But now I love it right because I'm old. Yeah, And so I bought a little table and I was in the Christmas spirit. They said drive around and go pick it up on the side, and I was like, no problem, Oh, I can do that. So I drive around and this guy kind of blocked where I would have to park. So I pulled to the side, let him drop off his stuff. He left, and that's whenever I go to pull up further. Well, the guy that's working there, he picks up my table and he comes walking towards me, and I was like, wait, it's got to go on this side because I only had one space. It could go in the car because I had been Christmas shopping.

4:49 And he shook his head no, and I'm like, we mean no, no, it's got to go there. There's nowhere else to put it. You don't understand it, and I said, I've got to pull around. Well, when I explained to him, I've got to pull up so he'd get in the door got mad. He got mad at me and started rolling like huffing and puffing, and he ran back, not ran back. We turned around and he set it back down on the landing stoop. Well, I got a solid case of the red ass because he got mad at me for trying to help him by pulling up. So I pulled my car up, and I'm just. It escalated quickly because I had an attitude at that point, because I was jolly as freak until that happened. And so whenever I pulled up and got out, he then jumps up on the loading dock and goes inside and slams his hands through the plastic little door opener's thing.

5:31 That pissed me off any even more. So I got it in my mind I don't need your help. So I walk over here and I'm and I just like, pick that bitch up. I have to tell you it's heavy. It is solid wood heavy. I don't know how I mustard to strength up because I couldn't get it back out of the car when we got home. Okay, but. I was so mad turned to the hulk and I was like, and I grab it and I go walk into my car mad as shit. Well, this old band comes out that works and he's like whoa. Baby girl? What you doing? I was like, I don't need your out. We're talking about the other guy. And I slung that bitch in my car. That old man jumps down. He's like, oh my god, I don't know. I couldn't even lift it, baby girl. I will not get in a fight with you.

6:13 So I don't know if that says much, but he was, I do not want to get in a fight with you. Oh my god, Merry Christmas. I said, Merry Christmas to you, and I got my bay humbug ass in my car and drove away. And incidentally, she will be having surgery next week. I'm out, guys. It's because of the freaking good will delivery. Go wow, don't piss Kelly off. No lift all kinds. I'll be throwing furniture. All right, let's get into it. Uh, And we're gonna start off in Anne Arbor, Michigan, and I'm gonna tell you about the form now former University of Michigan football head coach Sharon Moore. He has been arrested. Uh. This was actually on December tenth, just you know, a week or so ago after being fired for cause. And he has since been charged with felony, third degree home invasion, stalking in a domestic relationship, and breaking and entering. Now the thirty nine year old More who incidentally led the Wolverines to two seasons of winning football. You know, very Michigan is a football college much like LSU. I mean, they love their football out there. Not near as good.

7:32 But when I was younger, I actually just loved those colors and I would wear Michigan gear. Right, Yeah, they have good colors, I agree. Prosecutors alleged that Moore entered the resident of a female staff member without permission following the end of their years long intimate relationship that led to a confrontation where he repeatedly made suicidal threats, stating I'm going to kill myself. I'm gonna make you watch. My blood is on your hands. You ruined my word life. According to court proceedings, the woman ended the relationship on December eighth and cooperated with the university investigation, prompting Moore's termination. The University of Michigan announced his firing on the tenth of December, citing what they call credible evidence of an inappropriate relationship with a staff member in violation of school policy. Now the Pittsfield Township Police.

8:24 They responded to an assault call at the woman's apartment on the afternoon of December tenth. More was located then detained with assistance from the Saline Police Department later that evening, and he was booked into the county jail. Some reports indicated that he was unarmed during the incident, entering through an unlocked door. Through an encounter that escalated into verbal threats, He then, according to reports, went to the kitchen and grabbed some butter knives of all things, and started threatening to kill himself. Moore posted a twenty five thousand dollar bond following the arrayment and he was released and his buying conditions did include wearing a GPS monitor, no contact with the victim, mandatory mental health treatment, and restrictions on purchasing weapons or consuming alcohol. Former coach Jim Harbaugh, now with the LA Chargers, said he was still processing the events.

