Grace Bella Harman (she/her/hers) is a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and embodied grief guide originally from Philly and based in New Orleans. She holds sacred space for people to utilize their bodies to move through, process and ultimately be transformed by their grief. Her facilitation is driven by the belief that the body is the most primary, vital and intelligent resource for navigating the waters of grief. Grace offers individual and group sessions for people who are in the midst of grief, both old and new, as well as training and consultation for therapists and other space-holders to deepen their capacity to hold the grief of others.
