Bad Teachers: Georgia

0:20 Hey everyone, and welcome back to Exposed Scandalous Files of the Elite. I'm your host, Jim Chapman, and I am bringing you another state specific Bad Teachers episode. Now with the very first episode that I brought you, I brought you to Texas, and today I'm bringing you to the state of Georgia. So I'm gonna jump right into it. And this one should be titled multiples because in two different cases that I am covering today, two teachers were in cahoots together to commit these unspeakable acts. In the first place I'm going to bring you is Calhoun, Georgia, and I'm going to introduce you to two teachers, twenty five year old Rayleigh Greason, a special education teacher and varsity cheerleading coach at Sonoraville High School, and twenty five year old Brooklyn Shuler, a substitute teacher who served as a sub at the same school as Raleigh. Now, these two educators were also best friends when in twenty twenty four, some shocking allegations came out. But before we get into that, let me cover a little bit about who these two teachers were individually. And I'm going to start with Rayleigh Grison.

1:42 She was born on December twenty fourth of nineteen ninety eight. She was a Christmas Eve baby. She was born in Georgia. In twenty seventeen, she graduates from Sonoraville High School and moves on to college. We're in twenty twenty one and she graduates with a degree in special education. Now, the following year, she is hired by her alma mater to teach special education as well as be the varsity cheerleading coach. She was a cheerleader in high school. Just seemed like the natural thing to do. Right now, As you may expect, she becomes a popular teacher right off the bat, seemingly a favorite amongst her students, and she would become very active on social media, mainly TikTok and Instagram. For the next couple of years, she would post primarily cheerleading competition videos, and her particular squad was actually amongst the best cheerleading squads in the state of Georgia. Now, in twenty twenty three, she marries a deputy sheriff from Gordon County, Georgia, and life seemed picture perfect for this young lady. She was an educated person, a beautiful young lady married to a deputy sheriff. Everything's going as planned right now. Our bestie.

3:11 Though she was not a certified teacher, she was a very active sub at the school, and her name was Brooklyn Shuler. Brooklyn was the same age as Rayleigh at the time of her rest twenty five. She was also born in Georgia, and as a matter of fact, she had graduated with Rayleigh at Sonoraville High School in twenty seventeen, both girls being cheerleaders at that school. She also went off to college, she earns a degree, and she gets married just prior to Rayleigh getting married. She got married in twenty twenty two, and she starts subbing at that same high school she graduated from. And Rayleigh was teaching at Sonoraville High School, and much like her bestie, everything in her life appeared to be together. She was married, he got a degree, extremely attractive all the things, but behind the scenes, you guessed it. Problems And on June twenty seventh of twenty twenty four, a grand jury indicts both teachers. Now, the indictment states, and I quote that both teachers did willingly engage in sexual intercourse and in sexually explicit conduct with students. Now, more specifically, Rayley Grayson was indicted on two counts of sexual contact by an employee and Brooklyn was charged with one count of the

4:41 same charge, allegedly with a different student. They are both arresting and both are released the following day on bond. Now, let's talk about those charges for a minute. That I just mentioned in the indictment, because it doesn't list the ages of the students, which would lead me to believe that they were above the consent age, which in Georgia that is sixteen years old. But they were still high school students. And we have talked about this before. When you are someone in a position of authority, such as a teacher, a police officer, there's a ton of other jobs that will qualify. Even if the individual is eighteen, you cannot legally sleep with them if they are still in high school, if you're still an authority figure over them.

5:32 In this case, it just does not specify the age. Now, in Rayley's case, she's alleged to have had sex with two different male students between October of twenty twenty one in January of twenty twenty two, and Brooklyn had sex with one student during the exact same timeframe. So obviously all this stuff comes out and it is big news. In an article would come out shortly after the arrest by the New York Post. Now, let me read this to you quickly, because I think this paints a picture that you're gonna need to see it, says write or died b FF teachers accused of sex with students where boy crazy flirts around school, parents say, goes into the article.

6:27 Rayley Greason and Brooklyn Shuler, the two Georgia teachers arrested for allegedly having sex with three students, were well known for their behavior at the small town high school even before they were busted, according to parents. And let me pause right there and just say that is more common than people realize. And I'm actually going to cover a case out of Ohio. I'm going to do a Bad Teacher's Ohio coming up soon. And in that Bad Teachers, what I just reference is a major issue in one of the cases I'm covering from there. As a matter of fact, it went on for ten years and everybody fucking knew it. You're not gonna believe that one beginning back to this one quote, I'm not trying to stereotype, but you can look at them and tell that they were trouble. This from Audrey Decker, whose stepdaughter attended the school, and she goes on to say they just seen boy crazy and everyone in the school knew it and joked about it. Another parent agreed quote they were flirts, said the mother of a sophomore, who asked the post not use her name, went on to say, you should have seen them with any attractive parents who came to school.

