
00:03:13.879 --> 00:03:16.919
43
00:03:16.979 --> 00:03:20.120
44
00:03:20.219 --> 00:03:23.349
45
00:03:23.389 --> 00:03:26.270
46
00:03:26.349 --> 00:03:30.310
47
00:03:30.379 --> 00:03:33.080
48
00:03:33.199 --> 00:03:38.919
49
00:03:39.060 --> 00:03:44.069
50
00:03:44.129 --> 00:03:47.810
51
00:03:47.849 --> 00:03:50.770
52
00:03:50.830 --> 00:03:54.050
53
00:03:54.110 --> 00:03:58.169
54
00:03:58.189 --> 00:04:00.490
55
00:04:00.909 --> 00:04:01.270
56
00:04:01.349 --> 00:04:04.909
57
00:04:05.289 --> 00:04:07.789
58
00:04:07.830 --> 00:04:11.090
59
00:04:11.250 --> 00:04:13.849
60
00:04:13.969 --> 00:04:14.310
61
00:04:14.770 --> 00:04:18.199
62
00:04:18.240 --> 00:04:21.040
63
00:04:21.120 --> 00:04:24.160
64
00:04:24.199 --> 00:04:28.439
65
00:04:28.540 --> 00:04:33.550
66
00:04:33.850 --> 00:04:38.149
67
00:04:38.269 --> 00:04:41.410
68
00:04:41.470 --> 00:04:45.810
69
00:04:45.829 --> 00:04:50.610
70
00:04:50.730 --> 00:04:54.269
71
00:04:54.310 --> 00:04:57.189
72
00:04:57.250 --> 00:05:00.579
73
00:05:00.620 --> 00:05:04.279
74
00:05:04.319 --> 00:05:08.079
75
00:05:08.259 --> 00:05:11.199
76
00:05:11.220 --> 00:05:15.100
77
00:05:15.180 --> 00:05:17.879
78
00:05:17.920 --> 00:05:21.360
79
00:05:21.379 --> 00:05:25.680
80
00:05:26.040 --> 00:05:28.339
81
00:05:28.439 --> 00:05:32.810
82
00:05:32.850 --> 00:05:35.529
83
00:05:35.850 --> 00:05:40.629
84
00:05:40.649 --> 00:05:43.829
85
00:05:43.910 --> 00:05:48.430
86
00:05:48.589 --> 00:05:52.230
87
00:05:52.290 --> 00:05:55.779
88
00:05:55.839 --> 00:05:59.199
89
00:05:59.220 --> 00:06:03.620
90
00:06:04.079 --> 00:06:09.449
91
