Franklin Cisco Burns is a popular and amazing country singer, recently nominated by LDM Radio as the Independent Country Singer of 2018. : Franklin’s first professional performance was at The Waldorf Astoria NYC. Born three months premature on a farm in the small town of Garfield, Georgia to two amazing parents, Frank and Silvernette Burns, Franklin was not expected to survive. But miracles do happen and he did against all odds.