7:34 They would flirt with all of the dads, you know, laughing too loud, getting too close, that type of thing, continued the mom, flirting, trying to be cute, and they were shameless. And it goes on to say the friendship between Greasing and Shuler goes back several years. Greasing was Schuler's maid of honor at a wedding in Tunnel Hill, Georgia that was on November twelfth of twenty twenty two, after the alleged sexual relationship with the student. According to the couple's wedding site, which has since been scrubbed, Greasin described Schuler as her best friend and her ride died nearly a year later. Schuler was a bride maid at Greeson's wedding. In October of twenty twenty three, Schuler seemed to have split from her husband, whose social media appears to show him in a new relationship with another woman.

8:25 Greason still appears to be married to her husband, according to social media posts. Greason and Schuler worked together at the school district until they were slapped with charges last Thursday for allegedly sleeping with male high school students between October of twenty twenty one and January of twenty twenty two. According to the indictment, Greason allegedly had sex with two different male students between October twenty ninth of twenty twenty one and January third of twenty twenty two. Schuller was indicted on those charges that she had sex with a different male student also between those same days. The indictment alleges that the woman reasonably should have known that the boys were enrolled in the school district, but it did not claim they had direct contact with boys as educators, which that statement in the indictment reasonably should have known makes me think they tried to tell police that they didn't know these boys were still in high school. Now I have no direct evidence to that. Again, I'm just speculating, but I don't see why they would have included that in the indictment if initially the girls didn't try to say, oh, we didn't know they were in high school. Many of the mothers who were interviewed after this case, one of the things they would say is, these two girls go cheat with high school boys and they have handsome husbands like that. Seem like they had their whole life ahead of them. Throw it all away. Now, as I read you in the article, Brooklyn and her husband, it appears he left her ass right after this shit came out,

9:57 and by all the accounts I have researched, actually in another relationship now. But Raley's husband appears to be staying with her. So what's happened since all of this came out? Well, nothing, nothing at all. No coordinate that I could find has even been set in this case and we're in freaking twenty twenty six. Come on, Georgia, if you know anything about the case, send it my way, because this was huge news and it just disappeared. They're not on any sex offender list or anything like that. So these cases have not been resolved. It just seems like the wills of justice are turning way too slow on this one.

10:41 So with that, I'll move on to the next case in our next pair, and I'm gonna tell you ahead of time in this case, limited details on this one because the case is for sure one of the more recent cases that I've covered, and that is the arrest of twenty five year old teacher Bonnie Brown and sixty year old Yep, you heard me right, sixty year old teacher Sherry Baldon. Jim, did you see what happened in Texas today? Wait before you tell me that, let me tell you what happened in New York. It cannot be as crazy as the case I told you about yesterday in Louisiana.

And a private school in which both of these ladies taught at it was called Nathaniel Green Academy. Now important to mention here you have two teachers that are now alled to have had sex with students in a very small Christian school that only had one hundred students. To wrap your mind around that this is not some giant school with fifteen hundred students where maybe you could see something slipping through the cracks. One hundred students in the entire school. And I'm going to start with the timelines first on these individuals. And I'll start with Bonnie Brown, the twenty five year old, and give you a little bit about her background. Now, Bonnie Brown attended Nathaniel Green Academy as a student. She was part of the class of twenty seventeen, and some reports

12:57 out there actually know that in twenty sixteen she was the homecoming queen at her school. She graduates in twenty seventeen, she goes to Kennsau State University, she gets a degree, and then she goes back to her home water, which is Nathaniel Green Academy, and she becomes employed as a teacher at this small Christian school. Now, it's important to mention by the time the allegations that I'm going to tell you about surface, she was already gone. She was a teacher at another school by that point. As a matter of fact, she was a teacher at Washington Wilkes Primary School in Wilkes County, Georgia, and she was active there until her rest. So that's her background. Now I'm gonna tell you about Sherry Maldon, the sixty year old.

13:47 She graduated from the Nathaniel Green Academy also, but of course she's sixty. That was way back in nineteen eighty three. When she graduated, she moves on, she gets her degree in college, she goes back and she starts teaching again. Now, I was unable to find exactly when she started teaching there, and obviously a teacher there when when I'm about to tell you about occurred the allegations. Since then, she also was not employed by the school at the time of arrest. So let's get into that arrest and the investigation began when the Green County Sheriff's Office starts looking into some allegations between the former teacher Bonnie Brown and a student just listed as under the age of sixteen. Authorities determined during that investigation that Brown had engaged in sexual contact with the student while employed at it as a teacher at that school. The allegations say that the incidents occurred between January first of twenty twenty three in August first of twenty twenty three, so basically second semester of that year. Right, So on March twenty first of twenty twenty five is when she gets arrested and she's charged with one count of improper sexual contact by an employee agent or foster parent.

