I have been on the Chelsi Jo bandwagon for well over a year now but have just recently started to listen to this podcast again. In the very beginning of my journey, I wanted to implement ALL the things because it is all so amazingly helpful. But I got burnt out, quickly, trying to do so. So I took a step back and decided to focus on decluttering my house first. I live here and work here with my husband, mom and 3 boys so there is a LOT of stuff. During the last year I have had 3 dumpsters at my house, decluttering every single room until I can’t declutter it anymore. The basement is the next project and then I should be ready to dive right back into decluttering my mind on a whole new level. But let me tell you, no matter where you are at in your journey, Chelsi has some amazing and practical things you can start implementing immediately in order to help reduce the overwhelm. The community Chelsi has created offers a judgement free zone but is also a space where you will be held accountable and called out (lovingly) when needed. I cannot express how much this community has meant to me over the time I’ve been in it - even as a non-participating member. Please do yourself a favor and find a podcast title that interests you and just start there. I PROMISE you will thank yourself and Chelsi for it later.
