After thirty-two years working as a minister in a local church, and founding an international non-profit Steve moved into executive coaching and organizational health consulting. His passion is to see non-profit leaders and the organizations thrive rather than just survive in this post-pandemic world. Steve lives with his wife Sylvia in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. When not working Steve enjoys reading, hiking, fly-fishing and most importantly being a grandpa.
Married for 40 years, have two amazing grown sons.
