Dr. Norrine Russell is the Founder and CEO of Russell Coaching for Students, an Academic Coaching company located in Tampa, FL, but services students across the US, Canada and abroad. Her coaching services were inspired by her children, Ethan and Lila, who are both "atypical".
Dr. Russell built this company from the ground up, all while becoming a mother to children with additional needs and running a household. Her expertise has focused a lot on tips and support for families with neurodiverse needs, but as a mother and entrepreneur, she wants to be able to reach Moms and validate their feelings. She really wants to normalize that feeling angry, tired or having anxiety is common and it's ok.
