Mat Zucker

Mat Zucker is host and executive producer of Cidiot®.

A writer whose first job was as a copywriter creating radio commercials and, later, an early innovator in creating podcast for brands, Mat is currently head of marketing at a global growth consultancy. He is author of Bronze Seeks Silver: Lessons from A Creative Career in Marketing, and a writer about memoir and marketing, including a weekly substack Sugar & Spice.

In addition to Cidiot, Mat also co-hosts "Rising," a podcast about marketing careers with Josh Boaz of Direct Agents. Mat and his husband Brian live in New York's Hudson Valley.

Mat is a member of The Podcast Academy, a Certified Travel Ambassador (CTA) for Dutchess County and a member of the Hudson Business Coalition.
