Rowan Baxter stalked and murdered Hannah Clarke, and the three children Aaliyah, Laianah and Trey by setting them on fire. This is the most painful way to die. The detective at the scene said, if he did it, he had to find out “what drove him to it.” I was livid when I heard him say this. No-one “drove” him to kill. He did it because he could - because HE chose to. The police failed to risk assess, investigate and protect Hannah and the children. Disgraceful. Enough of the victim blaming and excusing abusive and violent men 🤬🖤💀