15:18 Obviously she would qualify for the employee part. She was booked into the Green County Sheriff's office and later released on a fifty thousand dollars bond. Now they're investigating her, looking into that case, interviewing people, all those things, and all of a sudden they come across some other evidence, and that evidence implicated a second former teacher at that school by the name of Sherry Malden in similar conduct with the same student. So reports indicate the alleged sexual activity by both women would occur on and off campus to burning their employment. As I said at the school, and the victim's attorney would later come out and he would claim the two teachers were well aware of each other's involvement with the students, so they knew each other was screwing this one particular kid. And I'm sure, you know, I'm speculating here. I'm not sure, but I would imagine that's how Sherry Maldon even got involved. Maybe Bonnie was confiding in her that, hey, I'm sleeping with this student, and she, in her great wisdom, thought it'd be a good idea for her to do that as well. I don't know, but on March twenty fourth of twenty twenty five, just three days after Bonnie Brown was arrested, Sherry Malden gets arrested and she is charged with the same charge

16:50 as Bonnie Brown, except for she also has an aggravated child molestation charge and a statutory rape charge. So since all all that came out, it also has come out that the school allegedly tried to cover all this shit up and tried to silence the victim before he even went to police. They actually knew about it allegedly and are considered You have to remember mandated reporters. You can't not report that as a school. But they didn't. They claimed they knew about the allegations, but they did not find They did kind of an internal investigation and did not find enough evidence to move forward and go to police.

17:39 And I submit to you that that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. A school is not an investigator for a police department. Any allegations ever come out like this, you better tell the police right off the bat. I submit to you this school was worried because, hey, we've only got one hundred students. We've been around quite a while. They probably had a pretty good reputation, and they were worried if any of this got out, that school was done and over with, and they decided to essentially, in my opinion, allegedly cover it up. But think about that one sixty years old one of these teachers. Unbelievable. Now, as I said, this is a fresh case, it's a new case, and that's pretty much all the details that are out there currently. I'll let you know as things progress in that one. Now let's go to Emmanuel County, Georgia for this third case I'm going to tell you about and we're going to talk about thirty eight year old Angel Oliver, who was a teacher at Swainsborough High School now Swainsboro High School, where she was teaching a rather large school in big time contrast to the school we just covered a thousand students. In this school, they only have ninth graders through twelfth graders. This is in October of twenty twenty five. Incidentally, that reports came out about Angel Oliver, some concerning reports of inappropriate relationships between

19:11 this teacher and several students, so they investigate. On Wednesday, October twenty ninth of twenty twenty five, Oliver gets arrested. So that investigation led to some charges. She gets arrested by the Emmanuel County Sheriff's Department and she's booked into the county jail on three felon accounts concerning multiple stendents. Now, on Friday, October thirty first of twenty twenty five, Halloween, she has her first appearance hearing that is bond hearing typically, but bond was denied. And that's interesting to me because that kind of tells me there must be some serious allegations in that indictment for them to deny the bond. Unfortunately, we don't have any of that information, and I'll tell you about that in a second. But obviously she's in trouble.

20:08 The school board actually approves Oliver's resignation from the school. She's officially terminated and she is no longer employed by the school district now as of this recording, as far as I could find, she never bonded out of jail. She must be still in jail, or if she bonded out, they didn't report it. And this is kind of frustrating. The only things known on this case are the charges and the allegations, and the charges involved three separate students, ages sixteen and seventeen. That's it. That's all I know. Again, a dismal job by the State of Georgia of keeping the public aware of what's going on with these predators.

20:52 So I got one more for you today, and for me, likely the most frustrating, and you're going to know when I finished this one, and that is a thirty five year old teacher, Heather Kishon Kishun. Now, Heather was a teaching assistant at Appalachi High School. This is in winder Georgia. So in January of twenty twenty, and we're gonna talk about the timing of that in a second. But in January of twenty twenty, she gets indicted after it is alleged that she had sexual relationships with multiple students from that high school. Now, in addition to the sexual intercourse, it is alleged she provided alcohol to those miners, and authorities would describe these as targeted incidents, meaning she intentionally got these miners drunk to have sex with them. Now, there is nothing out there regarding how many students were involved.

