Jane Schoenbrun’s Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma is a love letter to slasher films through the ages, and a testament to the power of the female orgasm.
We get a star-making performance from Hannah Einbinder and an absolute career-best from Gillian Anderson. It’s darkly comedic and definitely not for everyone, but this is easily the best horror movie I’ve seen all summer. 🌲💀
