With our full or partial podcast production service, you can leave the equipment, software, and time-consuming post-production details to us. From crafting engaging intros and outros to expertly editing your episodes for a seamless flow, we’ll ensure your podcast shines.
We’ll start with a $50 consultation where we'll map out the tasks needed for launching and maintaining a successful podcast.
$50 1-hr Consultation Fee Required. The consultation fee goes toward the first monthly fee if we move forward together.
Production Fee TBD after consultation as every podcast is different and has different requirements.

If, after your episode is published, you feel it needs significant re-recording or editing, please contact me for details on associated fees.
While I prefer to feature brick-and-mortar businesses with at least one year of operation, exceptions are frequently made so please don’t hesitate to register.

Topsail Insider Sponsorship

Quarterly Commitment, paid at the beginning of each month.
No more than 3 sponsors at a time. Can't be competing businesses in the same field.
Sponsorship includes:
1 - 1 Audio Commercial created for your business to run between the Topsail Insider Intro and the start of the ep. This ad is “baked in” and will live in the ep as long as the ep exists (New commercial created every consecutive 6 months of sponsorship).
2 - Audio Commercial player(s), Logo, tagline, and contact information on the Topsail Insider website’s Sponsor Page
3 - Logo and “Sponsored by” posted on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter banners
4 - “Sponsored by” in bios on Instagram and Threads

Monthly Commitment, paid at the beginning of each month.
Pre-roll commercials run BEFORE the Topsail Insider Intro.
These commercials are Dynamic, NOT "baked in” like the sponsorship ads. They run in Every Episode, 1st through current, in both Seasons 1 and 2, for the duration of your agreement. Once the agreement ends, they are pulled from every episode.
You can supply your own audio commercial (MP3 or WAV format, no longer than 60 seconds) to be inserted into position.

Mid-roll commercials run in the MIDDLE of each episode - insertion points vary based on AI detection.
These commercials are Dynamic, NOT "baked in” like the sponsorship ads. They run in Every Episode, 1st through current, in both Seasons 1 and 2, for the duration of your agreement. Once the agreement ends, they are pulled from every episode.
You can supply your own audio commercial (MP3 or WAV format, no longer than 60 seconds) to be inserted into position.

If you do not already have an audio commercial, Topsail Insider can create a commercial for you to insert in any of the 3 commercial placements (Sponsor, Pre, Mid, Post).
Includes Writing, Recording, and Editing for one 45 to 60-second commercial.
Additional fees apply:
If requesting multiple lengths of the same commercial (Ex: a shortened 30-second commercial of the original)
If recording “pick-ups” are needed for splicing into original commercial (Ex: If address of phone number changes after original recording)
Upon completion, the commercial is yours to own. Feel free to leverage it across any platform beyond the Topsail Insider podcast, maximizing your reach and impact.

Audio Recording Space and Equipment - DIY
If you have everything in place for your podcast but the space and equipment, you can rent my home studio and bring your own memory card to take home afterward OR bring your laptop and transfer files before you leave.
$50 for the first hour. Prorated in 15-minute segments after the first hour.
