In this episode I first have to apologise as I get on my soapbox and a little fired up talking about this. This episode might resonate more with the women in this audience but its definitely for the guys too.

I talk about how yoga in the west has been seriously sexualised, through fashion, pop-culture, branding and marketing, morphing it into something with far less than the respect and gravitas it deserves. I also talk about how vital it is more than EVER for us all to be starting a serious practice. I promise I dont talk poilitics and I only use the "T" word (Trump) once.
