Now in its 11th Season, Tune Up provides intensive after-school musical instruction that creates powerful, youth-led large ensembles. Tune Up has successfully matriculated students not only into great High Schools, but into every audition-based ensemble in Philly, helping to ensure that students who are in most need of the benefits of music are able to do so. His latest project features the creation of a new home for plucked string instruments called the Pizzicato Players, dedicated to their sound world and to promoting these auxiliary instruments.
