More About Dave Devito

Dave is a licensed realtor with Keller Williams, wholesaler, investor, hard money lender and multi-faceted entrepreneur based in New Canaan, CT.  He's been active in the real estate business for 8+ years and has a deep knowledge of creative deal structuring that helps sellers and buyers solve challenges they're facing about property transactions.  He has an extensive network that helps him find solutions both on market as well as off-market.

Before starting his own business in real estate, Dave spent 25 years in the marketing and advertising industry in New York City, where he led sales teams at media and ad tech companies in print, digital, social media, out of home and experiential marketing.  Dave has leveraged this vast and diverse marketing experience to help him connect buyers and sellers both in the retail and investor real estate worlds.