9:21 He knew More very well, and you know from all accounts from everybody that has discussed this situation, this is kind of out of character for him relative to threatening to kill himself things like that. So to give you just a little idea of the timeline here. On December eighth, the accuser ended the relationship via a morning conversation. Following that, Moore started basically bombarding her with multiple phone calls and text messages, escalating her concerns that she was in danger. She was provided information. She provided information of the relationship to university officials on that day. On December tenth, more Than arrived at the house unannounced. The accuser was in the process at this time of packing her belongings to leave town, saying she was fearing for her safety. Hearing footsteps, she attempted to lock the door, but More allegedly barged his way through an unlocked door without permission. They basically then started verbally arguing with each other, during which Moore went to the kitchen, grabbed several butter knives and a pair of kitchen scissors, and threatened to kill himself. He reportedly yelled statements such as, I'm going to make you watch.

10:39 My blood is all over your hands, etc. The accuser called her attorney, who advised her yet I had that same eyebrow left, who advised her to contact police, which she indicated she would do. At that point, More left the residence. Police then responded and officers located more a little later on, and then he was booked into jail for those counts that I told you about. What do you think about that, Kelly? I know you got some thoughts. I do have some thoughts on that. So obviously I'm going to start with he's wrong to barge in her house and threatening. None of that is okay. But I want to back up for a second here, So I'm curious as to the exact timeline of when he started bombarding her with messages versus when she went to the university and disclosed what was happening. And why does she already have an attorney?

11:31 Well, okay, a couple of answers to those questions. I can't answer the attorney question. She may have got the attorney because she knew this was going to go bad. That's maybe you know that. Maybe she had it before I don't know. But I can answer the other one, and that is, according to everything that I've read, he started, she broke off the relationship, he started bombarding her with texts and calls, and that she was in fear at that point because he wasn't taking it so well, and that's when she went to officials at the school. Why wouldn't you go to law enforcement first. I'm just this is what I'm getting at. I'm not blaming her. I'm not blaming her. But he was a married man.

12:14 You knew that, married with children. You knew that. First of all, he and they had been she had been his mistress for years. Right. First of all, he's a very handsome man too, if you're not familiar, because I looked him up just to verify that's he's a handsome man. But anyway, regardless, you know, you knew he was a married man, you still pursued that relationship, and that's a dock against you. I'm starting there. Second of all, now you want to end this relationship, and then you're gonna blow up his entire life when you have nothing to lose other than I guess your honor, you're gonna blow up his entire And again, I'm not saying him busting up in her house is right. None of that is right. But I don't I'm kind of understood. I guess I'm kind of understanding why he was panicked because now I'm gonna lose my wife, I'm gonna lose my family and now I'm gonna lose my job, I'm gonna lose everything, and then you're gonna, you know, do this blah blah blah.

13:06 I'm not saying out of. A woman's scorn type situation. We don't. Yeah, she was breaking it off with him and then she blew that shit up, And if this was not intended to become a money situation, I'm just I'm very and we don't have all the answers. And I'm one of those people that, look, I don't have all the answers, so I'm not coming to a firm conclusion on it. But I'm just curious about why she already had an attorney And if you feared for your life, you called your attorney first, not law enforcement. That's weird that that that's weird to me. Where the whole freaking story blows up and if you're in fear of your life, you're calling the police, You're not calling your attorney saying should I call the police?

13:47 Yeah? Now, And I'll give you this thought as well. And you've already told the university. You've already blown So it's not like she was called at the house. Yeah, it's not like she's calling to to, you know, mitigate for him to say, look, I don't want this to affect his life publicly. It's not that, you know. So that's the part that I'm like, I don't know. Man, I can give you, you know, and this is totally my just my thought process and looking into this. I'm gonna give you what I think happened. And I have no direct evidence of any of this. Two one two release. Okay, So here's what I think happened. I think that this girl had been seeing this guy for years.

14:34 Uh. Certainly, if you're carrying on an affair for several years, there's some feelings there, likely on both sides. Of course, I think that she gave him some sort of ultimatum that you you know, I don't know what he's been telling this lady for several years. Probably I'm gonna leave my wife, you know, I just got to find the right time. And look, y'all, this guy is worth like ten million dollars. This isn't This isn't you know, you're gonna to leave your spouse for another person, and you're you're gonna walk away with what you walked into the relationship. He's going to get decimated well. Real quick, let's call a dog a dog here. I mean, he chose this path, he chose this past, she chose this path.

