Motivated by his tumultuous upbringing of being uprooted from various foster homes as a child, Mario Edwards- Owens known as the rap artist Shuicide Holla was determined to follow his dreams and not capitulate to society’s norm of being another statistic. This creative, charismatic, hard-working and sedulous individual has impeccable lyrical versatility. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Shuicide Holla was adopted at the age of 13 and his love for hip-hop music intensified, along with his unique ability to entertain others with his diverse talent of wordplay. His unapologetic openness to share his story with the world in hopes of inspiring the youth to accomplish their goals and pursue their dreams, regardless of their situation makes it all worth-while.
