Morgan Nelson is the President and Co-Founder of S.B. Cox Ready Mix, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a single concrete plant to a network of ten locations serving customers across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

With more than three decades in the ready-mix concrete industry, Morgan is recognized for his leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to advancing the industry. He served as President of the Virginia Ready Mixed Concrete Association, a former Executive Board Member of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association, and a Board Member of ACI of Virginia.

Morgan is a graduate of Benedictine College Preparatory and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