15:16 And as a matter of fact, Kelly, they didn't do a very good job of hiding it. This was like the worst cap secret in Michigan football. They had video of of of them on the sidelines together, very close, and it was pretty obvious, especially in hindsight, that there was a relationship there. But I think that she got tired of waiting. She gave him an ultimatum. He told her, no, I'm not leaving right now. I think that she said, well, then I'm breaking up with you. It's over. And I think that at that point he got really scared about she's going to run her mouth. So I think that's when he was texting her trying to smooth things over. Okay, let's let's see if we get because he's nervous it's going to come out and his wife's going to leave him.

16:00 And I think from there is where the escalation started. But she lost me with the fear of her life or anything like that, when she called her attorney instead of the police. You don't do that if you're worried because a guy broke in your house, and I'm sure she was scared. Maybe he's gonna self harm himself. Yeah, but why I call your attorney. He's not gonna save him he case. That's kind of like I just covered the case of Kayla Giles right here in Louisiana and she shoots her her her husband's estranged husband. And then it's going to say, oh my god, I feared for my life. But then you call you have the presence of mind to call nine one one, but then you hang up on them, and then you call your insurance company that you you took out insurance with for concealed carry in case you have to use deadly force Like that does not that does not even click.

16:48 It makes sense. That kind of clicks to me. Not me kind of mean because you're worried about if you're going to cut to jail. He's worried about my children that are in the car. We don't have to go off on this one, but I'm worried about my children, you will that are in the car, And I'm still I've just shot the father of my children. I'm afraid. But he's down and you're not going to render aid or do something and then you hang up on nine one one to call an insurance company. Now, sorry, and if you carrius about that, go let some unspeakable Kelly's got a two port series on that she is run. Yeah, anyway, this has that same essence to it. And while he's a dog and she's wrong for everything that she did too, I'm with you. She lost me at calling the attorney, yeah, and she.

17:29 You know, both both parties are complicit in the affair. Yeah, because it. Was very public. He was married. I mean, he was a football coach from Michigan, and he's not like, oh, I didn't know he was married. She knew. She knew me as a matter of fact. And we'll get off this topic after this. But a little tidbit that I'm a neglected to mention. She would escort his wife into the stadium for every ball game. Okay, well, she's a c next Tuesday. She is a see you next Tuesday. Next move on. It's actually my turn, so I'm moving on all right now. This is crazy. A California tourist visiting New York City for the holidays was brutally stabbed in the back several times inside a women's bathroom at Macy's flagship store in Harold Square. Now authorities are describing this as an unprovoked attack by a woman recently released from a psychiatric hospital, and that alone sounds like a scary movie.

18:24 The incident occurred on Thursday. December eleventh, twenty twenty five, around three pm, on the seventh floor of the iconic department store, amid the bustling holiday shopping season. The victim a thirty eight year old woman from is it jerupa Valley? Have you heard of that before? DARUPA. I I'm not sure exactly what that I think. I'm saying, but jerupa Valley, California, who, by the way, works for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. She was changing her ten month old baby's diaper when the assailant entered the bathroom and began stabbing her repeatedly in the back. During the chaos, the baby then fell from the changing table that's up high to the floor, but the baby was unharmed from the fall. The victim also sustained a slash wound to her left arm and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was treated and thanked god released the following day in stable condition. Now, the suspect was identified as forty three year old Carrie.

19:19 A Hearn. I think is how they say this to these names? Man, It can never just be Smith. Carrie a Hearn from Massachusetts, and she had been discharged from the Manhattan Psychiatric Center earlier that morning after a year long stay for mental health treatment related to schizophrenia. Maybe they released her too soon, Jim, what do you think about that? According to prosecutors, a Hearne purchased a knife from the store itself before the attack, motivated by voices in her head instructing her to quote kill someone or she would be killed end quote. She has a prior criminal history, including a twenty eighteen arrest for threatening to kill Senator Elizabeth Warren on social media, and was under court ordered treatment as an incapacitated person since twenty nineteen.

