I've officially been with Mobile Bay Magazine for an entire year! In this episode, I'm talking about the many things I've learned working on the editorial side for a year. I talk about what my perspective was like coming on as a new hire, how I changed my collaboration style, my thoughts on editing and proofreading (exhausting, tbh!) and how good it is to have awesome coworkers and a job I truly love.
