Rebecca Hale has been a physical therapist for 24 years working with clients from the age of 2 months to 103 years old. Her specialty is working with the misunderstanding of autism, ADHD and trauma. The one thing she has consistently seen over the years is how important it is to create a safe space for people to trust her and learn to trust themselves. In a safe, supported space, movement provides the opportunity to release trapped emotions that otherwise manifest as dis-ease within the body. Rebecca is an author in the newly released Book Warrior women where she shares her story about how a new hobby of golf, connected all the dots of her own trauma healing and inspired her to create fun opportunities to learn about the power of their nervous system