20:03 The victim's husband, who also works for the Sheriff's department, helped subdue a Hearn until Macy's security arrived and held her for police. A Hearn was arrested at the scene and charged with the attempted murder, two counts of assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and endangering the welfare of a child if convicted on top of the charge. If convicted on the top charge, she faces up to twenty five years in prison. During her court appearance on December twelfth, a Hearn appeared disoriented and told the judge, I don't want to go to another hospital. They didn't help me at the Manhattan Psychiatric Center. She was ordered held without bail. Macy's issued a statement expressing deep sadness over the incident. We are deeply saddened about the incident that took place today.

20:44 As the safety of our customers and colleagues as our top priority, we kindly defer any further questions to the local authorities, and the attack has raised concerned about mental health resources and safety in public spaces. During the busy holiday period. The victim's husband shared an update saying his wife better and resting after the ordeal. Authorities are continuing their investigation, but no additional suspects are being sought. You know, my thoughts on this one or number one? What did you think was going to happen? This is this woman obviously needed to be committed to a middle institution. Seems like for the rest of her life. You've already gained some a high profile because of your comments regarding Elizabeth Warren and you were going to kill her. Yeah, and this is a high profile senator, and now you're in a situation where you have stabbed someone, and in Macy's, the flagship Macy's, the one everybody goes to when they get to New York City and something like this occurs.

21:47 I mean, if that's not a sign the world we're living in right. Now, the same day that she was released, so that begs the question, how on earth was she released if she was not stabilized. I mean, the hospital's obligation to me. I know the court order, you know that, she I don't know. Yeah, well I hear that. Yeah. Well, now we've got a problem on our hands. And this, to me, is going to directly go back to that hospital. Macy's is not to blame here. The hospital that's crazy crazy, And when you have an diagnosed, verifiable crazy person, part of my heart does hurt for her. If I'm being completely honest here that she says, I don't want to go back to the hospital. They didn't help me. She obviously is hearing these voices. She's hearing the voices she's cuckoo.

22:34 Yes, I mean, and I'm not saying that njuging. She has some serious mental issues that she doesn't need to be walking them on the free right. And we you know, police, and this is one of the biggest things too for our listeners to hear too, is that, you know, law enforcement our job and I say hours and I'm not, you know, talking for law enforcement, but their job is to protect society, okay, not to be psychiatric care. And so when we've got crazy people like this, all we can do is react to that. So who does the pressure lie on to keep these people out of society? Course system? Yeah, honest is on the courses. All of this. Yeah, and we got to do better.

23:16 That baby could have been killed too, Yeah, you know, so do better. All right, let's go to Evansville, Indiana, Right, and I'm gonna tell you about do you DoorDash effort? I don't. I'm not big on door dash. I don't like other people touching my food. Yeah, it's it's kind of freaks me out too. And we'll talk about it after the article. But a door dash delivery driver was arrested last week after authority say that she was caught on camera on camera spraying a customer's fast food order with pepper spray, an act that left a married couple sick and sparked widespread outrage online. The incident, of course, occurred shortly after midnight, when Mark Carden and his wife placed in a from Arby's through.

24:01 The door dash out They've got the meat. Door dash and Arby's US fast feed. According to statement, maybe soon and it was after midnight. Maybe they just didn't want to get out. But according to the statement from the Vanderberg County Sheriff's office, the couple began experiencing severe symptoms, including burning sensations in their mouths, nose, throat, and stomach shortly after consuming the food. Carden's wife reportedly choked and vomited after taking just one bite. Suspicious of the unusual taste and smell, Yeah, that would raise an eyebrow with meat, Carden reviewed his doorbell camera footage. The video allegedly showed the driver, later identified as twenty nine year old Courtney Stevenson of Kentucky, placing the delivery bag on the porch, taking the required confirmation photo, and then sprang the bag with an aerosol from a keychain canister before walking away. It's horrific. Cardon told the local media.

24:58 We assume it's pepper spray. That's more than likely what it was, but now in this day and age, it could have been anything. Investigator subpoenaed records from DoorDash to identify Stevenson, who was in Evansville visiting her father and picking up delivery shifts. When contacted by detectives, Stevenson claimed she had been aiming the pepper spray to spider on the porch right, citing her intense fear of spiders. However, authorities dismiss this explanation, netting the outdoor spiders are inactive in Indiana's cold weather oh nature, with every night lows around thirty five degrees fahrenheit. That night, Stevenson canceled a scheduled in person interview with detectives, prompting them to issue an arrest warrant. She was apprehended on December twelfth by the Sheriff's Office in Kentucky, where she lived and where she is being held currently without bond, penning extradition to Indiana.

