Live this podcast so much!
As a special educator for 28 years, I love hearing about her progress and the amazing advocates her parents are for her.
Best podcast
This family is such a blessing! As a family with an ASD little this family gives us so much hope!
Loved it
I loved the inspirational journey you shared about Jordyn! Keep up the podcast and tic-tok videos! I love you all!
love this!
As a speech language pathology grad student, this past episode made me tear. Jordyn is so lucky to have parents and therapists advocate for her to find her fullest potential. I hope that families who have children with autism can turn to this podcast for hope. This podcast is relevant to everyone and everyone should listen. I love the first two episodes and can’t wait to learn more about your journey!
Inspiring and relatable
Everyone has a story and this family is sharing theirs through the podcast and it is amazing. This is such a great resource for anyone that has been impacted by an autism diagnosis - there is comfort in numbers.
Love!!!
I’m so happy you’re doing a podcast! I have a 6 year old with autism and it can feel like an awfully lonely journey at times. You were spot on with the successes and some people not understanding! I couldn’t help but smile listening to the robe success!!!! So excited to hear more! ❤️💕❤️
Thankyou for sharing your life with us!
This family is real! I generally do not listen to podcasts. Now I can’t wait til Tuesday to listen to the new one! Jordyn makes me smile!! Her Pepsi yay!! Is the absolute best! I love seeing her relationship with her friends and her family!!
Speech
Oh my goodness🥹This brought back memories for me with my son who is 24 now but did not talk until he was 3 1/2 due to a processing delay and ADD that wasn’t confirmed until half way through first grade. He is my second child so I knew something was up when he would get so frustrated because he could not tell us what he needed. We started with speech at home with a therapist at age 2 that taught him (&us) so much! I had to be his advocate with the school which was frustrating at times for sure! This experience also helped me when we decided to foster children. We adopted 2 boys from birth through fostering and my youngest(11 now) has ASD & SPD. His seems to have gotten worse from age 6. He used to be social but has regressed over the last 3 years to not wanting to leave the house😔It was a fight with the public school system to him the accommodations he needed & then COVID hit which really set him back! Can’t wait for the next podcast on the later years of Jordyns journey❤️
Jackie
Therapists are an integral part of things. But with out parents that advocate like warriors those therapists might never be found. Hearing you Jackie validates all those times I made the school shake in their boots when they saw me marching up the front steps. 💕
What a story!
Wow! This podcast is so amazing- it is an incredible story of persistence and love . It literally brought me to tears as a mom to hear about this first part of Jordyns speech journey ! You will not regret listening and gaining just a tiny pinch of the wisdom and grit this family has ☺️. Highly recommend!!!
Love !
Love Jordyn!! This is a very positive podcast!
What a gem!
I can’t say enough about this family. They have fought to help Jordyn thrive today and in the future. I have so many of Jordyn’s shirts. This podcast is fun, informative and inspirational❤️
Keep them coming!
I have been following Jordyn since early on, love wearing her shirts and using her products! Their family is making a big difference in the world and I look forward to listening to more podcasts. They teach us that people are the same in so many ways, in spite of their abilities or differences. All people need kindness ❤️
From our Jordyn to your Jordyn, we thank you!
Thank you so very much for this podcast! Our granddaughter Jordyn (she will be 4 next month!) was diagnosed around the age of 2 1/2. She has been in ABA therapy now for almost a year now & it has been so wonderful! She is talking so much more. It’s not been easy, but with resources like your podcast & your social media, it brings hope to our family that we can learn from your family about the good, the bad & the ugly. My hope is that one day our Jordyn finds an Izzy & Sara in her life. They are so awesome! Thanks again! Looking forward to many more podcasts!
Wonderful!
I began following on TikTok during the lock down and have found so much joy watching Jordyn grow and develop! Her smile, dances and “he you guys” bring me joy 😊 I love beating more about the family, friends and the business. Looking forward to more!
❤️❤️
I’m a Grandma to almost 4 year old twin girls with one of them being nonverbal. Your family is an inspiration to me and gives me so much hope!! I wanted to tell you that I listened to Jackie’s advice this past Christmas on how she got Jordyn to enjoy opening Christmas presents...Marley (the nonverbal one) and I celebrated opening up presents for 2 weeks before Christmas, books from the dollar store with goldfish or gummy fruit snacks sitting on top of the book and loosely wrapped did the trick...one present and she was done but it was progress!! Can’t wait to listen and learn more!!
A PodCast EVERYONE Should Follow
I’ve been following Jordyn’s story since coming across Jackie on TikTok discussing Jordyn’s voice difference. I was taken by how honest and upfront she was about her daughter’s journey with autism and vocal apraxia! As a special education teacher, this entire journey has warmed my heart and brought tears to my eyes! You MUST subscribe and hear a true and honest success story! And if nothing else, you will find yourself wanting to Be Kind To Everyone!
Love
I love this, and i love what you all do for the autism community. Bringing attention to it, positivity, and showing that autism makes you someone, not less ❤️❤️
Love! this Awareness!
I’ve followed Jordyn and her family’s story for a while now, and am so excited this podcast has arrived! I first fell in love with Jordyn’s #summershirtproject through bekindtoeveryone.com, then quickly found myself needing to know more about her, and her family! They are truly a connection you want in your life! I, too, have a family member diagnosed with Autism who has now aged out of the school system. I look forward to much more discussion about how we can help him make lasting friendships and feel a part of his community.
We Needed this Sooner!!
I’m so glad this is available for all to hear. I know I personally get wrapped up in day to day life and this helps remind me to just be a good human. I’m in love with learning from this family. Y’all Rock!!!!
