Cass has over 20 years of experience as both a therapist and coach, supporting people's personal growth, healing and happiness. Originally from Australia, she now lives in London with her husband, daughter and two border collies.

Cass is the author of a series of three “Crappy to Happy” books which all help readers to find more meaning and joy in life, work and relationships.
She also wrote and narrated an Audible Original called “The Imposter Solution: 5 steps to ditch self-doubt and stop feeling like a fraud”.

Through this podcast, her books, online programs and individual coaching, she supports people to do the inner work of overcoming mental and emotional blocks so that they can create the truly satisfying and meaningful life they desire.