25:54 She faces multiple felony charges, including battery resulting in moderate bodily injury in consumer product tampering, and door Dash obviously responded to this saying that you know, they support law enforcement and they don't obviously promote any of this, but it's drawn national attention because the video has just absolutely went viral everywhere. We'll put it on the Facebook. But what do you think about this one? Okay? Well, first of all, what I think happened is that this little bit here thought that she was gonna go spray this food and then get out of town after she visited her father, and no one would ever suspect that it was her. That is what she did. Number two, when you order food door dash, this is actually part of why I would never this right here is why I don't like door Dash.

26:40 I don't like other people touching my food. But now they seal food, they close, some of them do, well, a lot of them do, and they'll put a sticker or something. So for you to claim that you've sprayed something exterior and then it somehow got directly on the food, absolutely not. And this is also reminiscent if of our listeners that we've had for a while. If you remember the young lady the teacher that died that drank the the what was it margarita or whatever that had that solvent and it this is along those same lines, because that is an inhalent meant to just irritate so that you can, you know, stop somebody. It is not meant to be consumed, swallowed, ingested. And I looked up poison control just because I was curious about that, and they're like, absolutely, don't vomit, because if you vomit, then you're going to re irritate your breathing and it can become a very serious, serious issue. So, you know, bless her heart, this woman not only swallows it then vomits it, and this could cause long term, you know, medical complications because some moron thought, yeah, you're a moron.

27:38 The main question here is why, I mean, why this is way more than a prank. This could literally, as you just covered, cause a lot of health problems with someone. Yeah, just stupid, dumb, an example of of I don't even know what to call her. It's mean, it's just mean for this, for the secret of getting away with it and knowing that you caused that, and no one knows ha ha ha. Well guess what figured it out? Yeah, And door and look, it's not door Dash's fault necessarily. But let me tell you something. I used to order a lot from door Dash. Being here in the studio and always editing and doing things, you know, thirty forty minutes to go pick up launch. To me, my time was more valuable at spending editing, So I would order in a lot from door Dash. And let me tell you something. They need to do a better job of screening their delivery drivers, because I ain't. I mean, some of these people be looking sketch.

28:38 Okay, first of all, just look it would it shock you if I told you she had blue hair. No, she has blue, but I mean blue hair people. I know. I do too, but I'm just telling you she I mean, you know, And look watching the video, Okay, she's got on a leather jacket. She does carry the bag of food, sets it down on the doorstep, and then she does actually spray. Like on top of it. I didn't look at the video before, I commented, but obviously it infiltrated the food in some manner. Well, you know. And then here she is with They've got the body cam here of them going to arrest her, and I don't know, maybe her hair is purple in this video.

29:20 During the daylight. But you know she's acting like, what are you talking about? Whatever? You you you deserve a felony for that. That should be a felony. Well back to my point, what I was saying was, Uh, a lot of these people lately. I don't know how they can screen these folks too. You need to have some sort of uniform, you need to be uh, you need at least brush your hair. I mean, I've had some people come up here, uh to deliver food and they're sketching. And they look gross. And I'm not saying with your food. And I'm not hating on on anybody, but there's uniforms at places. You know, you go in Best buyes khaki pants and a blue shirt that says best mind on it.

30:00 Get you some standard uniforms where number one, you know the person is actually from door Dash. I'm curious too, I don't know if we have any people that listen that door Dash because I've had some great doordashers in my time too. I'm not saying it bad about it all, but obviously, but I wonder when they sign off on this, if they have to sign off something in their state that says it would be like an automatic felony or something to mess with the food. I wonder if they have to sign off on that. Not that it would stop it, but I am curious to know it should be it's not. I don't know if that Obviously I'm not a door dash drive. I don't know, but I would say, uh, that's also probably like common sense that if you dan spray, you'd think freaking mace on someone's food, you might get a felony.
