Open Hudson: Where to Eat & Drink by Day of the Week

New to town, Cidiot has been working on a list of what's open, which days for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and coffee in Hudson, NY.

As Rich of Trixie's List gently cautions, this can be a Sisyphean task and quickly go out of date, so please doublecheck anything I claim here and let me know of any additions or updates too. Am very aware of many corrections already to make.

Haven't figured out yet what to do with bakeries and groceries that offer sandwiches or takeaway, such as Mel The Bakery, Talbott & Arding, Olde Hudson, and The Farm Shoppe.

Will also update with Mat's tested best gluten-free options (e.g., Little Rico) as well.
