Erin McCann is a passionate advocate in the area of disability, Veterans and overall for diversity, equity, and inclusion. As the Equal Employment Opportunity Manger for all Roche-U.S. Diagnostics, co-lead of the communications pillar for the Roche Abilities business resource group and member of the Veterans business resource group, Erin is responsible for all U.S. Federal and state regulations, reporting requirements, pay equity and compliance.

Facilitating a transformation within the workplace from the initial candidate experience through retirement into a compelling experience for all groups affirming no barriers exist. Then strategically driving a goal of empowering employees to bring their whole self to work where they feel valued, a sense of belonging and purpose while helping leaders understand the employee’s perspectives and experiences.
