Erin Hottenstein founded Colorado 50-50, a grassroots group dedicated to gender parity in elected office and on boards and commissions. In 2.5 years, Colorado 50-50 has held trainings and events with more than 400 people. Very active on social media, the group played a key role in advocating for a safer workplace at the state capitol. Erin is also corporate trainer and coach at Public Speaking for the Professional.
