I didn’t know where Brian Tong went, but I liked his previous show. Then I discovered this podcast. It’s now even better! More insider info and no restrictions. Great stuff keep up the good work!
After checking that “other” tech site a dozen times after WWDC and still not seeing Brian Tong’s coverage, I finally found him here. Same great Brian, same great Apple coverage, and you know what....that’s a good apple! Welcome back Brian!
So glad you didn’t disappear. I love your take on , tech and your humor. Keep going! My only suggestion is to keep the language clean like it was on that ‘other’ tech site. Otherwise, great job!
Our main man BTZ aka Beebop (apparently :)) has been really rocking it ever since he went independent. I have been a huge fan of Apple Byte and the extra crunchy for years, and leaving CNet made this podcast even better. Only thing missing is Stephen Beacham :(Keep up the good work BTZ!!Footnote to Apple: get over yourself and start inviting him to your events....first row please, he deserves it. Whether you love his critic or not, he is one of the main reasons you have Apple Nation.
This show is still good ol’ Brian. Everything is pretty much the same. Except he gets to be more free, which is a plus. Gonna miss Beach’s prospective he added nice balance. Regardless, Brain is truthful and will always give you things straight forward. Always worth the listen.
Been listening to him since he came out on CNET. Love his reviews and skits. Can’t wait t see how his character MACOS handles the Mojave title lol. Keep up the good work man.
I'd been following Bryan since and I think it's good to start his own thing. And it's good to have 30 min podcast instead 5 min cnet stuff. Good Job Brian.
If you loved Applebyte Extra Crunchy you'll feel right at home. The only difiference is that at the time being he's solo podcasting. He's just starting off as an independent and the show will just continue to improve iwth more and more content.
You want great insight into apple and tech in general from a veteran of the industry...look no further. Keeps the presentation fresh and so creative. I’m an android user but still love this to keep up to date. Keep up the good work!
Brian Tong, going solo, but continuing to bring in quality content that I've always loved and expect. Anyone interested in knowing the ins and outs of Apple need to take a listen!
Come on. It’s Brian Tong. Of course it’s gonna rock! This podcast is amazing. I can never wait for the next episode! Keep it up.On a side note, Brian, your just a quality person and create amazing content! I’m been listening to your shows for years and I’m psyched about you going independent.
Brian is funny and informative. I was bummed when I figured out CNET no longer had his show going, but relieved to find he started his own. Can’t wait to see him on video again, and I encourage everyone to support his podcasts at Patreon. He’s the ultimate GOOD Apple!
Honestly a little disappointed in CNET for not letting their customers know Brian Tong had left the show. I had been waiting weeks for a new episode only to find out B-Teezy went Independent from a recommendation in the podcast app. When a host has been the face of the show for a decade (or so) I expect something of CNET. A goodbye episode or a farewell... not to leave their customers hanging on only showing outdated material. For that I deleted my CNET APP and taking a break from CNET until they show some love to the man that made Apple News & Leaks cool. This show is great and the energy behind it is on point!! Can’t wait to see a video podcast in the near future!!!
I am so glad to see Brain back at it. I have listen to him weekly for the past 5 years and value his insight and just plain enjoy his entertainment. Keep it up man and thank you!!!
Brian delivers great depth and insight to Apple and their latest news. Additionally, his efforts and personality makes the show entertaining. Recommended to both hardcore enthusiasts and lightweights interested in keeping up with Apple.