21:53 It just says multiple students, Which what are you trying to cover up with her by not at least saying how many students in involved? That doesn't give shit away as far as details of an investigation. That's something the public should always know, especially parents of kids who went to school there. And that's something in almost all cases that I've covered, is revealed the number of students. It doesn't listen names a lot of times, it may not even give you an exact age. But that's ridiculous to me. Now, there are some reports indicating that six to seven students were present during certain instances in which these inappropriate relationships were occurring. I'm not sure what all that means. Were they watching her have sex with students? We don't know, because nothing has come out hardly on this case six fricking years later, which is ridiculous, and this one just pisses me off. But it did stipulate in my research that some of the relationships were ongoing, so it was multiple occasions she would have sex with the same person, the same student. Rather, what I can tell you with certainty is that none of the incidents took place on school grounds and all reportedly took place at the residence of the teacher. Now again very attractive teacher in this case thirty five years old, way old enough to know better,

23:25 right And after an investigation, police arrest Kishon at her home. This is on January seventeenth of twenty twenty. She's booked into jail and she is charged with get these charges, aggravated child molestation meaning these were kids under the age of sixteen, and the aggravated is an enhanced charge meaning she did things other than just have intercourse with these children under the age of sixteen. She is also charged with child molestation contributing to the delinquency of a minor and sexual assault against a person enrolled at the school. Now, that's some very serious charges. And I want to know two things. One, she was arrested in late January of twenty twenty. In March of twenty twenty, COVID hit and that fucked a lot of things up for the justice system, totally screwed them. It put everything behind by like a year.

24:30 So I understand somewhat. I understand how this could take longer than the normal case to get some resolution out of. But y'all, it's been six years ago since her arrest. Nothing, no coordinates, I mean nothing. Did it get dismissed? We don't know. What I can tell you is she is not on the Georgia Sex Offender Registry. So that tells me she's either a waiting trial because you always have to register even if you do a plea deal, So she's either a waiting trial still six years later, or the charges were dropped. Now I would say I doubt that the charges were dropped for a couple of reasons.

25:21 Number One, these are child molestation charges, and when you bring those type of charges against an individual. Number One, you better be right. You better have all the receipts, you better have enough evidence. That a conviction is a most guaranteed certainty. And the reason for that is, think about it. If that were you, and the state of wherever you live files child molestation charges on you, even if you're not guilty, you're gonna look it. You're gonna be assumed guilty in that situation because that's such a disgusting charge. So if they're wrong, that's a major lawsuit that could be coming their way. So when they get these child molestation cases, they pretty much have the receipts.

26:10 So it would shock me if these charges were dropped due to lack of evidence or something like that. The second, let's say, for the sake of argument, they did get dropped, well, that would also be everywhere. If you had charges that you were charged with sexual molestation of a child and the charges were dropped, you're screaming it from the rooftops. I told you I didn't do this, and I'm suing everybody. It would be news everywhere. There is nothing on the Internet that I could find in any news reports saying that this person these charges were dropped, etc. For some reason.

26:50 And it's just a feeling here, but I don't know. It just feels like politics are involved in this somehow. I don't have any durct knowledge of that, but for it to disappear like this is very concerning, especially on serious charges like this. Sendend me a favor if you live in the state of Georgia, and especially in Barrow County, let me know what the deal is with this case. Was she ever indicted? Was she never indicted? Was it dropped? Is it being swept under the rug? I would love to know, because this right here, this case, this lady, this is a primary example of why I will never sleep on exposing these bad teachers, because shit like this gets swept under the rug every day. Georgia. You have to do better, because I covered four cases today and really the lack of information out there for the public is horrible in Georgia. For whatever reason, I love the state of Georgia. I love the people of Georgia, but they got to do better, as I do with all of the cases. And I'm going to cover in this series.

28:06 I'm gonna quickly cover the laws in the state of Georgia regarding teachers and students, because these can vary from state to state. So in Georgia, if a teacher is caught having sex with a student. It is considered first degree felony offense, and just to expand on that, it's the most serious felony you can be charged with in relation to a teacher student relationship, and it applies when the employee knowingly engages in sexually explicit conduct including sonomy, intercourse, masturbation, leud, exhibition of the genitals, et cetera with a person they know or reasonably should know is a student enrolled in the school. So that takes away the fact that while I didn't know they were at the school, that excuse, like we covered earlier in this particular episode, now it covers position of trust scenarios. We cover that in this episode.

29:04 They do have that law in the state of Georgia, and the consent age in Georgia, for those curious, is sixteen years old, but it doesn't apply if you're a teacher, police officer, etc. Now, for that to be a second degree offense, it would involve what's done is sexual contact, but not necessarily sacks, not necessarily intercourse. It's treated as a high aggravated misdemeanor, which is up to one year in jail in the state of Georgia. Kissing, for example, would be considered a second degree sexual assault offense.
